The sealant in the shower is not working so the bathroom floods. To be fair they did send me a message warning of this, but only AFTER we had booked and paid for the reservation and it was non refundable. There are a few stains and wear and tear, but in general flat is pleasant and surprisingly large. The location was perfect and the self check in was very easy so full marks for that.

The basement had mould in the shower. Guest homes dealt with this issue by moving us to another room after two nights which was cleaner.

Ignore the pictures you won’t be staying there. Last minute we were sent to a different property miles from where we booked, where we wanted to be and where we left our car. We then had miles of walking to transfer our luggage which was agony for my partner who had undergone a medical procedure on her knee. We booked the property for its appearance, feel and location but were let down on every count. It completely spoilt our weekend and now makes me doubt this particular host. We are now left feeling that we’ve been severely misled and conned into paying for a property we did not receive and may not even exist. There are plenty of other hosts in the city so just ignore this host and their property as based on our experience there’s no guarantee you’ll actually get the property you booked. Please take my experience as a warning and move onto another host. We did not receive what we booked so there’s no guarantee you will either.

There was an issue with the shower and Guest Homes refunded half our money. Shower had black mould and dead flies. Whole flat had a bad smell

I stayed here a few times last year and was always very impressed. However this time, I went into the flat when I arrived to find someone had left a large amount of faeces in the toilet bowl. I tried flushing it but the bowl was clearly blocked as the faeces filled water just kept rising. I contacted the company who asked for a photo and then offered to pay me back £80 (approx one night of my 6) or move me elsewhere for the night. I chose the latter, and stayed somewhere else in town. It seemed from later communication that the other flat was in fact available for most of my stay (rather than the limited duration I had been told) so would have appreciated the opportunity to continue to stay there rather than have to pack up and move twice in two days. When I asked the management about this, they sent a message back saying something about how they get last minute bookings and cancellations. I was up in Worcester for work so it was a fairly significant inconvenience, and of course wasn’t the nicest sight or smell to walk into! As I say this may be a one-off, but did mean I felt I couldn’t leave the best review unfortunately and have booked somewhere else for this week and next.

Pros:  Clean spacious Cute decor  Great location Late check out The bedroom was dark and so easy to sleep in Cons: The toilet smelled horrible and we notified them immediately but unfortunately they said a plumber would come but never did... So we got to deal with a sewage smell all weekend. It's really gross. The mattress is really uncomfortable.

Cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, skirting boards dusty, bathroom floor had dust, hair and bits of toilet roll on it. The bathroom also smelled very damp. The lights above the work surface in the kitchen were hanging off and wires were hanging down above the toaster. There were crumbs on the work tops. Should be clearer in the description that the washing machine is not in the apartment. Entrance to the apartment incredibly awkward to get through with cases etc. Location was great for the city centre.

Perfect little spot. Very, very spacious in bedroom and kitchen/living room. Good location and easy check in. Best apartment building hallways been in in Worcester, they're actually clean and kept well! Would stay again.

The property is very modern and was perfect, however can get hot and can be quite noisy outside so can be hard to sleep if you need to keep the windows open at night.
