Fully fitted and equipped, air aconditioning. WIFI. Ideal for your holidays.

The Skol Apartments Marbella are self catering apartments set on the very beachfront on central Marbella boardwalk with all services and amenities nearby. We offer a wide range of studios, 1-2-3 bedrooms apartments located on various floors and different aspects but all with great views of the beach, pool, park, garden and sea.
They're fully furnished, fitted and equipped: air con, wifi, washing machine and a full kitchen, balcony with sea views, welcome pack and 24/7 reception and attention.
An ideal spot for any kind of holiday: for families, group of friends, couples and singles.
There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €3.00 per day) for the use of the sun beds in the garden and around the swimming pools.

Skol Apartments are centrally located on Marbella beachfront with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurant, shops, offices, harbour, park, ... the Old Town is only a 10 minutes stroll away, Puerto Banus is 6km and you can reach it walking, by bus or by boat.
The neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.

We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.
The nearest bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available for 10€ per night.
Once you get to the destination, you can easily walk everywhere

The stay in general has been fine removing some details such as the cleanliness that was not very extensive, not to mention there were quite a few ants. We let the owner know and she told us that the maintenance guy would come but he didn't show up there all week, so the ants were still there. On the other hand, she says that sun loungers can be rented in the pool for €2 per day but does not specify or make it clear that you cannot be on the lawn or in the pool enclosure plated with a towel on the floor because the security people come and kick you out. If or if you have to rent the sun loungers if you want to be able to sit and be in the pool, a shame go. The microwave didn't work, we told him too and he told us to film the refrigerator and furniture to see if there was any problem with the plug, when they should have come to fix it for us.

Lappart is super well placed, a few meters from the beach and marbella port. The balcony with sea views allowed us to have a good evening. Very good value for money Be careful, we hadn't seen but you have to pay the deckchairs €2 for access to the pool ;)

The Skol building is an icon of Marbella, of course it looks like you're in the '80s, the Building maintenance itself is regular but the apartment which is the most important thing was perfect, clean and nice. The unbeatable situation, 5 minutes from downtown and in front of the beach. Very attentive and friendly hosts.

Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Terms and Conditions

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
