Great location, easy to find, although you have to pay for parking it was close and only £4 for 24hours. Clean, tidy apartment. Guest homes were great at communicating all the requirements for the apartment and replies to any of my emails were very quick. Used the apartment as a base for a long weekend of cycling, eating out every night with lots of choices

Location was great. Room wasn’t cleaned, there were half eaten food left in the cabinets. The bed was not changed from the previous guests, there was so much public hair all over the bed and pillows these were definitely not fresh sheets. I would not return nor recommend, travelodge much cleaner!!

This apartment is run by an organisation rather than by an individual host. The apartment was cold when we arrived, no-one had turned on the heating for us in advance and there were no instructions on how to turn the heating on. We were unable to just call someone to find out how to heat the apartment and had to use messaging instead. The electric radiator in the lounge didn't seem to be working and, understandably, Guest Homes were unable to resolve this for our 1 night visit. Despite it being clearly stated at the bottom of the listing, I didn't notice at the booking stage that Guest Homes: - require a separate ID verification which asks for personal info and is additional admin . - require either a damage deposit, which involves paying an admin fee that is on top of the disclosed price (the amount was not specified, but turned out to be £5 for me) , or buying a damage waiver. The apartment itself was great and well-located.

We booked this as a weekend away for my in-laws. They absolutely loved it, right in the centre with so much to do. Beautiful apartment and absolutely spotless, very easy instructions to enter the apartment as well. Highly recommend x

Great apartment right in the middle of worcester. The bed was really comfy and the host was very responsive. Made to feel right at home and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone thinking of a nice weekend break.

place was lovely, clean and the hosts always responded quickly! overall, great experience and great value but my only concern was with the entrance doors. the entrance to outside door was stiff, had to be slammed and almost couldn’t open it! the inner door is a simple key hole lock so it didn’t feel very safe or secure. hope this can be resolved!

I stayed in the apartment for three nights, to full satisfaction. You walk right into Worcester center and there are plenty of restaurants nearby and also an M&S and a Tesco's. Everything is provided and you can also Netflix. The sofa and dining table chairs are a little bit on the small side for tall Europeans.

The only thing that was hard about the stay was the temperature. There was no fan or AC unit which would have been nice and more comfortable for our stay. Overall the place is very cute and I would come back again.

Went to go to bed after a long day off sightseeing, and the bedding hadnt been changed, lot of pubic hair in bed. i cleaned it best i could and we had to sleep in someone elses dirty sheets. utterly gross. they did come and change the bedding the next day. we paid £50 for cleaning, I would like the £50 refunded

Lovely modern first floor apartment, with great use of space inside. Large kitchen / diner / living room with everything you need (including a comfy sofa and large tv on the wall). Comfy double bed with a toilet and shower room off it. Lots of natural light, which makes it feel light and airy. Perfect location - right in the middle of town, so quick and easy to walk everywhere. Really enjoyed this place - will definitely be back again.

Great location. Fair size for two people. Positives Nice shower, comfortable bed, ok size for two people, great central location, great comms Minor negatives Outside noise on weekends due to location. Careful of stairway finish, clothes snagging. Advice: park in St Martins Gate multi-storey. £8 for the whole weekend

Lovely little air bnb central to worcester. Easy to find aswell as being completely central to restaurants and bars, aswell as a tesco express and m&s. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in a cosy central air bnb. The hosts were responsive and helpful with our questions.
