House was as described in write up, there was no high chair or travel cots available for the babies or toddlers. The house was a little noisy at night as situated on a busy road. It would have been nice if the garden had got outdoor furniture to sit on.

The house was as seen in the photos, could do with some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had great weather whilst we were visiting so it was a shame that there was no outdoor furniture. It was also disappointing that all the contents of the kitchen, crockery etc needed to be cleaned when we arrived as it was all dirty.

Spacious end terrace, with modern living and bedroom areas and enclosed garden. 20 min walk from Gorleston beach, a few mins walk to High Street. Great value. Points to note: both bathrooms downstairs, busy road, light bedrooms.

Good place, but I was a little disappointed with the service received. Although the host was good, they did not go above and beyond like other hosts. There was no welcome pack and despite asking for more toilet rolls and bin bags, we were not given any. In addition, although the host offered us early check in for a fee, we were actually told the property wouldn't be ready until 3.30pm, when the check in was meant to be 3pm. Luckily these were fairly minor inconveniences and generally the host was responsive. The place itself was nice, but a few extra touches would have made our stay perfect.

We stayed over for 4 nights at Christmas. The house is very spacious and warm. There was someone at the other end of the line always to help and that was great.

The property was chosen because the initial correspondence with the host led us to believe that there was a downstairs sofa bed. This was necessary as we had an elderly disabled relative. This was not the case. We had to source an airbed to accommodate the relative as an emergency measure. The Guest Homes agent was initially implying we did not know how to open an airbed before finally admitting the property had no sofa-beds. She further refused to accept that there was any error in communication on their part and kept pointing instead to the initial listing. I had to contact AirBnB support to eventually seek a partial refund. The host eventually did offer us an hours late checkout without an extra charge The property itself is okay. Large bedrooms. Downstairs is a bit substandard. Kitchen okay. Smaller of the two bathrooms is worn and almost unusably small. Rear garden was overgrown and messy. Front patio had weeds everywhere

Nothing hidden from the photos or the description. The House was very clean and everything worked as expected. There were towels on each of the beds and pamphlet's showing local things to do. A great location, only a 5 min drive to Gorleston Beach and only 10mins to Gt Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. Ideal for a family.

The place has outstanding space with nice dining, living and bedrooms near to high street. All the shops and beaches were very accessible with in 15min walk or 10min drive. As we traveled in two cars the only problem was with parking, but always we managed to get a spot. The places to visit near are too good so we had special day time outside and enjoyed the night with kids and good dining.

This is a convenient location and easy to walk to the seafront. There is no onsite parking but on street parking was available. We actually got permission to park in the church lot across the street. Very roomy and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a definite plus. Adding some outdoor seating in the back garden would have made it a 10/10.

Great house for a week away, some things that needed to be fixed such as bathroom locks and only 1 toilet was flushable. However, the positives outweighed the negatives and me and my mates had a great week away somewhere new. Do recommend 👍🏻

We had a lovely stay over the Easter break, the house was clean and in a great location, 15 min walk from Gorleston on sea beach and pubs etc and 5 min walk to highstreet with pubs coffee shops etc. we drove to Norfolk broad which was 30 mins away and Great Yarmouth which was 10 min drive away.

My family and I spent 3 nights in this beautiful home, and we would book this place again and again. It felt a lot like home; 2 sitting rooms, 2 bathrooms, a decently-sized dining room/study, a very functional kitchen, a garden we didn't use and 4 sizeable and neatly kept double rooms upstairs. Simply put . . . I love this place.

Ideal place for family to stay when visited for wedding. Would be VERY helpful to fit a full length mirror somewhere so could check outfits. Also some hooks on back of bathroom doors and shelf for toiletries. Otherwise had all that was needed and we had a very good stay. Slept well.

A comfortable and very clean property which provided a good social space for our family when we came to a wedding locally. The bathrooms are both downstairs which might not suit some people and finding a parking space can be quite a challenge.

A group of 6 of us were down for a wedding and the house was perfect for us! We could have even fit 2 more guests if we needed to as there was a spare bedroom. It was very clean and conveniently located. No parking directly near it but they made that clear in the listing. We parked a short walk away down another road for free though. We would definitely recommend others to stay here and we would definitely be back if we find ourselves in this part of the UK!

Enjoyed the house, plenty of room for five guests. Close to city centre area and local beach. Close to pubs and other essential shops. No parking at property but plenty of parking on nearby streets. Good size garden, 2 SMART TV’s. Overall a pleasant short break and comfortable accommodation.

My friends and I had the enormous privilege of attending the picturesque and charming town of Gorleston-on-Sea, and the AirBNB we stayed in only served to enhance our experience. The location was great, with notable local establishments such as the William Adams and JKR Trading mere minutes away. The house itself is great, with two spacious living rooms and a garden with a durable yet flexible swing. It is clean and well furnished. The only downside I would say is that the bathrooms are both downstairs (whereas the bedrooms are all upstairs), and neither of them have locks. Nevertheless, we will certainly be returning to try and win some alluring prizes at the nearby Ocean Bay Amusements. Thank you!
