This is a beachfront 1 bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests on the 6th floor of the A block.

There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

Estuvimos contentos con la estancia. El apartamento tiene ya un tiempo pero esta muy limpio, bien mantenido y esta de acuerdo a las fotografias. La localizacion es perfecta, y los jardines y las piscinas estan muy bien cuidados.
Recepcion 24H
El unico detalle a tener en cuenta si llevas coche (es toda la zona,... no es cosa del apartamento) es que aparcar esta complicado.

Apartment was in a great location and the large balcony got the early evening sunshine. The pool was spotless and paying €2.00 for the sun beds meant you got lovely comfortable mattress. Very close to the old town and great for buses.

Good hosts, they allowed me to do a very late check out on Sunday, really appreciate it.
Amazing view and really cool features at the flat :)
Only need update the interiors as it’s look old. But I will booking it soon!

El piso está genial, es muy amplio, con un balcón enorme y vistas espectaculares.
Esta súper céntrico además y con un montón de cosas cerca.

Sin duda lo recomendaría.

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
