I would just say that this is one of the best properties to rent out. The entire property is located at a nice place, very neat and clean, spacious, well maintained. It gave a good cozy feeling. The area is peaceful. All the shops are at a stone's throw from the apartment, especially Tesco, which is just across the road. Very nice memories. Cheers!

WiFi not accessible. Kitchen & utensils dirty. The 3rd party letting agent was unhelpful & the admin fees were only mentioned after booking, which non refundable. Very poor experience & wouldn't recommend any place under the Guest Homes umbrella

Situated in the centre of Stourbridge, ideal for local food/drink. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. An initial issue was resolved quickly, responses were quick and clear - thank you. I will be back.

Great place to visit Stourbridge. Unfortunately strict parking restrictions cause a major issue having to move car every few hours and unable to load or unload car on arrival and departure.

Lovely apartment, very clean. Disappointed that I either had to pay damage waiver or deposit. WiFi was non existent and bore no relation to what was meant to be provided. Reported the issue but 3rd party management company could not resolve and tried to absolve themselves of responsibility. Lack of mobile signal meant I couldn’t hotspot either. Also lack of parking.

Second time at the Bell and the hosts took on board our previous comments and rectified them!!!! Great central location for us had everything we needed locally within short walking distances. A couple of minor points made after our stay and the host was super responsive and took the comments constructively and promised to rectify them urgently. Overall we would recommend this property and look forward to staying there again in the near future!!!

Location was ideal. Short walk to lots of places to eat and shops including 2 supermarkets. Nicely set out. Clean and very comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely stay again

V v nice place me and my friends booked it for a staycation and it was a blast! Only negative was the no sink in the en-suite and the sofa had a lot of visible stains but overall a good property

Well located and clean. Security was Ok but could be better, it's a ground floor property and the windows don't have anyway to lock when open. It's quite easy for someone to enter through an cracked open window. It would have been helpful to have had a few more plates and glasses (only 3). There was a leak under the sink too. Be carful in the shower, no shower mat provided. Otherwise good property and reasonable value for money.

Very cosy accommodation very happy with layout and would definitely stay again as we visit Stourbridge often subject to a couple of minor improvements. Firstly the kitchen sink drainage / plumbing urgently needs fixing as it was leaking when used. More towels in general would be appreciated, especially an extra bath mat as there was only one along with only one tea towel. Finally en-suite towel rail was not working. Looking forward to visiting again!!!!

Lovely apartment, facilities were excellent and the electric radiators which heated up the place so quickly were very appreciated! Beds are comfy and the en-suite in the master bedroom was great (although the towel warmer is not working). We would have benefited from a tea towel or kitchen roll to dry and put away dishes. Very easy to get to, as we travelled by train. However, if you were driving parking would be an issue.

The apartment was lovely, with 2 double bedrooms. The location is great, you are in the middle of the town centre. Plus, you are right next door to a leisure centre, which we used for swimming. We did have trouble parking, but were aware that there was no parking on site. We did contact the host and they did try to help us.

We shared the flat with friends to attend an event in Stourbridge over a weekend. The property was very true to its pictures and description and the location great. Very peaceful at night for such a central location. We all travelled by public transport so parking was not an issue. It was so much nicer than staying at the local Premier Inn as we could relax in the kitchen/dining/lounge area and prepare our own food and drinks. Having two bedrooms + 2 bathrooms was ideal EXCEPT only one of the bathrooms has a sink! Obviously a little strange when needing to wash hands and brush teeth but the place was otherwise perfect we laughed about it and just used the kitchen sink. A few items of kitchenware were missing, only 3 wine glasses and bowls. I enquired about coffee making facilities beforehand to be told there was only a kettle but on arrival found two cafetières. Dishcloth and tea towels were also strangely not supplied. Great place overall though - would stay again! Thank you!

Very nice apartment, we enjoyed the time. Price is a bit on the high side, but the apartment is worth it. Service only OK, I booked late Checkout directly after the order and asked the day of arrival, and day before arrival again. Unfortunately it did not work out. Would come back anyway though.

My stay went very well but I would have liked more convenience in the main room to arrange our clothes which are finally staying in our suitcases for 5 days. There was also not a shampoo and shower gel in both bathrooms. No parking possible so you have to change the car space each morning. A little noisy in the middle of the night around the building. But the apartment was fine for 3 adults.

Nice place. I was disappointed that the host wouldn’t tell me where we should park our car and the en-suite was unusable, because of the horrible smell of damp, but the place is nice enough and well located.

This location has the potential for 5 stars. There were no cleaning implements for the kitchen/ washing up and so we could not clean the grill or pots satisfactorily. The tap in the bathroom was stiff and over flowed the basin soaking a child. There is a gap where the towel rail meets the wall which toddlers could access. (N/a in our case). The towel rail in the en-suite did not appear to be working. Information re the operation of heating etc would be helpful as would information/leaflets re local attractions and events. With these simple alterations it could be first class. The main concern being the wash hand basin. It is possible to purchase a combined unit which should fit. This is intended as helpful and not criticism as my daughter has a holiday let with Sykes Cottages with a 5 star rating and it would be lovely to see the same award for this property. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Thank you.

Great stay, nice and central. Booked this apartment for a weekend break away, we went to West Midland Safari which is only a 30 minute drive away and lots of nice places to eat in the town. Can’t fault it! Parking was the only issue although we were aware of this prior to arrival as mentioned in the description.

Great place, right in the centre of Stourbridge, has everything you need. Very clean, comfy beds, cosy living room, spacious bathroom. Parking is not available on site, which was slightly inconvenient, but we already knew that before as it was stated in the description. The place does not have a laundry machine, which could be helpful for long stays. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Stourbridge, and would definitely book again.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean! and comfortable beds. There was no parking available with the property however you can park on street literally 2 mins walk away for free over night from 6pm-8am, which was ideal for using this place whilst working in the area Would definitely recommend

Loved this home it was very accommodating and homely . The boys loved connecting their ps4🤣. Was only meant to stay 2 nights ended up doing 3 didn’t want to leave yet. There was a minor issue which did get resolved and the response time from the guest homes management was amazing. Still left with smiles on our faces :) .
