Spotlessly clean and extremely well located. The flat is spacious (certainly big enough for two). There is a degree of traffic noise - the street below is steady with traffic. That said it goes quiet at night and is not especially noisy. Some limited (overnight) street parking if you get lucky!! All in all an excellent flat and we will be staying again next year. Thank you

Have stayed in same building but this flat 5 was at the front so traffic noise disturbing from 5.30am. Flat too hot for our liking. Some food stains on sofa which just needed a scrub. Unlike previous flat glasses, cups and cutlery not matching , so whilst not crucial , invites a feeling of not well put together. Kitchen tap very wobbly. Pillows very firm. Very central. Local car park at shopping centre shut due to city flooding so the next closest was walking distance Corn Market, though more expensive . Great Colombian coffee shop opposite accommodation. Felt very safe and secure. Only one tea towel and and as no drainer, just had to use this to place washing up on . They could do with a plastic drainer tray that drips back into sink.

I had a nice stay at this flat and everything was spot on and importantly the heating worked perfectly which is important at this time of year. Had everything I needed and the location was great for access to the city centre, station etc

Overall good place to stay as it is accessible to the city. The place looked great with the views of the main street and buildings. Overall very clean with just some minor issues that they responded to which will hopefully get resolved. Communication was good with messages on airbnb and ‘phone calls. Stayed with them twice on 2 different accomodations. A great choice when searching last minute.

Second time i've stayed here! It's great! If any critique i'd say it would be nice to have a small package of shampoo/conditioner/bodywash but that critique isn't enough to move it less than 5 stars

I stayed in apartment 5 for 1 month for work. The apartment is nice and clean and the people at Guest Homes were very good. If ever I had any questions they responded within minutes. The apartment is in a great location and is easy to find and access. The apartment was spotless and I would stay there again if I was coming to Worcester for work.

Great stay all round. Check in process was very easy and the apartment was just like photos. Ideal set up for a long weekend, had everything we needed. Loved the kitchen. Close to everywhere we were visiting - yes, it’s on busy street so there is noise from traffic and bars but we felt that it didn’t affect our visit. Felt the price was very fair for the quality of our stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice place, clean, easy to check in and good communication from property manager. Slight negatives were the location is very noisy with traffic through city centre and parking as is advertised in the listing is slightly inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Would have been nice to arrive to a warm property too. Arrived and heating was off, property was freezing and had to wait a considerable amount of time for the property to warm up. Overall a relatively good stay.

Great location for city centre and train station. Apartment clean and well maintained with everything you need for a short stay. Our only criticism would be the windows did not seal well so we found it noisy at night

Good location, large space for a couple. Very convenient to the station (2 min walk) and surrounded by restaurants. Few min walk from shopping center. Convenient in check-in and check-out. fair price.

Beautiful apartment, situated in a very well kept building. Located within walking distance of the train station and the main town. Restaurants, bars and other eateries right on the doorstep. Excellent hosts, we requested a fan due to the heat expected during our stay & it was there when we arrived. Keysafe and lockbox check in so much easier as we relied on public transport which doesn’t have the greatest reputation in the area just lately. Will definitely recommend and book again if we ever stay in Worcester.

Clean, simple check in and as described. Central location on shaw street which means you can hear the road but didn’t bother us too much. Good value for money.

Nice looking apartment at face value. Recently refurbished. Convenient location. Communication with hosts was sub par standard and didn’t do much to help us with a missing tv remote which was reported on the first day of our 3 night stay. Didn’t answer any calls we made to the number on the booking. Only replied to Airbnb messages. Noise as mentioned by other guests is quite intrusive.

It’s a brand new bnb just right at the city center of Worcester,so it’s convenient for almost everything I need. The only hesitation during the stay is the sound pollution from the streets…overall it’s a nice place to stay!

Brand new, smart and clean flat. Was well equipped and comfortable and the Netflix was a treat! It is very conveniently located in the centre of town, but bear in mind that there is some traffic noise that comes with this.
