Great location, clean, beautiful house. Only issue we all had was due to the mattresses and pillows being very uncomfortable these were the only let down on the whole property as it was amazing otherwise!

We had a great stay at this property. It matched our needs perfectly as we had family very near. Its easy to get to as the motorway is close by and its a short drive to Worcester town centre. We would definitely recommend going to the Swan pub that is close by also. The hosts were helpful and gave clear instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was ideal for our needs very comfortable beds and great having en-suite and separate bathroom. Good lounge and separate kitchen diner. Could update pots and pans and leave dishwasher tablets. It was good that we had milk sachets and tea and coffee provided.

Amazing stay at this property, well presented comfortable house. House was lovely and clean. We stayed for 3 weeks and our family of 5 were very comfortable. Only thing for long stays would have been good to have a dryer to get the sheets washed and dried, apart from that highly recommended

Great location on a quiet estate, great off road parking. Great communication and easy to access the property. A few issues with cleanliness, which the host responded to on the second day of our stay. Hopefully these things will be fully rectified before the next guests arrive. £100 cleaning fee a little excessive considering.

Our only adverse comment is that the “double beds” are rather small, maybe 3/4 size. Otherwise everything was splendid. Thank you

So the pros - Property represented great value for money (if the below issues hadn’t occurred). Check in process was fine and the property was clean and the rooms were all as described. The cons - After checking in we discovered that the boiler was broken and there was no heating or hot water. The host was responsive and a qualified technician was sent out quickly. The fault could not be fixed and no alt accom was available that could be offered by the host. We were offered a full refund and communication was good. The rating reflects that at this time of year, heating and hot water are essentials and we would have expected this to be checked before our arrival (especially as the property is managed). We had to stay in hotels (sourcing these at 8pm on a Monday evening - the night before the Cheltenham Festival) and it meant that all the food we had brought for the fridge spoiled so that represented quite a cost. Living room did smell a bit of cigarette smoke which we reported.

Good value and clean accommodation close to central Worcester. A few more home comforts would be the only extra we could ask for (eg coffee, basic bathroom toiletries, hairdryers etc.) We will definitely stay here again when visiting friends nearby. Thanks!

We were over from the US and this location was perfect for visiting family. The whole house including the 2 bathrooms and kitchen were finished to a high standard and made for a very comfortable stay. The host was always quick to answer any questions we had via email. We would highly recommend this property!

Excellent stay for a belated Christmas celebration. The house was perfect and fully as pictured and described. Very clean, easy to get in and warm. Lovely rooms, extremely comfy beds and bedding. We would’ve stayed longer if we could! Very small negatives - TV had poor signal so HD channels and some other ones didn’t work. Seating in living room wasn’t ideal for more than 3 people.

Excellent stay over Christmas, the place was in excellent condition and super clean when we arrived. Guest Homes were an excellent host, and helped us out with anything we needed. The little Christmas gift was very much appreciated
