We did not want to stay in this place for long we felt it was a bit of a converted office space. It didn’t feel homely it felt like an office. Ok for business use but not a holiday or vacation.

We had a really good stay as a family of three in October 2024. The apartment was exactly as advertised, very clean and warm. There was off street parking and the area was very quiet at night. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets were a short walk up the hill. Great access to the Malvern Hills too. Would definitely book again.

Fairly comfortable apartment but it is very dark inside. Despite being a sunny week, lights were needed at all times of the day. The key box is also situated practically on the floor so anyone with mobility issues may struggle.

Great location, and with ample parking. Apartment is basic but functional - good for a short stay. We had some issues with the shower, which took 24hrs to resolve, and no cleaning products or appliance instructions provided.

Nice comfortable place. had a slight issue with the water temperature which, had we been staying longer we were assured would have been sorted. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants and also to the train station. Parking on site was brilliant. Would recommend.

We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely apartment in Malvern. The location is ideal, being easily walkable to all local attractions and amenities. A small problem with a missing hairdryer was sorted out promptly by the hosts. Could probably do with some instructions for the heating in the welcome pack. However it wasn't a problem as we managed the temperature using the radiators. A peaceful, cosy, comfortable, clean place to stay in this pretty town. We felt very at home and I would happily stay here again if I were returning to the area.

Arrived not very clean. No hot water, had to fix boiler ourselves....took up a fair bit of time emailing, watching boiler videos etc, ruined our first evening where we'd planned to eat out. But we needed hot water! Not sure how cleaner didn't notice no hot water...the bathroom didn't seem that clean so would explain why. Bed super uncomfortable...huge dips in it, could feel springs through spare mattress. It hurt partners hip, had to take painkillers. Very basic, no homely things that are what make the AirBnB experience, no oil, foil little things like that. Uncomfortable sofa. Broken blind. Broken door handle on bedroom door. Shabby

Had a great stay, well located for good walks in and around The Malvern Hills. Lovely peaceful area, but still with places to go out to eat and drink. The flat was clean and comfortable and communication with Guest Homes was clear and straight forward. Will recommend.

Pleasant accommodation, well located to access Malvern and the surrounding areas. Easy and free parking which is always a bonus. Quiet location. Responsive host with clear instructions. Only gripe is that a high chair and/or travel cot wasn’t available when enquired. For a property managed by a professional host this is something that is often available from other similar hosts and just makes life traveling with young children easier.

Really great two night stay. Easy to find with parking, and walking distance to the town. Purposefully chose somewhere without too much clutter as we had our 9 month old with us. We were able to baby proof the living room area really easily, so he could crawl around and play with his toys safely!

Location: super near to town. The flat was lovely warm and cosy we felt really at home. The Host: very accommodating and even put the heating on before we arrived so it was nice and warm for when we arrived with our baby. Check-in/out: process was fairly easy. Check-in was at 3pm and check out was 5pm. It would have been nice to have a more flexible timing on this but I understand this is not always possible. We asked for an earlier check-in the day before but was told to ask again on the day which is hard to plan with a baby. The flat itself: equipped with the basic essentials for a short stay. It would have been great if more were included like a hair dryer and a high chair. Maybe some board games too for the evenings. The flat was overall clean and tidy but definitely could do with some maintenance to spruce up the place particularly the bathroom to make it feel a bit more lux. Overall we were happy with our stay particularly as we got it at a reduced rate as booked last minute.

Really enjoyed our family stay here. Very quiet, relaxing location and just a five/ten minute, nice walk into town. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting wonderful Malvern. Very easy self check-in, ample free parking and a Co-op just five minutes' walk up the road.

We had a great week here. The accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean and tidy. It was well equipped with everything we needed and ideally positioned for access to the attractive town, the station and walks on the hills and the surrounding area. Lovely park and theatre, book shops and lots of places to eat. The apartment is wonderfully quiet too which was a bonus. Highly recommended.

The flat was beautiful, just as described, and very homely. They left everything we needed. There was lots of parking space! A really lovely flat to stay in, only a 5 minute walk away from the town. The flat above us unfortunately there bathroom is very noisy when the shower is turned on at night but that’s not something which can be helped. It was an absolutely wonderful stay and I would love to stay there again!

Great location. Big Waitrose and Wilko near by (walking distance) and a lidl (5 min drive). Good base if wanting to do some walks. Flat was clean and was well eqipped - had everything from pots and pans to a drying rack for clothes! Would suggest this place to anyone going to Malvern.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Malvern for 5 of us for a weekend, it was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped, even had baking trays! Josh was easy to deal with and he gave clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is a serviced apartment rather than a real Airbnb experience . However it is in a great location and is quiet , it also has a good size comfortable bed and is clean if a little basic ..overall would stay again .
