Nice flat with everything you need for a long stay! Great central location, with lots of shops a 2 minute walk away. I only experienced two issues during my stay. 1 on arrival at the location, the flat I had been given was up 2 flights of very steep stairs, this was a slight struggle with lots of luggage and would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Secondly, I stayed for 4 weeks and every single weekend there were maintence men that would come over for issues I had not reported. Usually I was made aware of this via a phonecall beforehand, but on one occasion they turned up with no prior warning. When I did have a legitmate maintence concern (re a leak in the bathroom when it would rain, where my floor was completely soaked with rain water) they were quick to message back but slow to physically attend the property or give any advice.

Loved the place,was very clean and tidy.We could all do with paying a little bit less however good enough deal. 😊😊

The property is as described and matches the photos. There is cooking facilities to make use of the kitchen, as well as tea/coffee provided. I’d recommend guests to bring ear buds for sleeping as the single-glazed windows overlook the high street which was noisy in the evening

Loved staying here. So close to the centre of the city. Great travel connections. Worcester has many great places to eat and drink. Would recommend to anyone.

Room was not clean, with hair on the bed, and poor-quality pillows. Security was a concern due to a loose door lock. After being moved to another room, it was also unsatisfactory with dirt and a blocked shower. This experience felt like misleading advertisement, and I'm deeply dissatisfied
