A great place for a short stay - big balcony with amazing views, kitchen with all that you need, washing machine, spacious bathroom. Good location if you want to walk itp of using taxis & plan to spend more time in Marbella old town. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. The only downside I would say it is a bit old appartement (sofa had a weird smell) and the price you pay is mainly for the location and the seaview.

Really great area, loads of local places and so close to beach, old town and restaurants. The building is very well managed. Apartment has a sea view and all the facilities you could need. Taxi stand is very near and places to rent bicycles or motorised scooters around the corner. Supermarkets are within a 5 min walk. It really is such an easy place to navigate if you are looking to see a bit of everything in Marbella. Long walk or short bike ride to puerto banus. We walked to bus station but a 5 min taxi otherwise. Communication with host was excellent and they are very accommodating. Great value for money.

I do not regret the choice of this extremely well located apartment with a view of the sea and a large sufficient terrace, there is also a self-service pool which is really good to stay with the other residents for example, I hope one day to come back and resume the same place, hoping to see you again soon. Thanks for hosting

    Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
