We stayed for 2 nights It was a great location close to shops and pubs and the river at the bottom of the garden Interesting historical area across the road from the caves that people lived in And the steam railway is also very close The cliff railway is just a short walk that takes you to the town and castle Enough parking for 2 cars don't forget your toiletries as they are not supplied

Hi, I had a great time at the house. It is a very nice place to stay and my dogs loved playing in the garden. I have no complaints at all only praise for the owner for being flexible with allowing more than two dogs which is great for those of us who have more than two. Thanks again.

We had a lovely stay - such a great location at the bottom of the cliff railway and the ice cream parlour! It was great to be able to park right outside the front door, especially as we had so much to unload! The house was beautifully decorated and spotless, as well as having all amenities you could need! The beds were comfortable and hosts responsive and helpful. We would certainly stay here again!

The property is situated in a good location within walking distance to Low and High Town. All appliances in the kitchen were spotless and both bathrooms clean. It also had parking provided for 2 cars. We did however encounter a few issues on arrival. The cleaners had not done a particularly good job of cleaning and there were a lot of dog hairs all over the house, on both the floors and furniture There were also a lot of dead flies around the window frames and ledges There is no access to any cleaning materials at the property We ended up borrowing a brush and hoover from the Dry cleaners next door and doing it ourselves whilst waiting for a response from Guest Homes as we had a 8 month old baby in our party However on contacting Guest Homes we found them to be very apologetic and helpful and helpful the matter was resolved to our satisfaction

Great house in a great location. The butchers next door does a delicious breakfast barm too! The check in key lock box is a bit fiddly but with great communication from our host it was solved in a no problem! Thanks for a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in Bridgnorth. The house was great -spacious and very well located by the river and within walking distance of amenities. We had not previously visited the area but thought it lovely and the house was an ideal base for meeting up with our family who joined us from Cumbria. An excellent visit and we would certainly be keen to stay again in the future. Also great that parking for two cars was available-a real bonus. Thank you

Upsides: Great location, parking was easy and the car was secure, quirky house, lovely hallway with plenty of coat hanging space, lovely lounge, nice that the top room had an en-suite. Downsides: It is a 6 person house with 4 dining chairs! This meant that we ate out rather than cooking in and enjoying the house as one of us would have had to have stood up to eat! This was a great shame and took away quite an important element of choice. There were no window coverings (curtains or blinds) on the ground floor. This meant that we had no privacy at all in the evening (in both the kitchen and lounge) when it went dark so it was a bit off-putting sitting in the lounge for the evening. It also didn’t feel very homely as a result of this.

Lovely accommodation in a great spot overlooking the river in Bridgnorth. Very clean with good facilities. The black gates for parking are located between the butchers and dry cleaners in case this helps anyone arriving at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a good experience. Quite disappointed, especially with check-in. We were told we could have early check-in at 9AM, only to arrive and be told check-in was at 3PM. We had to spend £60 to store our luggage in another hotel, while keeping our smaller bags and valuables on us for hours sitting in a park, waiting. We were then told to check in at 1PM. We arrived a 1.30PM to a very confused cleaner. There seemed to be a lack of communication and they would neither give us a partial refund to cover the £60 spent or cancel our reservation (which, when I met the owner, he agreed the reasonable thing to do would have been to cancel on us and not have us waiting for hours in a park). It's worth noting this Airbnb is between a butcher and a laundromat. There was a beeping noise coming from the laundromat that woke us up both mornings. There was nowhere to put our clothes in some of the rooms, no curtain in the living room, the garden was overgrown... overall not a great experience for us.

The house was tucked away and close to all the amenities lovely Bridgnorth had to offer, we chose it for its convenience to Ironbridge. It was surprisingly quiet despite being right next door to a butchers and a laundry, apart from at night time in the smaller of the double bedrooms as there was a constant humming from a fan next door, this did prevent me sleeping well. The property was tastefully decorated and clean, we loved the decor, however it could have been improved on with some curtains in the lounge and on the landing to give some privacy at night and more homeliness. We were a family of 5 and the house caters for 6, there was plenty of space for all of us, just a shame there were only 4 dining chairs at the kitchen table as we did eat in most nights, having children. There was also nowhere to plug in one of the side lamps in the main first floor bedroom, a small extension lead could have solved this. Overall a lovely stay and a bonus to be able to take the dog. Thank you

What an amazing home to stay in within Shropshire. Our host was responsive and flexible to meet our needs. The home was so warm, comfortable and inviting. Great things to do within walking distance, but definitely worthwhile to bring a car to checkout other scenery spots around the area. Overall, a top quality stay and would definitely come back 😁
