Dreadful accommodation; vastly deteriorated property and refusal to issue a refund. Stay for one week out of 8 and given no refund. AirBnB complaints process started.

I had contacted guest homes a couple of times during my two stays in this property last month, both times they were extremely responsive and helpful. Location is great! One of a few properties in the area that have a parking space available which is a huge bonus. Only thing that I would not give 5 starts for is cleanliness, majority was spotless but a couple of areas needed more attention such as shower mat and kitchen bin. Saying that I would definitely stay again. Thank you guest homes!

As advertised. Had everything, clean and well furnished. Good communication and assistance from rental company. Could do with a welcome pack and some instructions. Turning on the heating took some figuring out. Some more pots/pans and kitchen utensils also.

This was perfect for our stay. Within walking distance of the centre and train station. Had everything we needed for 2 nights. Would recommend!!

We stayed for 34 nights. The stay was nice and pretty overall, but some stuff could be better. Heating control was broken and you can only turn the boiler on or off without temperature control, We were promised a new one but it never happened! So the apartment was either too hot or too cold. No broom and no kitchen curtains. Curtains in living room cannot be adjusted as some part of it was broken. Positives: Very clean, refurbished, family friendly, most household items were available, the bathroom was slick and extra nice, less than a minute to bus stop, 20 minute walk to the city center, fancy area. Very responsive host with quick response. At the end it will still deserve a 5 star rating. Thanks

Nice clean accommodation Exactly as the picture posted, not far from the city center, easy to travel by bus host, very good advice The house is quiet and suitable for relaxation. I will go back to stay again.

Great place to stay when visiting Worcester, walkable to City Centre within minutes; very spacious accommodation, kitchen well equipped. Would definitely stay again when next in the area.

The main entrance to the house almost made us turn around and find somewhere else to stay, as the grass in the front garden was knee high and the front door had paint peeling off, it looked neglected and not at all what we were expecting. Inside, the flat was well presented, apart from a damp section in the bathroom which was mouldy, and has clearly been recently refurbished. The bed was comfortable. Although the property is on a busy road, the bedroom is at the back and we were not disturbed by traffic noise at all. During our two night stay we couldn't get the shower to run hot, despite various attempts. We didn't contact the management company about this as we were barely in the property, really only sleeping there. The small outside deck, which has useful access to the car park, was rotten in places and there were no outside chairs or table. We wouldn't stay here again.
