The cottage has two en suite bedrooms. The master boasts a comfortable king size bed and the second room is a double. Both rooms have a neutral colour scheme to create a truly tranquil feel. The en suite bathrooms are complete with a bath and overhead shower, WC and basin.
Please note there is a pond on the premises so children should be supervised at all times when outside.
There is private parking available at the property for up to two cars.

The Woodlands boasts a fully equipped kitchen so you can make the most of your self-catering stay. Also sharing this space is the living area which has two leather sofas and a TV. The ideal place to unwind, you can keep up with your favourite shows or relax with a good book.You can enjoy your meals in the dining room or alfresco style in the summer months as outside you’ll find a sitting area and picnic table.

We had a lovely time at The Woodlands. It was really comfortable, private and perfect for 2-4 people. The communication and information provided by the host was excellent throughout. It was ideally located for visiting lots of local places such as Scarborough, Bemptom Cliff's and Bridlington. The only slight niggle was the lack of oven gloves. We would certainly recommend the host and The Woodlands and would happily go back and stay again.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
