Holiday ruined by inconsiderate hosts. We corresponded via email in advance asking for a travel cot to be in the apartment for our arrival. We were ensured it would be. It was then not there upon our arrival. We called and asked for a solution - there was nothing they could do for that evening as they didn’t have a spare travel cot. But said they would speak to the owners and get back to us asap. We did not hear from them that evening at all. Our son had to sleep on the floor and whacked his head against a chest in the room and made his head bleed. The next day they did not call, so we had to chase until they finally said to look under the bed for one! We checked, and no travel cot. We relayed this to the hosts and they again said they would speak to the owners and get back to us. After many calls where they said they would get back to us…we gave up! And they never called us back. Our poor son had nowhere to sleep for 4 nights. Extremely inconsiderate and no feelings whatsoever.

A very nice and comfortable flat close to the centre of Harrogate. Easy off-road parking at the rear and free on-road park on side street.

The flat was comfortable and had enough space for four of us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need to cook with. It was very peaceful inside and out and within walking distance of the town centre. There was a great deal of information provided for the property via a website link and it's clearly professionally run. In a way it's more like a hotel than an Airbnb. Overall a place I would recommend if you're looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and quiet in the area. The only negative was the damage deposit scheme, so factor in an additional £10 (for the £250 deposit "administration fee") or £25 (for the £500 damage waiver) to whatever fee you see on Airbnb to your budget.

Lovely Airbnb, brilliantly located next to the centre and well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Be aware of minimum £10/£25 damage waiver fee as additional to cost as this was not clear on booking.

Overall, the stay was really good. The flat was lovely - clean, well-stocked and beautifully finished, with some really well thought through touches for visitors. I would definitely go back. My only issue was that there is a security payment of £25 OR a security card block (with a £10 admin fee) which was not made clear on the listing before we booked. However, this was a fairly minor annoyance given everything else went very smoothly and the flat was really lovely.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. As it was dog friendly we took our two dogs along with us and they had a superb time. The kitchen is well provisioned and the rooms were well presented, very clean and tidy. The layout of the property was interesting from our perspective, it is a top floor Victorian apartment so there are some stairs to climb however we saw this as an advantage to getting in our steps. The only disadvantage as far as we were concerned was the neighbours in the flat below stay up late and each night they have their TV rather loud. As the lounge is not carpeted, the noise penetrates through. Light sleepers may be bothered by this. All in all a good stay.

Communal entrance is dirty. Visitors should ignore the host’s instruction to leave the Nest heating control in it’s specified place, which is directly above a radiator and therefore means the rest of the house is heated to a lesser degree than the control shows. There was only one dishwasher tablet provided, and a lack of cooking equipment. TV remote needed a new battery. Downstairs neighbour was rather noisy.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting Harrogate. It’s a short walk to our favorite restaurants and the on site parking was great. We will stay here again in the future.

A lovely home away from home. Enjoyed our stay immensely . The extra homely touches were greatly appreciated. Everything was of a high standard. Apartment is in a quiet location. Easy walking distance to everything and most convenient for anyone who does not have a car, such as ourselves - arriving by train. Thoroughly relaxing stay, which provided an excellent base for us to explore Harrogate and everything it offers.

I loved the flat. The view from the kitchen window and main bedroom is stunning, and inspired me to head out to walk in Nidderdale (the view) Flat was v clean, main bed was v comfortable and it was lovely to have a bath to soak in after a long day. Great books & reading material too. The only downside is there not being any furniture storage for clothes in the second bedroom. Given the size & layout I’m not sure how this can be rectified. Nevertheless I’d definitely stay again.

This is a lovely flat. Centrally located, spacious and everything is solid design and good quality. It’s a short walk away from the conference centres and plenty of bars and restaurants.Lovely soft bed.
