The house and garden were beauiful and peaceful in a nice, clean, peaceful neighbourhood. Just down the road from Saltburn which is a cute seaside town and close to the Cleveland way for fantastic coastal walks. Highly recommended stay in this lovely home, the shower and bathroom were great, the kitchen was perfect, the beds felt like luxury, the lounge was comy, we would love to come and stay here again, had everything we needed for our stay.

The cottage is very cosy and very clean. Quiet and a perfect location. Good spot for sightseeing not far from Saltburn, Whitby, Staithes and Robin Hoods bay which are all well worth the visit. Not only do you have the beach but not far from the Moors which is picturesque and worth the visit. There is so much to do within the area. I can't wait to stay again!!! Thank you

Great place in a fab location! Very clean throughout and nice comfy beds. One tiny thing, I would've appreciated there being more than one toilet roll, but that obviously didn't impact on the overall stay ☺️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coach Cottage. Great location - only a 5 minute drive from the beach and a supermarket. Lovely view of the sunset/sunrise out of the kitchen/back bedroom. The just company were very helpful on the phone when there was some confusion over another vehicle already being parked on the driveway. The driveway itself is is deceivingly steep - just a word of warning. The property itself had everything we needed and the toiletries were a nice touch. The attention to detail could be slightly improved as the oven was dirty and there were quite a few thick cobwebs in the bathroom and on the windows

The bungalow was clean and tidy there were no issues with check in and out, no issues to speak of with the accommodation. It was a well situated place for exploring the surrounding area and only 5mins from the beach in car. Spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony in the sun. Quiet area.

The insurance disclaimer should be included in the total cost of the booking . Not a few days before the start of the holiday so you couldn’t cancel & receive full refund. Attention to detail is important on Hospitality side of the booking was amiss in few areas - Ripped hole in duvet cover, stains on top blanket found folded under the mattress was hidden. Curtain rail in part coming off the track. Surely the cleaner would notice these things . Dirty washing machine dispenser. Apart from This the property was very comfortable and peaceful. Could do with cleaning products. Communication was very engaging and apologetic.

Excellent base for the area. Warm, comfortable, well equipped and clean. A 5 minute drive to restaurants and shops, and a supermarket. Close to local walks. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Coach Cottage. Perfect for us and our toddler. Close to Saltburn for the pier and beach, while being in a very quiet estate, so ideal for us all getting some sleep at night. We have family in town so was great to have our own space to retreat to after spending the day with them. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Comfortable spacious bungalow, well presented, very clean, tidy and uncluttered. A few things I feel the need to mentioned are: 1. The drive is very steep and may be a problem for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair needs. 2. The garden at the back is very overgrown and needs a bit of attention, and the steps from the patio are quite steep too, so again, people with mobility issues may struggle. Other than that, everything was spot on. Really enjoyed our few days, and would recommend.

Great place, exactly what I was looking for. The driveway is a bit steep but OK once you get used to it. The place was well set out, cosy and warm, nice view out the back and close to the coast and the moors . Highly recommended

We already knew the area and so the bungalow was perfectly located for what we wanted to do on our stay, if you don’t have a car then the walk to the beach is an easy one you just might want to get public transport back. Cottage was fairly comfortable but one of the sofas needs some tlc. The kitchen was practical with everything you would need to be able to cook. King size bed was comfy but quilt was a little small for the bed and the pillows could be of better quality. All in all a lovely little bungalow. Host and stay were efficient and communicated via text message so we were not interrupted during our stay. Ros

I am from Brotton, lived and schooled there. The cottage brought me right back home and was calm and peaceful. My family also felt comfortable. Very clean, clutter free, child friendly, safe. My only thorn was in fact the thorn bush right by the path, that I caught my coat on several times.

All in all a nice place but a kitchen cloth and sponge and washing up liquid would have been appreciated. As well as a chopping board. Wifi was reliable and fast, the separate utility very convenient, lounge and bedrooms were a good size and homely.
