We were visiting family for a few days so needed a base close by. The cottage was clean, tidy and very well equipt with everything we needed for our stay. The location was beautiful with great views and peaceful surroundings. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

Very lovely place! It’s super clean and well designed. I can absolutely recommend this cottage! What bothered me a bit was the communication with Host&Stay. They were super nice on the phone but not helpful. In the end they apologized. That’s okay. If you just never need anything you will be fine 🤣

We are local to the area. However, the animals in the neighbouring fields was great for our daughter. The cottage itself was spot on. Faultless and was really nice and homely. The only reason I haven’t given this a full 5 star is the deposit you have to pay the management company. Due to the urgent need for the booking, I didn’t read that part until I had booked (which is my fault, I know). It is this part of the booking which in my experience let it down. You had the choice to either pay a £250 deposit which is refundable or pay £25 for £500 worth of insurance. However, there is a £10 admin fee on the £250 deposit, so either way you are forced to pay something for this. I do understand the need to protect the property, but I don’t agree with being forced to pay an admin fee. Also, getting the £250 refunded was ridiculous, doesn’t get processed until 7 days after check out. Why? Housekeeping are there at 10am on day of check out. So why 7 days to confirm it is ok?

We enjoyed our short stay but sadly had to leave early as our dog was ill. He has since been put to sleep. Our host Vanessa was very friendly and kind and I would highly recommend the accommodation

This cottage was amazing probably one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in on air b&b it has everything that you need parking is very good too would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to stay there and would definitely book again to stay there

Excellent place for us to stay. As the name suggests a very cozy cottage. Perfect for our visits to Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield. Very comfortable and restful after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again. 5 star accommodation.

It was a very nice stay. There was everything you needed, milk in the fridge on arrival tea and coffee to make a drink after a long journey. The cottage was very cozy just like it’s name. All the essentials were included like tea towels, bath towels etc. we would definitely recommend cozy cottage and would stay again.

Very basic accommodation. I wouldn’t call it “cosy”! Fine if you’re after an absolutely no frills stay though. Very clean and tidy just lacking in charm.

We stayed at Cosy Cottage for 3 weeks whilst having some building work done, the cottage was lovely, really clean and just what we needed. Although we are local to the area, the gorgeous views, the farm shop & walks on the doorstep make the area the perfect place for a break and we would definitely recommend it.

Great base for visiting family in Huddersfield. House was extremely clean and communication before hand was super easy. We even had our own sheep from the living room window. Will be staying again when we’re next visiting family

Clean and fresh nicely presented. Seating could be more comfortable as only a two seater sofa. Nice views of the mast but not many shops on the door step always best to stop off on way back if needing anything

This is a well appointed cottage that is exactly as shown in the photographs. Good location for the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the Hepworth at Wakefield. Excellent view of the transmitter!

We had an excellent few nights stay at Cosy Cottage. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is so close to Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Cannon Hall ( and so many other great places to visit).

Lovely little cottage, well appointed and well equipped. Location was convenient for Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Very quiet. Only concern was the lack of pavements on the road. Nice farm shop nearby.

The cottage was clean, spacious, easy to find and we had a great time staying there. The cottage is really quiet and is a great choice to relax and enjoy nature. Rooms upstairs are big and the beds are soft although the two single beds are really squeaky. Also, there are many choices for food and drinks in the area. It was a good stay overall.

We had a really enjoyable stay at No 7. The house was beautifully clean on our arrival, and everything we needed was on hand. The house handbook was invaluable. A local shop in Enley was able to advise us where we could get good takeaway delivered to the house and the local farm shop, Thorncliff, between the house and Emley was outstanding - freshly made sandwiches on request as well as really good local produce for cooking. Great pies of all kinds. We found plenty of sort local walks from the house for our dog, as well as bigger walls further afield. Great access to wonderful places. Thank you for a good stay. We hope to come again.

The place was great - perfect size for 4 people. Comfortable, cozy, great amenities. Downfall was the lack of shampoo and conditioner (every Airbnb that I’ve stayed at has provided it so I didn’t bring any!), it’s on a farm property so there is a smell, and check in was a little confusing. Other than those minor details, great stay.

Lovely warm cosy cottage in a rural quiet area. . I really enjoyed my stay. Excellent WiFi, tv with free view. Nicely furnished and beautifully clean, fully up to date kitchen. Nice dog friendly pubs and garden centres nearby.. Be aware that the outdoor space is not enclosed.

Cozy Cottage is a really lovely place to stay. Clean, comfortable, stylish and quiet; with everything you’d need inside, and beautiful countryside views outside. The self check-in was super easy and our email communication with Emily at Stay was very helpful.

The cottage was lovely. As a family we really enjoyed it and had some great down time and bonding time. The location is perfect to use as a base when explore the surrounding areas. Check process was easy and good communication from the host throughout our stay.

Lovely cottage, very clean and tidy. The twin room is particularly spacious which is unusual. Attractive rural location. Lacks a decent sized dining table but otherwise perfect!

Nice well equipped place in a quiet location, but not too far from the Motorway, and plenty of parking. Weren’t staying as tourists but home movers working odd hours, suited us perfectly.
