Hi property itself was lovely. However we had an issue gaining access to the property. We were working late so did not arrive at the property until 1am. On arrival we located the lock box and there was no key. Phone lines are not open at this time so had to book somewhere else.

Dog poo all in garden n on path. So my child could not use the garden on our stay There was a cannabis smell throughout home Other than that a very lovely stay.

Not luxury. Not clean. I had to clean myself upon arrival. Did not stay for the 2 nights we booked. Left after 1 night. Complaint made and refund sorted quickly.

Lush stay. Garden was unusesble as its just like a mud bath! House very clean bar few crumbs n lumps mud on floor.. quick sweep n all was fine Hearing myst be on timers as even tho was showing off on the wall the radiators was boiling and we woke up middle night sweating. But was a lovely little break with the family x

The fridge had a aweful smell it was unuseable There was mouldy food left in the oven to which again was unuseable for the whole weekend Down stairs toilet was broken Glasses was dirty Mould in bathroom by shower Not worth the money we had to pay

This is our third stay in this unusual Leominster house so obviously we like it ! It’s very light and spacious, the town centre a few minutes’ walk away and conveniently situated to explore this lovely county.

Well decorated with all rooms as described, road noise is noticeable but not detrimental, all the furniture that you would need for a longer stay and close enough to local amenities and countryside alike.

The accommodation was as described and we had no major issues. We would say it’s a bit tatty at the edges (missing light bulbs, stained sheets, lack of cutlery) but it didn’t affect our stay. Leominster is an OK village but not very many good pubs to walk to and eat out. However it’s a good location to get to Ludlow and other attractions. The hosts were great and extremely helpful when we accidentally forgot a whole drawer of clothes!

This is our second visit to this lovely property and we will happily come again. Central position with parking, you can easily walk into town while using Leominster as a base to explore this beautiful area with Ludlow and Hat on Wye easily accessible. The house is very clean , light and spacious . Recommended.

Great property and perfect location for any attending a wedding at Hampton Court Castle! Leominster is also great if you love an antique shop! Property is modern, stylish and clean. Property owners were great at communicating, with easy check in/out.

I stayed here with my family for 2 nights in January. Lovely modern property with all modern appliances, wonderfully clean, warm and comfy, and parking was very convenient. Thoroughly recommend.

A Gem We loved this house- centrally located, it’s modern but comfortable and cosy. Very light inside and with all mod cons. It’s easy to walk into town( though there’s parking at the house) . There’s an enclosed garden and it’s dog friendly. We will definitely be back.

The property was very clean and is in a good location. Dogs are welcome which is a big bonus. One mattress needs replacing but once that is done we would definitely stay here again.

Tastefully decorated place to stay. You can feel very comfortable. The beds were personally too small for us and the mattresses too soft. Otherwise everything is great. Recommended!

House was very clean, tidy and commutation/ self check in very good. There is one off road parking space so any other vehicles would require parking on the road. We found spaces easily within 100mtrs of the front door. Road was quiet so noise was not an issue at night. Walk into town is about 8 - 10mins. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful new house, very clean, lovely fixtures and fittings. Off street parking and good sized garden. Walking distance to Leominster and easy drive to places like Ludlow and Malvern. Nice one!

A clean, modern house with everything we needed for a short stay. Great location with many nearby shops and restaurants. There is space for one car on the driveway but if you are bringing additional cars, there is limited parking on the road outside although it does get busy so you are not guaranteed a space.

Really happy with this accommodation for 2 nights for a wedding. Was really modern, super clean and had everything we needed. Road is quite noisy next to it but other than that no faults.
