The building has a lift and a 24/7 reception on the ground floor, with staff on site from 8am to 8pm and 24-hour reception for emergencies. Guests have direct access to the pools, the tropical gardens, and Marbella's Paseo Marítimo promenade. Parking is available nearby from €15/day.During your stay
We're on site Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and reachable throughout guests' stay for restaurant recommendations, beach tips, taxi help, or anything needed. There is also a 24 hours reception for any emergency, and the whole point of staying with us is the personal touch so guests can actually enjoy Marbella, not just sleep here. Always very friendly guests at the Skol apartments, with a mix of owners, frequent guests and first timers.Other things to note
Mid-June into July is the Marbella sweet spot: sea at ~21°C and warming, sardine espeto season at peak, San Juan night on the beach 23 June, and Starlite festival running at the old marble quarry from 19 June. Quieter than August, but the town is already in summer mode. The Skol Apartments are always very friendly and they are there to assist guests with anything; if you would like to know more about the area surroundings and the complex, please ask.

We had a great stay at Skol Apartments 921A in Marbella. It’s a perfect option for a small family and really feels like a home away from home. The apartment has all the little conveniences you’d normally have at home, which made our stay comfortable and easy.
The location is excellent, with everything you need nearby and easy access to Marbella. I’d definitely recommend 921A for families looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in a great location.

We had a great stay overall. The apartment was exactly as expected, clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Our host was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. We really appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.

Comfortable, the balcony looking down on the swimming pools, looking at the sea. I loved it. I wanted to stay forever. Amazing location. I could see the fireworks in Peurto Banus from my balcony. Listening to the waves as I lay in bed at night, having my morning coffee on the balcony gazing at the Mediterranean Sea it was bliss.
The people in reception were not very knowledgeable. I asked about Virgen Del Carmen, the patron saint of sailors and fishermen. This is an annual festival but they were unable to give me any information. They didn’t seem to know anything about the procession through the streets????

El alojamiento es maravilloso, los apartamentos están geniales, muy nuevos y con todo lo necesario, tienen lavadora, plancha, secador de pelo, lavavajillas… estaban muy limpios y nuevos. La zona de piscina y jardín es alucinante, sobre todo si vas con niños, tiene 3 piscinas bastante amplias, y un bar en la piscina con buenos precios y un servicio excelente. Desde la piscina accedes directamente al paseo marítimo. Es de las mejores estancias en cuanto a apartamento se refiere en el que nos hemos quedado.
No le pongo ningún fallo, si hay que tener en cuenta que las hamacas de la piscina valen 3€, el primer día nos pillo un poco de imprevisto porque no lo habíamos leído, pero vamos que 3€ en unas vacaciones es un precio simbólico. Así que sin problema.

We had a wonderful stay ! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions of Marbella old town.

Oppholdet var veldig bra!
Vi var derimot misfornøyde med at avtalt skyss fra flyplass til airbnb ikke møtte opp i det heletatt, og vi fikk ikke kontakt med verten.
Vi måtte derfor ordne skyss selv, selv om vi hadde avtalt på forhånd. Dette var midt på natten.
Så transport til flyplassen på vei hjem valgte vi å fikse selv.

The place is in a great location, very suitable for a couple holiday, the description of the place was accurate. The staff in skol reception are very friendly and welcoming. Try to arrange a parking before your stay, however the staff in the building can help with that with an extra fee but definitely less than what you’d pay in public parkings. Overall I strongly recommend the place ❤️

Other that location there was nothing about this apartment that I liked . There wasn’t a remodel control for the tv . The paint on the walls was bubbling of !! There was not even a toaster or egg cups . It was the worse apartment I’ve ever stayed in .
First night I arrived I was woken up at 2am !! They were power washing the walls . I can easily say I will never stay in skol apartments again

The fact that the appartment was close to all amenities and the beach were amazing.
Thought apartment could do with being updated as was quite dated. The balcony glass was severely cracked in several places and would not have wanted children out there. Was worried my husband would fall as he has dementia. Also think sunbeds should have been free in the garden

Just arrived home after spending a wonderful week at Apt 921A with my parents, and we already miss waking up to the incredible views. The mountain and park views with the side sea view were truly the magic of this place listening to the sea and the birds each morning from the large balcony off the living and kitchen area was so relaxing.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the layout, with the upstairs bathroom featuring a large walk in shower and the mezzanine stairs leading to the bedrooms, plus an additional downstairs bathroom with a shower which was very convenient.
Check in at reception was easy and stress-free, and it was great that we could store our cases until it was time to leave.
There was some slight noise on a few early mornings due to temporary work being carried out by workmen, but this is only temporary and did not take away from our overall experience.

Wir haben niemand gesehen und getroffen, aber diejenige war hilfsbereit. Wir waren ein bisschen spät dran hat der Schlüssel in Information gelassen, hat alles gepasst.

L’emplacement était très bien situé, panorama exceptionnel à partir du balcon. Par contre l’interrupteur électrique devait souvent être réamorcé et l’eau chaude de l’évier de la cuisine était longue à venir.
La musique en provenance du pub irlandais sous notre appartement pouvait à l’occasion déranger.
En général nous avons bien apprécié notre passage à Marbella.

apartment is awful, dirty, old, not renovated, super small for 3 adults, devices are out of order, washing machine and the drying machine are dirty, smelly and full of dust (dryer). Kitchen devices not working, living room size for 2 peple at the most! AND BEDROOMS - shame on you with advertisement for 3 bedrooms... these are not rooms, at the best they are submarine capsules!!! The beds are broken...

I was there with my family for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. Location was great. We appreciated the view of the Sea at the same time as with the city and mountains. Beautiful area, friendly people. Daniela and Vincenzo were responsive and easy to cummunicate with. They provided several helpful informations. This appartment was clean and in order, we had all we needed and greatly appreciated our stay.

Eine sehr schön gelegene kleine Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer über den Balkon. Unweit entfernt ist die Altstadt von Marbella und es sind sehr viele Restaurants in der Gegend. Die kleinen Supermärkte haben teilweise bis 24 Uhr geöffnet.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Fin leilighet med nydelig utsikt over bassengområdet og havet. Veldig fin beliggenhet. Hyggelige eiere som svarte på spørsmål. Fint bassengområde. Kunne veksle mellom å være ved bassenget og på stranden.
Det meste var veldig bra. 🙂Litt vanskelig innsjekk, da vi ikke snakket spansk og resepsjon ikke snakket engelsk. …og vi var litt tidlig med innsjekking.

Leuke studio, mooi gelegen, dicht bij zee, de boulevard en de oude stad. Ook veel restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt. En een heel mooi zwembad met de mogelijkheid te douchen en toiletten als je later vliegt. En de mogelijkheid om je koffers te stallen. Taxi was zo geregeld.
Onze studio lag aan een parkje met festiviteiten. Een rolluik wat het geluid buiten houdt was de eerste dag al meteen kapot en is tijdens ons verblijf niet meer gerepareerd. Een gedeelte lag al buiten op het balkon, de rest viel naar binnen toen we het bedienden.

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was far below expectations, and we feel it's our responsibility to warn future guests.
Upon arrival, we immediately discovered that one of the beds was broken, which forced my husband to sleep on the sofa for one night — during a trip we had planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary, after a 7-hour drive. A fix was only provided late into the stay, by which time the damage was already done.
The most concerning issue was the attitude of the property manager, Daniela. Instead of being understanding or supportive, she made serious accusations and showed a complete lack of empathy. The way she treated us — as if we were inventing the problem or trying to cause trouble — was shocking. We honestly felt like we might be dealing with a scam-like situation.
Another important point: the apartment you see in the photos may not be the one you get. Daniela manages several units in the same building, and it is never clearly stated which one you're actually booking. This leads to disappointment as soon as you check in.
Furthermore, although pool access is mentioned as a feature, you must rent a sunbed to use it — this is mandatory, and not clearly stated anywhere. Contrary to older reviews saying it's 2€ per day, the cost in 2025 is now 3€ per day, making the stay more expensive than expected.
We have always trusted Booking.com for our travels, and we hope this review helps future guests make more informed decisions — and that the platform takes appropriate action regarding the manager’s conduct.

Nice living room with big balcony which has the best view on the coast, very comfortable beds and modern clean bathroom, also well-equipped kitchen.

Was a difficult check in process early hours the security struggled to find our booking and was saying there was no way to contact the host which was frustrating 1am, but this was resolved after 40 minutes and the host afterwards was friendly in contact

We took a flat for 6 but the couch could barely accommodate 2 persons (old and not comfortable )so not acceptable this is sold for 6. Also there were stains on the towels.

We had a fantastic stay in Skol apartments, the location on the beach front is great with restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, we loved the balcony which although only 2 floors up felt very private and had a brilliant view, would definitely recommend staying here!

Thanks so much Daniela Vincenzo. The accommodation was well situated with direct access to the local park, promenade, and waterfront. The flat had a unique layout being the top floor flat situated over two levels and the views were breathtaking. Sliding glass doors opened from the main living area floor onto the balcony which was the winning feature of the accommodation. There was some construction being done to the adjacent unit which was a little noisy on the first day of our stay. We reached out to Daniela about this and the work became much quieter which we really appreciated. Daniela was responsive and helpful in all of our queries. We were very grateful for the beautiful and enjoyable experience that we had here.

The property is located in a fantastic position on the front which meant you were close to the beach, the restaurants, the harbour and the old town which were all in close walking distance. The property itself was clean and the accommodation was comfortable and had everything you could need. Private Pool and the staff were all friendly.

Rummet är i utmärkt skick och väl utrustat med en härlig utsikt över de vackra bergen och havet. Stämningen i SKOL är vänlig och välkomnande och poolområdet mycket välskött. Vår hund blev mycket väl mottagen 😀. Boendet är beläget på bästa tänkbara ställe i Marbella.

Nos tuvimos que quedar una noche hasta que buscamos algo mejor porque peor no podía ser … viejo y sucio con armarios llenos de trastos y cerrados con llave!! Den började dåligt då vi hade bokat ett boende som verkligen inte levde upp till våra förväntningar. Vi avbokade boendet och sökte andra boenden på plats. När vi såg Skol Apartments bokade vi tack vare att det stod balkong med havsutsikt och att det inte var överpriser. Det var stora lägenhets komplex. Lägenheten var ljus och fräsch trots att inredningen upplevdes som äldre och lite slitet. Balkongen var hyfsat stor i mitten av huset så vi såg havet på sidan men också väldigt mycket av huset mittemot. Fick en rätt instängd känsla.

We stayed for 8 nights, me and my baby, while visiting family in Marbella. The apartment is comfy, fresh and feels spacious for a studio. It seemed like some of the furniture was brand new, like coffee table, wardrobe) and the overall feeling was modern and clean (in a building that is indeed charmingly old!). The shower was better than at home and bathroom spotless. I loved the big balcony with both chairs and a lounger. Falling asleep to the ocean breeze was wonderful and at least during our stay it wasn't noisy in the streets, just the regular sounds of a lively city 😊 The apartment was equipped with a good "starter pack" of paper, towels, soap, trash bags etc. and even two sets of bed linen for the baby which was very appreciated. It also has a good washing machine. The hosts seem very nice and attentive, but I didn't even need to bother them for anything. The only negative thing about my stay was moving out and I will seriously miss this place!

We have stayed in various apartments in Skol over the past two years, this unit although small is very well equipped. There was an issue with WiFi that Daniela dealt with quickly. The only small negative is that this apartment is at the far side of the building so doesn’t attract much sun. As always very clean and immediate attention to any issues.

Apartment was clean and well located. We had a number of issues with the apartment whilst we were staying but they were dealt with proactively by Daniella. The only problem we found was firstly the apartment was quite cluttered and secondly noise from the Irish bar downstairs every Thursday Friday and Saturday night from 10 pm until gone midnight.

Everything from the apartment itself which is lovely and cosy to the beautiful sea views from terrace. The pool area is large with two pools and a cafe on site. The location is perfect. Marbella prom is on your doorstep with restaurants bars etc. There is a supermarket nearby also.

Our apartment had a fantastic sea view and was well equipped for all our needs. The Complex itself could do with a little TLC. (Paint) other than that it was fantastic. Fantastic location with direct access to the seaside, and views of the ocean. Easy check in and check out. Per friendly. Very clean apartment that has a well equipped kitchen and balcony with great view of the ocean (some apartments are fully ocean facing, some partially). Daniela also kindly allowed for later check out. The property also has 3 pools and green areas which are lovely.
The decor which is a bit dated/bric-a-brac; although everything is clean so that’s all you need.

Right on the beach however better to go to the beach further up (left if facing the sea) as the sun beds are cheaper there and beach is nicer in a little alcove.

De locatie op zich is top! Veel groen eromheen , 2 zwembaden.Goede restaurants , strand winkels alles op loopafstand. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien ( behalve de badkamer...) het hangt er dus vanaf welk appartement je krijgt.
De douche was heel vies het water kwam uit t afvoerputje omhoog in de badkamer nadat we een douche hadden genomen( vloer zeiknat). Melding van gemaakt ze zouden langskomen. Er was iets gedaan, maar nog steeds niet voldoende ( zwarte vieze plekken in de douche brr..). De badkamer zou echt gerenoveerd moeten worden....

We were not aware that we had to pay daily for the use of the sunbeds and also not aware of the rule about not being allowed to sit on the grass. The staff were very rude when we innocently sat on the grass with a towel to enjoy the sun. Nuestro apartamento no tenía persianas, por lo que nos despertábamos muy temprano con mucha luz. Podrían poner unos estores porque la luz era muy incómoda. El sofá cama no tenía sabanas, tuvimos que pedir en recepción.

The only criticism I have you can not get a sunbed near or around the pool unless u get up really early ,people were putting down towels from at least 7am in the morning but still no sign of beds being occupied at 10..00 am ,never once was able to use sunbed facility's or pool ,only grace beach was within 2 min walk

A fantastic stay. Great location and only a short walk away from Marbella Old Town. The apartment was well equipped and instructions on checking in/out were very clear. It was very clean and the balcony with a sea view was such a lovely addition.

Amazing location, perfect for family or friends. Very easy check in. Apartment had everything you needed. There was a lovely view of the sea. I would stay here again as pool was lovely and big and so much at your door step. Only 10 mins walk from old town. Lovely bars and restaurants near. Couldn’t fault any of the food. It felt quite safe.

At first glance the room looked very clean. The bedding was fresh but looking closer we noticed the room was not as clean as we would have expected. Quite a lot of dust in higher areas (ceiling fan in bedroom & bathroom fan especially) Also area round the toilet floor urine stained from previous occupants. We could come here again though

Så helt ny renoveret ud. Flotstort badeværelse der fungerede.
Fint nyt køkken med alt vi skulle bruge.
Dejlig seng. Skøn terrasse ud til Strandpromenaden, en park og ikke mindst havet.
Terrassen var to etager over en resturant, ingen problem- fra terrassen oplevede vi flamingo dans , spansk guitar og jazz gennem glastag 😀👍🏾( absolut ingen mad os).
Daniel var en god vært, mødte ham ikke, men han var altid hurtig til at svare.
Han hjalp med lidt billigere taxi til hjemrejsen søndag.
Trygt med en receptionist.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen, hvis vi får mulighed for det.

O apartamento precisa de renovação. Se pretender cozinhar, esqueça: a placa vitrocerâmica é muito fraquinha e não tem exaustor. Pelo preço, esperava ter limpeza a meio da semana, pelo menos para despejar o lixo. Ouve-se muito barulho do apartamento ao lado. As piscinas são ótimas, mas tem de se pagar 2€/dia por pessoa para ter direito a espreguiçadeira e se quiser ir para a praia pelo meio, perde-se o direito à espreguiçadeira.

Eenvoudige accommodatie op een super plek in Marbella. Aan de boulevard, de haven en het strand en op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Het appartement komt wat gedateerd over maar de ruimte, ligging en het uitzicht maken dat snel goed. Zwembaden en tuin zijn een prima plek om even te verblijven. Geweldige restaurants in de directe omgeving. Prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding voor deze tijd van het jaar.

My booking said room 0.0 so when I arrived and told them I had booked to stay in room 0.0 they didn't know what to do and eventually I had to call to be given my correct room number. Not the ideal start but it was resolved quickly enough. Would have been better to have been given my room number, which was 509, ahead of time to avoid the stress when arriving. When I said 0.0 I was given a confused look because there is no 0.0 but if you google skol apartments 0.0 (again, which is what it said on my booking) you will see an advert for that room that makes it seem like there is a 0.0. Probably better if in future other guests don't have to deal with that.

Nous avons séjourné à 5 dans cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé mais nous le voyions légèrement plus grand avec les photos, même si cela ne nous a pas forcément dérangé.
Il se situe à 2 pas de la plage (10€ le transat pour la journée) et à 10-15min du centre historique de Marbella à pieds. Puerto Banús est à 15min environ en voiture. Il y a pleins de restaurants, bars, Casino… à 5min à pieds.
La résidence comprend 2 grandes piscines à condition de payer 2€ le transat par jour.
Nous avons eu quelques soucis techniques dans l’appartement (store qui ne se ferme plus, volet cassé, clim qui fuit) mais nous avons contacté nos hôtes qui nous ont dépanné en moins de 24H. Alors merci pour ça.
Nous recommandons ces hôtes et cette résidence.

We were very pleased with our visit in Marbella. The apartment was situated in the best location and we experienced very good service. Even though we arrived in the morning we were able to leave the luggage and go take a swim before our check in. The apartment in renovated and very fresh and clean. We loved our holiday in Skol apartments. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. Our apartment was very clean, lovely balcony view. Air conditioning in all rooms. Daniela was so helpful. She booked our airport transfers for us. She got a cot side for the bunk bed for my children when I asked. The pool area was really clean, lovely kids pool, plenty of sunbeds, you pay €2 for a mattress for the sun bed which I think is reasonable. Great value for money for 5 days. Perfect location on the seafront with gated access to restaurants and bars. No complaints at all. We will be back again! 😃

L’appartement était coquet et très propre. L’emplacement est idéal pour se rendre au palais des congrès de Marbella. il y a une vue sur la végétation et la mer, et on entend le bruit des vagues depuis son lit 🥰

L'emplacement est parfait, en 1ere ligne de la plage, juste au niveau du paseo maritimo et des nombreux restaurants et commerces. L'appartement est très bien équipé et dispose d'une magnifique vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Les piscines sont propres, les enfants en ont bien profité.

I booked the apartment alongside friends who were also staying in the complex, on arrival I noticed the two emails I had received had two different room numbers on. We were given the room which was sent most recent. This room was in a corridor that was having work carried out, there was dust sheets taped down in the corridor, dust everywhere (walls, doors, in the air) and the room next door to us was been worked on during our stay so there was banging and drilling noises throughout the day. And we were also located above the local bar which played loud music until 2am.
Our friends apartments were in separate buildings and they experienced none of this. When we approached reception we were told to speak to the manager who refused to do anything about it and was not even apologetic. We asked if we could move rooms but there was no availability, we asked for our money so we could book another hotel but this was not an option. This was supposed to be a relaxing girls holiday which started off on a bad note. I did not received any information prior to our visit to explain or warn us about the construction work that was currently taking place in the apartment complex.

Security guy was the only one kind in this hotel, although he wasn't aware we will need a parking (what I mentioned in several emails and never got reply to my questions about it). Hotel was closed when we arrived and it was complicated to get into it.
They dont actually have a parking lot, contrary to what is mentioned when choosing a hotel, caused several problems with these lies and cost a lot of money because of them. And they didnot care, was rude and all they were interested in if I have checked out. Frustrated, terribly disrespectful communication, never experienced shush attitude anywhere! I wish I had chosen another hotel that I wanted at first. Shower with MOLD! that is unexceptable! Wasnt clean. Balcony could not use at everything was covered with bird feces, noone cleaned it to prepare for guests.

Opvolging van servicepunten. Ik had om nieuwe batterijen gevraagd voor het zonnescherm en dat er iemand de afvoer van een van de badkamers kwam ontstoppen. Niemand gezien en geen batterijen. Handdoeken 1 x per week maar moest er op woensdag nog wel even een mailtje achteraan sturen om donderdag handdoeken te krijgen.

De locatie. En alles was schoon, fris en voldeed aan bijna alle verwachtingen. We waren met nog een ander gezin dus hadden ook wat om te vergelijken. wij hadden alles goed wat je van een 2 pers. appartement mag verwachten.

Skol is in the heart of Marbella right on the beach and paseo. Yet feels secluded and private with gated gardens. Relaxed and chilled out Restaurants and bars are on the paseo, you'll be spoilt for choice. If self catering is your thing there are plenty of well stocked supermarkets with British Brands, including Yorkshire Tea.
Sound proofing isn't great and because apartments are privately owned, building or renovation work can be going on usually October to April end, please check.

Constant noise from either plumbing or something outside on verandahs, similar to a shriek from an animal. Paint work very shoddy..... especially bedroom furniture. Bathroom needs updating. Noise from road. When windy there was a noise from the hall way and door to bedroom not sealed properly.

De lokatie was prima.
Bij de receptie kregen we de sleutel en moesten vervolgens zelf maar uitzoeken waar het appartement was, in een ander gebouw, met de koffers trap op, trap af. Er werd me de volgende dag verteld dat er niet werd schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, er was wel een wasmachine. Het balkon was héél erg vies, heel veel (oude) duivenpoep zowel op de tafel als op de vloer. Dat moet er al heel lang hebben gelegen. Vooral het feit dat de badkamer niet één keer werd schoongemaakt vond ik niet fijn, ook geen schone handdoeken en bedlakens. Bah!

Très bon emplacement, la localisation est le point fort de l'hôtel.
- le personnel : l'arrivée chaotique, il n'y a pas de réceptionniste professionnel, seulement un vigil de sécurité qui nous a donné des clés difficilement, sans aucune indication.... un soir nous souhaitions rester près de la piscine avec des amis, les vigils sont arrivés et ont tenté de MATRAQUER les invités !! ils sont complètement flippant FUYEZ LES !
- l'appartement : PAS DE BALCON, attention aux photos, l'appartement ne correspond pas aux photos et n'a pas de balcon ni de terrasse. il n'y a pas de service de changement des serviettes... il y a des odeurs de remontés d'égouts dans les chambres.
- LA PISCINE EST PAYANTE, si vous voulez rester à la piscine il convient de payer sa chaise longue 2,5€/j , il n'est pas possible d'être au bord de la piscine sans louer de transat.
=> rapport qualité prix mauvais

Nous n’avons pas apprécié que les gérants soient absents à notre arrivée et pendant toute la durée de notre séjour.
D’ailleurs et de l’avis même des services clients de Booking la gérante Daniela ne s’est pas montrée coopérante.
L’appartement qui nous a été donné ne correspond pas à notre attente. Séjour gâché par leur faute.

The apartment is just as advertised. Very clean, comfortable beds (even the bed sofa) great location, nice clean pools and friendly staff. I honestly don’t have anything negative to write. Maybe for guest that are sensitive to noise; to keep in mind that when living in the middle of town, it can be a bit noisy at night. But me and my friends had a good night sleep each night thanks to the comfortable beds!
Also as a host Daniela is very helpful and answer to messages quickly. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing apartment was really cozy and next to everything that I needed, made my trip easier! So many restaurants nearby, supermarkets or little corner shops too and as well as Marbella old town. The view was AMAZING I really loved my stay!

The location is excellent on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartments are spacious.
No cleaning of the rooms and no cleaning products provided. We had to buy simple things like toilet roll and bin bags.
Check in process stressful, I had booked and paid for three apartments but was told on arrival I had one. This took some sorting out.

Walked out of the hotel and the beach was there. The facilities were much better than most self catering dive been to, over, hob, full size fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer - the room literally everything.
It was really confusing to get into reception when I first arrived - the door was locked and you had to ring a bell, the reception doors should maybe be open in the day and locked in the evenings as there is reception staff there in the day anyway.

The apartment was clean and airy, the view was also really nice in the second apartment we moved to. Danielle seemed helpful and communicated with us promptly. Sitting room area and dining area were pleasant.
We were disappointed that the original apartment we booked didn’t live up to the expectations we had from pictures online. we were on the lower floor where we had a blocked view. We could only see a bit of the pool, so we requested a room with a better view and Danielle was helpful with this , but we were told it would be another 150 euro and we would need to wait until the following day because the room needed to be cleaned. We didn’t mind waiting. The concierge came across as unfriendly at reception, so we didn’t feel that we were that welcome when we arrived or when we were leaving. The pool facility was also disappointing because it was out of use for 4 days of our stay because of a sandstorm. I understand it’s not the apartment’s fault that the weather was poor, but we did feel that this was a let down and we were looking forward to using it.

Abgewohnte Wohnung, die mäßig sauber war und zusammengestoppeltes Mobiliar hat. Der alte Personenaufzug lief durch eine Ecke des App. und war sehr laut! Das Bett/Lattenrost aus Metall knarzte bei der kleinsten Bewegung.
Am SA wurden bis nach 22.00 Uhr Leitungsrohre im Flur der Etage aufgeräumt, was einen Höllenlärm verursachte. Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

L'emplacement de l'immeuble en front de mer, la propreté de l'appartement, la qualité du wifi, les nombreuses chaines TV ( toutes les chaînes françaises), le kit d'accueil: éponge, liquide vaisselle, huile, sel et café, le bon fonctionnement de la climatisation.
L'attente de 30 mns pour obtenir les clés remises par un groupe de jeunes sans aucune explication.
L'absence de parking. Alors qu'il était mentionné à 15€/jour, nous avons du garer notre véhicule dans un parking public souterrain dans la rue à côté à 29,95€/jour !!! Il n'y a que 5 places prévues pour les 2 immeubles et elles sont occupées en permanence nous a expliqué le gardien!
La qualité de la literie: matelas en cuvette!
La vue sur mer n'est que latérale et très partielle car bouchée par un gros yucca! De plus, l'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, quasiment au dessus de la piscine. Je n'ose même pas imaginer la nuisance sonore en pleine saison...

The apartment looks exactly like on the photos. Very nice apartment. The check-in was super easy. The location is great, next to beach and supermarket. The only thing I would mention is the noise you hear through the windows even when closed. I stayed in Dec. and it’s probably gonna be worse in summer. Overall it was a nice stay

The location is unbelievable! Steps to the beach and so many wonderful cafes - plus you can't beat the Golden Mile walk. Daniela is super responsive and helpful. The building is very safe and secure -24 hour concierge...Wonderful morning sun and views from the balcony. Plus wonderful park space right across the street...nice shade if you are too hot and it provided wonderful safe walks for me and my pooch...the only downside was as a Canadian I forgot my adapters but there is a variety store just up the street you can purchase for only $2 euros...supermarkets are also steps away...I will definitely be stopping by again...Thanks Daniela!

Wij hebben niet het appartement gekregen wat we geboekt hebben met 3 slaapkamers! en moesten met een soort dwang(hadden al betaald, en stonden met 4 personen) een andere moeten accepteren van Daniela van Skol.
Of we konden gaan... Booking.com was na langdurig bellen steeds in gesprek op dat moment.....

I have stayed at few other places in Marbella, however, I have to say this was the best one. :) Very clean overall, newly renovated bathroom, nice and easy communication with the owners... and the view and location is just amazing. I would definitely recommend!

The place was not worth staying at. I booked it for three nights and checked out next day. Ac was so loud I couldn’t sleep and didn’t work properly it was boiling at night. Place didn’t even look like the pictures . I contacted the host for refund on remainder of days and they refused.

The apartment is in a great location with a sea view and has the extra touches of modern decor, fully equipped kitchen, umbrellas and beach towels for use, but unfortunately without the basics that is irrelevant.
It is with regret that I need to write a review with negative comments but to me an apartment should not be rented out when there is a known issue of the water not being hot enough for a shower or to wash the pots but least with the pots you can boil a kettle!! The apartment just had a shower so could not use boiling water for a bath!!
On the evening of arrival we went to shower to find the water was cold. I rang the number given if there were any issues and told a maintenance man would be sent.
The maintenance man when he arrived said there is a known issue on that floor that the water is not hot enough and so we had the choice of having the cold water switched off so we could have hot water to be able to shower which is what we did and then he came back 30 minutes later to switch the cold water on.
When this is the procedure that needs to happen to enable a hot shower I would question if the apartment should be rented out like this in this modern time.
We were told this would be fixed the next day so we were hopeful having missed out on a morning shower that when we came back that we would have hot water to shower but again when going to shower it was colder than the day before so we had to go without a shower as we were both not prepared to shower in cold water.
Having rang the number again I was told maintenance had been out to change the shower and she had been told the water was now hot enough to shower however when I told her this was not the case and was still cold and what would be done as we needed to go out and had missed out on a shower she said my word against hers so I asked her to come and see for herself which she was not prepared to do. I asked if there was any compensation for the issues and inconvenience as feel when paying out money to rent an apartment you are paying for hot water to which she said no it’s hot enough of which I again disputed as I was there and it wasn’t no where near hot enough to have a shower.
All of this would have been easier to contend with had I got an apology rather than having the phone put down on me.

Lieu très agréable, j'y suis allée avec 3 de mes amies et l'espace était correct. Le balcon est indispensable ! L'appartement est très propre.
Il y a des choses dans l'annonce qui ne sont finalement pas présentes sur place mais des petites choses non indiquées qui y sont. Bon compromis

A great location just off the beach. Rather than hiring a car we took a bus from Malaga airport for 8€ each rather than 70€-80€ each way in a taxi.
From the apartment the old town is a ten minute walk away and Puerto Banus was a lovely 1 hour walk west along the promenade which ran uninterrupted the entire distance.
The apartment suited our needs perfectly. We didn’t use any cooking facilities preferring to eat out.
The area and apartment block felt very secure. No concerns on our visit whatsoever.
The key pickup and drop off was very easy. No issues whatsoever.

Great spot for a beach getaway. Bright modern space. Best for up to two people. Close to everything with views of the adjacent park and beach, but nicely 100m or so from the noisier/crowded section. Beach chairs are nice if you don’t want to pay for the various hammacas. The chiringuito at the end of the building has great breakfast!

Great location!! The building was pretty dated but had a super friendly and helpful staff. We were missing linens on the first night but the host remedied the situation the next morning. A no-frills apartment but kitchen pretty well stocked for self catering. Thanks for the stay!!

A fantastically clean apartment in an ideal location next to the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment had all the basics for a self catering holiday and more including European plug adaptors and a wheelie shopping basket ideal for carrying water etc. The reception were very welcoming and made checking in and out very simple and were on hand to order taxis. I would highly recommend this apartment and I will certainly be booking it in the future. Thank you for a lovely time.

Wij kwamen rond 21.15 uur aan. Er was alleen een portier maar die gaf ons meteen de sleutels en wees ons de weg.
De woonruimte was duidelijk en er lag een beschrijving van allerlei belangrijke informatie.
In het begin hebben we nog wat dingen gevraagd aan de portier. Op de dag van vertrek ontdekten we pas dat er ook een receptie was. Daar konden we wel Engels spreken en dat was makkelijker. Ook ontdekten we toe dat de verhuurder in de info had gezet dat ze de volgende dag langs zou komen. We weten niet of dat ook gebeurd is.
Het appartement was prima. Alleen veel lawaai van de Ierse pub beneden en de bovenburen. Als je een goede slaper bent, merk je dat misschien niet zo.
Verder dicht bij de boulevard en de start van de 4daagse.

The host didn't make us feel welcome.
We never met the host once. The apartment is right above an Irish pub, which doesn't close until 2am every night. Wouldn't recommend it to friends or family.

We arrived, took the keys and got in. Clean. Great location. Perfect air conditionning. Two TV, various channels. The appatement is above a famous irish pub, one minute walking to the beach and passeo maritimo

Great location - on the beachfront and a taxi rank outside if you want to go to Porto Banus.
We arrived early and were allowed to check in early which was a plus.
It's a duplex so plenty of space plus has all mod cons and equipment if you wanted to make your own food (we didn't). The resort has two pools - one deep adult one and one for kids. You have to pay €2 for a sun lounger and they fill up fast. The complex also has WIFI and a bar by the pool for daytime drinking.
All in all a great place especially at the price. I'd definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Marbella and Daniela's apartment was a perfect fit for us. We arrived in Marbella after 10pm, so it was great that the apartment has an open 24hr reception area to be able to collect the keys. The apartment balcony looks out onto a nearby park in one direction and toward the waterfront in the other. So close to the beach and restaurants, it was great! I contacted Daniela about getting beach towels and she had them delivered the next day so we could use them for the pool! The apartment was clean and decorated as advertised. Thank you!

on arrival the appartment was as said brilliant location,the following morning contacted daniela regarding freevew box not working her reply was will call in as they were in town and have alook at it ,no body turned up ,msg daniela her reply was she knew the box was broken and a new one had been ordered ,but it would be in the new year,we could have gone and purchased one ourselfs quicker .the main reason we pick this appartment was for the access to tv channels because im severly disabled and spend alot of time in the appartment NOT VERY PLEASED

Great location, excellent proximity to beach and bars/restaurants. Lovely pool area (€2 per day for sun beds but very comfortable and good quality so worth it). Apartment was clean and well looked after.

We haven't seen Daniela during our stay. The keys were left at the reception. It's convenient as it's opened 24h. Daniela also booked us a parking nearby for 10€ per day.
The appartement itself corresponds to almost all photos except for the swimming pool view. I guess these pictures were taken from the last floor. Actually the flat is on the 1st floor just above the Irish Bar(a little bit noisy during the weekend).
The building is really close to the sea (the first beach line) and nearly 20 minutes walking from the old city.
The appartement is greatly furnished and equipped. There're even 3 coffee machines!!!
The only disconvenient we had was the absence of the cold water during 1 day(no possibility to take a shower after the beach with boiling hot water). We called Daniela and the problem was solved the next day.
All in all we're very pleased with our staying. Good value for money! Thank you Daniela!

Lovely spacious apartment in great location, close to beach, restaurants, shops, 5min walk to supermarket. apartment very clean and well equipped, exactly as described online. You wont be disappointed. We will definately be back again. On arrival, the reception phoned Danielle, she came quickly and explained everything about the apartment and said to call here if we needed anything, she was very polite and professional, also the reception staff despite the language barrier were very welcoming and helpful.

We had a fantastic time in Marbella and Skol apartments. Our only complaint is that apt 110 sits directly above an Irish pub that stays open playing loud music til very late so it was difficult to sleep. When we arrived, we had some difficulty obtaining the keys as the person at the front desk did not know which apt we were in and he also couldn't speak any English. This was resolved however once we got in touch with the host.

Era la primera vez que estábamos en Marbella y todo ha estado perfecto. El apartamento es tal y como se observa en las fotografías y pegado al paseo marítimo. Cerca está lleno de restaurantes y supermercados.
Daniela muy bien, incluso se averió una de las neveras y a los dos días nos la cambió por otra. La terraza genial aunque si es verdad que coincidió una boda de ingleses y en el pub de debajo metían algo de ruido, pero a las 12.30 lo cerraban.
El único pero son las escaleras para acceder a las habitaciones y a la gente mayor le cuesta, pero si eres de mediana edad o joven es totalmente perfecto.
Si volvemos, repetimos.

Hi, keys and instructions were left in an envelope at reception and it was all hassle free. The apartment was perfect with lots of space and all the mod cons. It is in a great location, within walking distance of everything and really close to the beach. There's lots of nice restaurants nearby and the supermarket is also very convenient. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Наша семья отдыхала в Марбельи с 11.05 по 18.05 2015 . Апартаменты 100 % соответствовали тому что мы увидели на сайте ! По предварительной договоренности с владельцами нам оперативно был организован паркинг для авто . Так же все наши просьбы были оперативно выполнены . Нам все очень понравилось и мы обязательно в будущем воспользуемся их гостеприимством , а также будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым !

Perfect little space right next to the beach. Easy access to the main Paseo and the public beaches. The apartment was clean and well cared for- did not have any problems and enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Skol was great. It is a old building/resort right on the beach. The unit has been updated though and served us well. Great layout and enjoyed a few meals out on the patio overlooking the street and park. Location was very central and check in was easy as a package was waiting for us at reception. It was also really nice around the pool. You pay for a lounger but €2 a day is not a issue. Also the restaurant/bar around pool has good prices. The Irish bar below condo was not much of a issue but there is live music on weekends and you can hear it but it's not that loud.

Everything fine.
The outside area of the flat is really nice, location very good, right beside the beach.
The flat is fine, bathroom and kitchen renewed.
Not luxury but clean and ok
The negative side is the building itself.. hallways with very bad looking carpets, but that is not Rory's fault. :)
Also the service at the building is fine, very nice people.
Rory's response to questions is really fast and great.

30mètres de la plage, dans le centre de Marbella
Accueil très sympathique ( eau, lait, thé..)

It is a Nice flat / in the weekends you Can hear the bar - in the bedsroooms
2 minutes and you are on the beach and the old town and supermarkeds are very near

A very nice experience. Absolutely perfect location, everything's very close:supermarkets,bars,restaurants,taxi and bus stops, puerto deportivo and paseo maritimo. The apartment itself has everything you need, I felt like at home. There's a 24/7 reception service.

The apartment have all the facilities, really clean and very new.
My family used to have an apartment in the same building, SKOL, and I can say that Rory's apartment is really nice.
Could not have asked for better apartment. ;)
He had on the fridge some bottles of still water and milk. Also sugar and te ! Gracias.
The owner of the restaurant inside of the building came and welcome us with a bottle of a really nice red wine!

L'appartamento si trova in una zona perfetta, vicino ai locali, ristoranti e spiaggia. Di ftonte c'è anche un parco meraviglioso con i giochi per i bambini. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, pulito e luminoso. Le chiavi abbiamo retirati nella reception della palazzina, una cosa molto utile, visto il nostro arrivo di notte!
Rory si è dimostrato molto disponibile a tutte le nostre domande e richieste! ci tornerei volentieri!

We were in Rory's apartment for just 2 days and the experience was globally nice. Rory's being away an agency deals with everything but was not available when needed. We managed, even though there was no soap or shampoo though it was written, the internet is not available in the flat but it is downstairs at the reception only. Also be aware that the apartment has no view on the pools, though you can go there, and the sunbeds are not free... instead the flat is on the first floor just above a really noisy bar!!
For the rest the flat itself is really nice and well located, not in the middle of the really turistic area in the historical center but not far from it, and really in front of the beach!
