Good location, walkable to train stations and city centre, in a fairly quiet residential area close to the canal. House fairly spacious. Washing machine and tumble dryer, although no line outside for drying. Parking permit included, even if it was tricky finding a parking space. The house was not very clean, the carpets, rugs and crockery being particularly dirty. Odd bits missing, like enough mugs for all guests. When we arrived all radiators had been turned up to full volume, so very hot house in high-20s degrees late-July. I found it a disappointing and irresponsible use of energy, especially since we didn't know how long it had been like that before we came. Host was friendly and responded quickly. I think it's very cheeky charging an additional deposit/waiver off Airbnb with a third party after booking, in addition to the price listed. Especially with the deposit being so high (£250), and from an Internet search with it taking weeks to have it returned

The house is typical English,on 3 floors. On the ground floor, entrance to a very small living room, a long and narrow kitchen, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small courtyard. On the first floor, two bedrooms, one double with private bathroom and one with two separate beds. On the third floor, a double bedroom with a very small bathroom (a toilet and a smelly mini sink). The house itself could be nice even though the rooms are not as large as they seem in the photos and the stairs are very steep. It is not easy to bring suitcases to the first and second floors. Unfortunately, we found the house very dirty. Skin and hair on the pillows and really dirty kitchen. The crumbs of the previous tenants still wax on the table! The location is quite convenient and the center can be reached in a short time. Parking in the area is not available without a permit that was requested by our guest. Despite this, we took a £70 fine. Friendly and helpful guests gave us support via chat.

We were in Worcester for a wedding and the house was in the perfect location for attending the wedding. The only real issue is that parking is difficult. You have to park in a nearby car park and pay via an app which can be quite tricky. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

This place combines the hotel experience of cleanliness/order with a small-home setting. Our family of 6 went to Worcester to attend a wedding and we found the place to have all the right amenities for us to have a good night's sleep on good beds that had generous bedding (pillows and duvets). Also to note were the clean bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and travel-ready furniture. The home is closely located to the main city center of Worcestershire, just maybe 5-10 mins walk. Another local market is located within 2 mins walking distance. This place was specifically designed for travelers in mind.

The place was as described and worked just fine for our purposes. It is conveniently very local to the city centre so there is no parking (we had no problems loading / unloading). We used a nearby pay and display car park without issue. All instructions and request for information from the host were met swiftly. Would certainly consider using again

Great base to stay in Worcester and walkable distance to the town centre. House was really nice. One star lost due to a couple of cleanliness issues which have been raised with the host, these will be rectified in the future. Would definitely stay again!

The host should make efforts to be more accommodating. I requested for laundry detergents to use the machine and I got no response on that request. The room was very cold when we arrived with the heaters all shut and we couldn’t control the thermostat at the top floor (seems like the thermostat is a dummy). The window at the attic was open hence allowing so much cold into the room which affected my pregnant wife. We begged for a few more hours to check out as we had to fly but the host had no sense of empathy and treated everything like it was strictly business without relating with the difficulties we had to go through for such early check out. Overall the experience is average.

A beautiful stop over Worcester. Great multilevel home. Parking was about a quarter mile away on the street side or car park, but there was room to temporarily park and unload easily curbside at most hours.
