The space

With a modern feel throughout, this holiday apartment has a bright and spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The perfect spot for relaxing nights in, you can unwind on the sofa and watch your favourite shows on the flat screen Smart TV.

Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals easily. Also sharing this space is the dining area which features a breakfast bar style table and comfy chairs.

The Globe, Apartment 3 has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom is home to two single beds, making the apartment perfectly suited to those staying with children and teenagers.

The place was clean and tidy. easy to find and parking was well instructed by the host. spacious rooms. local shops highly recommend if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the coast but only a 15min drive away from the beaches.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Communication with the letting agent was very good with fast responses.

DISAPPOINTING! What an awful start to our mini break in Guisborough. Arrived and was met with housekeeping who told us it would not be suitable to stay in. Checked it out for ourselves: -strong weed smell -radiator hanging off wall in bathroom -brown stains on carpet -cigarette burns -light fittings wrecked -socket on wall broken -flies -rubbish piled up outside in garden Luke from host and stay was great! Was told we could have the apartment across the hall, however due to miscommunication someone was already in there and there were no other Host&Stay places in the area, leaving it to AirB&B who did not get in contact for over an hour before I rang back. AirB&B left us in limbo with how the situation would be resolved. Ended up moving to a different place, found and organised by ourselves and having to pay more. All on a very tight schedule.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was freshly decorated, everything was impeccable, the beds were very comfortable, there are thick curtains and the windows kept out the traffic noise. The kitchen was well equipped but we only had breakfast as we were visiting our son and his wife so were out all the time. The hot water system worked well as did the heating and the TV. It would have been useful to have a chair for clothes in the twin bedded room plus more towel rails and hooks in the bathroom. The hosts left us several messages offering assistance but we didn’t need any, so didn’t contact them . All in all, it was a successful stay. We’d recommend the apartment and would happily stay there again.
