We enjoyed a lovely stay in this beautiful property for two nights, we can’t fault the property itself. In general, the hosts are very good at communicating, however upon our arrival we did find it extremely difficult to open the lock box to the property. We rang and after being sent to voicemail twice were told to ‘try harder’ and then when awaiting further assistance, the phone was put down. We were unable to access the flat for an hour with all of our bags etc from the 15 minute walk from the pay and display that we’d been told to book, only to then find that we’d been left parking permits so that we could park on the street outside for two nights. We had been told that there was no parking, and to find pay and display parking, which cost us £25 for the weekend, only to find out that we could’ve parked for free. It’s a shame that this wasn’t communicated.
