Very comfortable house, just a bit tired. 10 minutes walk from the main town. T.V wasn't the best and could have done with a few more bits of equipment, like pegs to hang your washing out.

Pristine, comfortable property - very helpful and responsive hosts - we would have stayed longer if the house had been available but it was already booked out which is not surprising - really excellent property and value for money - we highly recommend.

A great location for exploring Worcester. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Unfortunately lots of the crockery wasn't clean and a it needs a few jobs fixing things . However, an enjoyable stay.

The stay completely spoiled by a “verification” process first asking for name, address, and contact details. Secondly it required photos of passport or driving licence. I did not want to offer these details to unknown party “SuperHog” but having no choice I redacted the details. The third tier required a deposit of £400 or extra £35 to insure us for damage! Shocking, unnecessary, and insulting. I felt I needed to examine and video the entire interior on arrival, stored, unlisted, on YouTube. Accommodation reasonable, beds comfortable, house warm and dry. That I needed to video and then worry about receiving a scam claim against me is awful. We won’t use AirB&B again for fear of such impersonal, insulting measures. We’ve cancelled a booking to avoid the risk of “SuperHog” and treated as criminal. Hosts use this third-party service to make their lives easier at the expense of their guests. Such money-making, middle-man projects erode guest/host relationships. Heavily précised.

1. There was undue stress cause by the host 'Guest Homes' using a third party called 'superhog'. This resulted in lots of text messaging to my phone asking for confirmation of idententiy details and more, with url links etc. -It all led to a lot of uncertainty about being able to access the property. We were arriving with a baby as well. -Having contacted Guest Homes directly by phone I was given the access code by email. -I have raised a case with AirB&B 2. Guest Homes appears to be an agency operating in Worcester letting out this property. -I would not book a future AirB&B with an agency operated listing. -The property did not have the 'feel' of a private home, but somewhere that is regularly let out and then has cleaners in to tidy afterwards. 3. -The property has a smell as you walk in, dampness I think. -The kitchen worktops had cleaning stains. -No chemicals to wipe surfaces -There were no tea towls to do any drying -Nor washing up equipment, sponge, scrubbie

We had a lovely stay at Chestnut Walk while we visited family in Worcester. The house was well presented and with all the facilities we needed. There was plenty of parking and was within easy reach of the local amenities (shops, restaurants etc). There are quite a few stairs to contend with but these give the property character. Just a consideration if you have an elderly person with you, as I did. We would definitley stay here again as it provided the perfect base for exploring the area.

We had a lovely stay. Very convenient location for our needs. Plenty of parking, amazingly clean and tidy property. Three good sized bedrooms. Takeaways within walking distance and only around 10 minute walk to city if you wanted to.

Perfect location to the city centre with plenty of restaurants, bars and takeaways nearby. Easy seamless check in, house warm,cosy and welcoming once inside. Quirky house with plenty of room for the five of us agreed with a few comments about the steps around the property. All in all a great stay.

The place was clean, as described. The shower upstairs had a little hot water and pressure issue. The heating is intermittent which makes the space always a little cold. But I would recommend the house, very well located, large parking, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen.

The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. There was an issue with the WiFi at first but the host was very responsive in sorting it out. The only criticism is that there was a smell of damp, probably caused by a leaking radiator in the cellar.

Lovely house, ideal for our stay in Worcester with an easy walk into the city and the surrounding countryside. Lots of steps and stairs which we found quirky but could be a worry. Lovely garden, plenty of parking and great views out the back!

The house was in a great place - 15 minutes walk into Worcester. The house was clean and bedrooms comfortable. There are a lot of steps in the house on the ground floor and off the landing to the bedrooms. People with mobility problems / young children would find it tricky.

Overall a good stay. A great location, 10 mins walk into town and plenty of parking on the drive for 5 cars. Only feedback would be the shower wasn't very good and the bathrooms feel quite dated/need some tlc.

Stayed at this property for our sons graduation. It was ideally located for what we required, within east walking distance of the City and had ample free parking on site, which was a real bonus. True to the description and pictures advertised, it was ideally sized for 6 adults, with ample crockery, cutlery, seating... etc for our requirements. Would stay again.

The house is big and well located, the garden is lovely. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped (it would be nice to have kitchen roll, more cups and cutlery, more washing up soap etc). Overall my friends and I had a lovely stay over a long weekend. Thanks!

We had a lovely break here and found the house very well located for visiting Worcester and surrounding area. It accommodated 5 adults +1 baby very well - though kitchen utensils are rather limited, so cooking meals required a bit of ingenuity. Good to have 2 bathrooms and actual bath tub. We found Guest Homes very helpful in answering queries in a timely manner.

Perfect for a large family. We were attending a family event in Worcester and it was exactly what we required. Warm, spacious (2nd bathroom a bonus!), exceptionally clean. Great having enough room to park three cars and being only a short walk from the shops and bars. With so many of our extended family now living in Worcester, we will certainly be booking here again!

We were very disappointed that on arrival the house was freezing and clearly hadn't been properly heated for weeks. Despite knowing our check in plans, no attempt was made to have the house heated to a comfortable temperature for us to arrive. So we had to spend an hour messing about with the heating settings before we could get it working, while our kids were tired and we couldn't put them to bed. It was 9 degrees in the bedrooms which is too cold for young children. The house thermostat was set to 16 degrees in mid winter! The radiator in the third bedroom did not work at all and so we had to cram into two rooms despite paying for three bedrooms. The bed pillows were also rock hard (not feather and down) and made sleeping very uncomfortable. Given it is January, we feel that the heating should have been set to a more comfortable level and turned on before arrival, and can only assume it was done like this to save energy costs which caused a huge inconvenience to us. On the plus side, the house was clean and in good order, check in was easy and the host communication was good. This house is adequate for a short stay in the Worcester area but do ask for the heating to be put on in advance!
