The space
Situated in the main nightlife district of Concert Square, this is the perfect base for anyone who wants to explore our beautiful city or simply enjoy Liverpool's nightlife!Our warm and spacious studio units are all newly furnished! Please see the layout for each of the units below:
• Fitted with a double bed in the "bedroom area" sleeping up to 2 guests.
• The living room has a super comfy sofa bed with a full deep-sprung mattress sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Fitted with a wall-mounted Smart TV for streaming your favourite online shows!
• There are host of restaurants all available within a short stroll of the apartment.
• The sparkling clean bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower.
We offer a self-check-in service for flexibility on apartment access and further support from an onsite concierge every weekend! We are available by phone and messages at all times should you need any assistance.
Please Note:
- The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, hence we expect our guests to be respectful of our noise policy, however, please note that there are bars close to the building and noise may be expected from there.
- Ironing facilities are available upon request at the reception.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!The building has 6 floors in total with a lift for convenience.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Other things to note
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.We host hen and stag groups in this property.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

De accomodatie ligt centraal in het centrum van Liverpool.
Had meer van de kamers verwacht, metname de keuken maar er is geen mogelijkheid om te koken omdat er geen fornhuis is. Meubels waren vies en uitgezakte bank. Bed was ook niet optimaal. Warm op de kamers en niet raadzaam om de ramen open te doen i.v.m. geluid vanuit de uitgaansgelegenheden. In de nacht meerdere malen wakker geworden door overlastgevende medegasten van de accomodatie.

The location was excellent, facilities in the apartment were fantastic, the girl on reception who’s name I can’t remember was absolutely amazing, she was so helpful and went out of her way to help us get a taxi to the airport on the middle of the night, we will be forever grateful. Would absolutely return to these apartments!

Se encuentra enfrente de pubs de copas, por lo cual hay fiesta en la calle toda la noche. No estaba muy limpio, pelos y manchas en sabanas y toallas. Las sillas y el sofá también estaban manchados. El colchón estaba destrozado, al igual que las almohadas, imposible dormir bien. Solo te ponen tres botecitos pequeños, uno de gel, champú y crema, para 3 personas, con lo cual hay que comprar para poder ducharse. Sin duda no volveríamos.

The apartments were lovely in a prime location

Un un muy bien lugar con muy buenas atenciones, su localización estratégica es muy buena. Las instalaciones muy adecuadas.
En nuestro caso viajamos con niños, y no sabíamos que esta calle justo es la calle de fiesta de fin de semana entonces nos tocó ruido por la noche y la ventana de nuestro cuarto no servía entonces tuvimos una primer noche difícil después nos reubicaron y ya no tuvimos ningún problema.

this property was very spacious and good value for money, it was central to all the places we wanted to visit and we didn’t need to use public transport at all. the bed was very comfortable and room was a good temperature.
it is directly opposite 2 nightclubs which stay open from 5pm - 6am daily creating a lot of noise, we were aware of this before we went but just wanted to let others know in case this would impact their stay as it was quiet noisy at night.
the shower was quite awkward to work and seems to go between blazing hot and freezing cold.

Location was just perfect, Desk person incredible kind and good anf respectfull. Only check in flexibility was not good. 15:00 pm check in and 10:00 am is not fair. I could not use the kitchen as I expected. There was no even bottle opener in the kitchen. There is no owen you can not cook even a eggs or there was cofee maker. It is good to be stay for 1 or 2 days for max 2 people, long period. there should be more option for this price in that close area. Only I am so happy that the company have Ms.Carina as receptionist. She is more than that and willing to help make you feel comfortable. She is very good at problem solving and acting you very kind and responsive that makes you like a family member. Terrible. Dont stay here if you want to sleep. Cut my trip short after having two extremely disturbed nights, with no sleep. Banging music from the clubs outside until 4am and other guests screaming, shouting and slamming doors throughout the night. Hotel doesnt care and doesnt do anything to stop these guests, even after multiple complaints. The worst place i have ever stayed. This is a party hotel. They also ask for a £250 deposit to be paid outside booking.com or you have to pay an extra £25 for their “insurance”. Although on reflection, based on the type or people that stay here, I now understand why…

The apartment was in a perfect location to get to all the places we had planned to go yo ,so we didn't need to get taxi's around the centre.Hhe apartment was clean and warm.
We had an apparment facing the street it was incredibly noisy at night through to 5am every morning and then at 7am there was a generator outside as they were washing down the aftermath of the partying the night before.,I would definitely advise asking for an apartment on the back of the property where it will hopefully be quieter.

Location was fantastic, price was also very cheap in comparison to other properties. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower.
The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it was also very dirty. When we arrived there was stains, crumbs and a fingernail on the bed. There was a half drunk milkshake left in the fridge on our arrival, which suggests it was not cleaned/checked thoroughly. The noise was extremely disturbing, however we understand this is outside of the hotels control. Lastly, I was not sent the details to get into the apartment and was left outside trying to call the line, who were helpful when I got through.

Jednoduché ubytování přímo v centru. V okolí spousta restaurací a klubů, hlavně v sobotu v noci velice živo až do rána.
Rozkládací gauč je malý a velmi nepohodlný, pro dlouhodobější přespávání zcela nevhodný. Přestože jsme objednali a zaplatili pobyt pro 4 osoby, rozkládací gauč nebyl vůbec připraven, vše jsme si museli udělat sami.

Idealna lokalizacja, wszystko blisko. Bezpośredni dojazd z lotniska, 5 min od stacji kolejowej. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa.
Naprawdę dobra lokalizacja, brak ukrytych opłat, idealny na krótki wyjazd.
Hałas. Na szczęście dostaliśmy mieszkanie na 6 piętrze, gdzie prawie nie było słychać niczego, ale na niższych piętrach sen byłby niemożliwy.
Pokój niby był sprzątany, ale widać mikro plamy na pościelach, a sztućce miały zacieki. Ściany zadrapane i z plamami, przydałoby się przemalować.
Łóżko tak miękkie, że nie dało się na nim wygodnie wyspać. Poduszki tak twarde że aż boli kark, lepiej spać bez nich.
Niektórym może przeszkadzać brak kuchenki elektrycznej, ale jest toster i mikrofala.

Die Lage ist super zentral, Bahnhof und Zentrum sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet, Schränke sind vorhanden. Der Check in erfolgte unkompliziert über Code, sodass wir keinen Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern dort hatten. Die Rezeption war tagsüber aber immer besetzt.
Das Schlafsofa in unserem Apartment war sehr durchgelegen und unbequem.

My biggest issues were the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress definitely needs replacing. There is clearly more than a few springs damaged so the mattress is very lumpy so it meant I had trouble getting comfortable. Also the location is very noisy. The walls are paper thin and there's a number of nightclubs facing the hotel which meant you can hear music until 1am (i imagine much later on weekends). Admittedly I should have done more research on the location before I booked so must take some of the blame myself

The location is really good. It is in the city centre and right next to a club. We are a group of younger people so that didnt bother us. The accomodation also provides earplugs for sleeping, if the club music is too loud.
The sofa is very uncomfortable. When you lie down, there is a rod pressing on your hip, so you cannot sleep on the side. Then above the hip, there is no support, so your back is not supported.

Thomas was a pleasant soul and tried his best to help.
Was suppose to return with bleach to combat the awful stench that came from the bathroom but I guess the poor man is still looking for it! 😕
The reception of the hotel was cluttered with stuff for the bathroom ( soaps, shampoos, earplugs 🤣 couldn't believe it but it was seriously required by nightfall and music outside the window began etc.)
There was an awful stench that hit us as we entered the room. When the bathroom the was opened the mystery was solved but no dead bodies found ( remains a mystery).
The cushion on the bed had a fresh brown deposit of something resembling...oop 😌
The walls were covered in scuff marks. As though it was walked on more than the purposely laid floor boards.
The TV had a pop up to be updated. (But hell it wouldn't disappear when we pressed the remote control!!
We tried numerous time but it wouldn't budge!! So I took my disabled self down to Thomas who said he would ome and have a look when we returned from dinner.
When we returned there was no Thomas!!! I guess he is still looking for the bleach and now the other handset or batteries. 🙃🤭 Poor Thomas.
But then forgive him. He told me it's an unmanned hotel, that he is just the security guy who stops the strays from entering the building. I thanked him as now I felt much safer, having walked up the long alleyway.
Oh!! Ladies and gentlemen as for the bathroom... let me go there..... I just about could squeeze my bits and pieces, sideways through the slight crevice between the glass and wall!!!
The floor was extremely slippery too and I showered with the fear of skating through the panel of glass and whilst in thought of the hotel, with a ready, get set, go!!!! Finger on maxing my card for repairs!!!
The next morning we were met with a banging on the door which startled us we answered without opening the door just in case to be told/reminded that we needed to be out by no later than 10.15am!!
12 minutes later when going to leave there was a louder, thunderous knocking on the door to tell us they needed to get in to clean the room as they need to prepare for others who would be booking in.

Video instruction was straightforward. Hosts easy to contact and responsive. I did like that they have some taytos and a bottle of wine waiting for you.
The sofa bed was not very comfortable. you could feel the frames on your back and my partner had some backaches. Sofa bed had some stains on it but at least there's some sheets to cover. The house had clear instuctions on how to use the radiator but the controls didn't seem to work. Would have also preferred to have a microwave to use.

Modern apartment that was very clean and tidy. On a positive the location is very close to train station and city centre for bars and restaurants, however the nightclub down the same straight really does affect you getting a good night's sleep. We were expecting some noise but not as bad as it was.
Tv remote not working, reported but did not appear to get sorted. The noise from the nightclub on the Saturday night was very loud and although we were expecting some noise been located where it was, it was too loud. Also when the above rooms are using the water the pipes make quite an annoying noise.

The room wasn't super clean, someone probably cleaned it but there were hair and other little things.
Most importantly it is super super super loud. The hotel is placed right in the clubs and bars area. There are two clubs right in front and a bar just next to it.

Jeg boede i en lejlighed med min far og lillebror i forbindelse med en fodboldrejse til Liverpool. Vi havde en lidt blandet oplevelse. For det første var vi tre personer til kun to stole i lejligheden. For det andet var sovesofaen til den tredje person meget dårlig og kort. Jeg havde skrevet, at jeg skulle afsted med min far og lillebror og alligevel fandtes der kun dobbeltdyner i lejligheden - det havde måske været meget rart med enkelte dyner, når man rejser med enten familie eller venner. Vi oplevede til sidst også, at koden til nøgleboksene i de forskellige lejligheder må være den samme, da der pludselig en af nætterne, stod en fremmet mand som kunne låse sig ind i vores lejlighed…
Lejligheden ligger dejlig centralt, men man skal være opmærksom på, at det også betyder en del larm og musik om natten fra barerne omkring. Dejligt da vores vandhane løb, at værterne fik fikset det på samme dag, som vi gav besked.

Ett skämt! För det första så kommer det till lite avgifter efter bokningen (som säkerhet om något skulle gå sönder). Efter det så hittar de på avgifter efter besöket. Vi lämnar nyckel i receptionen när vi lämnar (efter att ha frågat om det var ok att lämna så och det var ok). När vi kommer hem sen får vi en faktura på 100 pund för att vi inte lämnat nyckel rätt. De har heller inte för avsikt att ta bort fakturan då vi i deras tycke lämnat nyckel fel. Man kan ju undra vad som händer här näst har ju liksom inte fotat att vi lämnade rätt antal örngott efter oss, kanske kommer det en faktura på det också eller duschade vi för mycket ja spännande att se. Jag kommer i alla fall aldrig att boka här igen och rekommenderar inget att göra det för det är ett oseriöst ställe helt enkelt.

Il soggiorno dove c'era il divano letto (molto scomodo) dava sulla via dei locali notturni e fino a tarda notte c'era sottofondo musicale e la tendina non copriva del tutto la luce esterna. Non adatto a chi ha sonno leggero (fortunatamente non il mio caso). Obbligo di sottoscrizione di una assicurazione su eventuali danni a 25 £ o di una cauzione (con trattenuta di 10£ obbligatoria)

Uncomfortable bed and sofa bed, shower screen too large for size of shower( literally had a small gap to squeeze through). Electric went off for hours and no one on site to sort it ( was a faulty toaster, which wasn't swapped out). The main fuse board in the apartment didn't work, so I couldn't reset the electrics. Nothing PAT tested.Also, there were gaps under the fire doors. Apartment we had overlooked a nite club and was very noisy.

Vi havde værelse ud til fest gaden, det larmede meget. Lejligheden er lige lille nok til 2 voksne og en teenager på 15 år og en på 18 år.
Gulvet virkede fedtet og var klistret. Jeg synes, ikke det er rimeligt, at man skal betale ekstra for hvis der sker “skader” og man ikke får penge tilbage, når man så ikke har lavede skade.

Tom the concierge was very helpful - thank you Tom. The property is located centrally in Liverpool but up a side street opposite a night club and ear plugs were provided (but proved inadequate - see below). Room was clean, functional and reasonably equipped.
The windows need thick curtains instead of blinds to block out the night club noise (& light) which continued both nights until after 2am. The mattress was uncomfortable. I was unhappy beforehand that Host & Stay add an extra "damage waiver £25" or alternatively a "deposit administration fee £10" charge to the advertised rate after booking and ask the guest to provide credit card and share personal information to them directly, instead of via Booking.com .

Apart from the lack of kitchen facilities, everything in the apartment was perfect and the staff were really nice. Great location if you want to be near the shopping centre or (in my case) Albert Dock and the walk from Liverpool Central or Lime St stations is quite short.
I wasn't aware until I read the smallprint just before arrival that I was only getting a microwave and no hob, so I had to live on ready meals for 5 nights. Also the equipment is very sparse - no sharp knives so unable to cut bread, cheese etc. No tin opener or bottle opener. Also, not a place to stay if you like quiet - this is a narrow street facing a nightclub that's open until 6am, and above a bar and along from a beer garden. Inside the apartment is quite noisy too - as it is open plan the bed is close the fridge, which was very loud. Earplugs are provided though!

The location was great as it is in the center of Liverpool and super close to Lime Street station if you're taking the train in. The studio was pretty spacious and it was nice to have the kitchenette area. Bathroom was compact but had everything you need. Overall, it was good value for money in comparison to other accommodation in the area.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable with flat pillows and basic bedding. There is only one window in the studio which faces a really busy street with lots of nightclubs, so with the window open it was really noisy. This didn't bother us because we simply closed the window, but for those who like to sleep with the window open, it would be a problem. Although the temperature was comfortable in the room, there was really no air circulation as the sleeping area is far away from the only window. Check out is 10am, which was quite early to leave the next morning. Finally, you have to either pay a deposit or an extra nonrefundable 25 pound fee, which was annoying. It felt like false advertising because it does add to the cost. We chose the deposit route to avoid paying extra, and it took the company about 2 weeks to refund the deposit.

Good location just a short walk from everything - the station, the docks, the shops, restaurants and bars. Despite being on a very busy street with bars and nightclubs on the doorstep once inside with the window closed it was peaceful. We were on the 3rd floor and there is a lift in case anyone in your group has mobility issues. Car parking available just around the corner (3 mins walk) on Hanover Street at a discounted rate. The code to get in the building makes it feel very safe and secure. Nice apartment for 2, a little cosy for our group of 3 but we came to explore the city and not sit in the apartment all the time so it was very adequate.
Quite a poor quality finish (toilet wasn't fixed properly and moved, drawer fronts loose). Noise from neighbours was quite loud as they come and go at all hours and the room fire doors slam very loudly, and you can hear all the conversations held on the landing.

Too much noise from the nightclubs . You cannot sleep as you can hear the people talking and the loud music. The noise was till 6 am. When we complained , the only solution we were given is to wear earplugs!! We wanted an alternative accomodation. The appartment windows were not sound proof. They should advise customers before booking that there is a lot of noise during the night.

We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and it was freshers weekend. The apartment is in a very central location which we thought was great, however, when we arrived we realised our room was immediately opposite 2 nightclubs and next door to a bar. This made for 2 very loud nights with music blaring from the clubs until 4am.
There is no hob or oven available in the apartment. Only a microwave.
The sofa bed might have been the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on in the world.
Great location if you’re partying, not so good if you want to get to sleep before 4am.

The location is excellent near to everything. But you have to know it’s in a bar district, opposite to a nightclub so there is some noise during the night.. if you’re sleeping in the sleeping room/bed I don’t think you will hear the noise, but if you’re sleeping in the sofabed in the living room you will hear noise all night long. I slept with earplugs so the noise didn’t bother me..

Very centrally located accomodation and a well equipped setup. The area is noisy, being right next to concert square, but the windows were impressively soundproof. The walls between rooms were very thin though, which meant every slight movement in neighbouring rooms was clearly heard.
The experience was somewhat dampened by the unexpected £250 damage deposit, minus a £10 admin fee, we were told about after booking, and was charged from our credit card, not held, and took nearly two weeks to return. We wouldn't have minded this if it was explicit before booking, but being demanded after we booked felt very underhand.
Check-in instructions didn't come before arrival, which was very confusing, all we got, on check in day, was an automated message saying details would be sent in the next 7 days.
However, the lady who greeted us once we got in the building was lovely.

Siamo stati a Liverpool con i nostri figli di 15 e 17 anni e il soggiorno in questa struttura ci è piaciuta moltissimo: posizione strategica, due minuti dal centro e dal porto, pochi minuti dalla caratteristica zona di China Town e dalla Cattedrale, market a due passi.
La via è ricca di locali dove nel fine settimana i ragazzi si divertono, ma la struttura è molto ben insonorizzata.
La struttura ha 6 piani e dotata di ascensore.
Il personale molto gentile e disponibile (abbiamo chiesto un cuscino in più e ce lo hanno fatto pervenire in serata).
La pulizia più che buona, cucina utilizzabile con stoviglie ben tenute (anche se per pochi giorni noi non ne abbiamo usufruito).
Bagno non grande, ma con una doccia enorme.
Veramente soddisfatti.

The walls are unbelievably thin, and the noise both from inside and outside the complex was too much it was impossible to sleep. The glasses were dirty, and there were several hidden costs - the property was extortionate in price, and then there were additional charges. They didn't provide enough soap and shower gells for even a single person, let alone a family. Air conditioning did not work. Honestly, I would seriously avoid staying with this company again as it was extremely misleading.

there was a nightclub straight infront of apartment, a lot of loud music and loud people - didn’t bother us as we were out most nights anyways but could maybe be a problem for families. we also stayed on the bottom floor so this may have made things a little worse. a part from that everything was perfect

The property itself is lovely and really close to bars, clubs and shops.
On arrival at the property it was really warm in the room.
There is a large window that opens slightly but little air comes in and you have to close it in the night due to the bars/club below.
I messaged the property to see if there were any fans available and I was assured by Charlie that two fans would be dropped off.
The following day I went to reception and was advised there were no fans. I messaged Charlie again and he assured me they would be dropped off. The room was so warm it was unbearable.
I messaged and tried to ring again later that day and was told we couldn’t have any.
There was an air conditioning unit on the wall which we were told had been connected.
We ended up purchasing fans for the room, it was either that or book another room.

I liked the position as my wife and I are not very good walkers, also like the balcony as it gave us plenty of fresh air, which you don’t get in hotels

The hotel is in a perfect spot for going out as it’s two steps from the clubs. The lady who was on the night shift was super friendly and helpful!
The noise from the streets can be a bit annoying when you’re trying to sleep but the windows shut most of it out.

The sofa bed is too small for two people to share comfortably. The shower has a fitted screen with a rather snug opening. Lots of empty small 50p size bags on the fake grass outside our window. No one on reception when we left just after 10am. The £250 deposit wasn’t returned within the 14 days nor was it mentioned when we booked only after, there was a hidden £10 admin fee too!
Unfortunately our stay was ruined by someone in a room adjacent to ours. As no one was at Reception there was no way to get help, we did try. The person in the opposite apartment was coming out of their room into the shared corridor every 20 minutes slamming the door whilst doing so. This went on from 3am until 9am that morning. You know staying in the centre it is going to be quiet but this was unacceptable with no assistance available

Location in the heart of the vibey night life and a trot away from the shopping area.
And about a 30 min drive to Anfield and Everton Stadiums.
Lack of cooking appliances and utensils. Maybe a 2plate cooker or an Airfryer will be of help, especially for longer stays. There is a microwave.
Ps. Some clothes hooks and towel rail in bathroom please.
And soap dish holder in the shower please.

So we arrived saturday the 31st of August 24. The apartment is right im the middle of everything on a side road. You have resturants , pubs , bars and clubs all within walking distance. We didnt need to get an uber. There was a cark park 3mins away which was like less tha a 2 min walk back and then tesco literally seconds away. The apartment was cosy and spacious. The layout was a little weird as the bed was right by the door as you walk in. The description did match the pictures online though and the bathroom was decent and big shower. Overall check in was all self service and straight forward and check out was just the same. Would definitely recommend staying here and i will be definitely be back.

Lovely little apartment in a great location. Spotless bathroom, cosy living room and bedroom. Small kitchen fitted with microwave and toaster and some essantials you may need. Perfect spot if you're planning nights out in Liverpool as well as family trip. It was getting quite loud during the night but it didn't bother us at all. Will definitely be coming back.

Read the reviews before booking. It's a mistake I made and I'd make sure I do next time. For what it's worth just stay in the premier inn next door. To summarise
The surprise waiver fee after booking is a bit of a joke.
The £38 cleaning fee is ridiculous as they clearly don't clean.
We had dust everywhere, hair clips all over the floor, hair and dirt in the bed
The heat is awful
The noise from 4pm to about 4am was awful (not bars and clubs)
The noise coming from the neighbouring 'apartments' was the issue
People were running round banging on doors, screaming & shouting until the early hours.
We could hear music and conversations next door word for word and would you know they were hosting a birthday party of all things.
There was a smash, people needing to separate a fight and I don't know if Liverpool's grime scene is located on the second floor or if they were filming Top Boy but Christ.
They even started having rap battles... Rap Battles?!

I'll be honest. This is the first time I've booked an air bnb.
The price was good but then a booking fee and an in case of damage fee! Not so competitive price then.
The room was good. Clean but West facing in a hot day and so it was hot. I read reviews about the lively nightlife about. The club behind finished at 4am on a Friday night. I went for the nightlife.
Not for a family museum trip but if it's for the bustle and fun of Liverpool nightlife and bars it's ideal.

We could not have been happier with our stay here. The apartment was neat and clean, very central location and good value. Very easy access to the room. The music from the bar next door was not a problem. The windows completely block this noise out when sleeping.
Charlie on the front desk was extremely helpful in assisting with ongoing accommodation last minute due to a medical emergency. Then continued to assist us for the rest of our stay making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Could do with some extra towels, cleaning products like a mop and bucket, cloth to clean kitchen area n spills.
We like to clean as we go and also leave the place clean so having these little things would really help but had to buy our own to do these things.
Iron and ironing board would be really useful.
Also had an evacuation due to a small fire in block.. fire brigade attended straight away but wasn’t impressed there wasn’t anyone around being bank holiday to help with the situation. Also a few guests locked out as they just left building without keys being an emergency.. I think having a member of staff on desk 24/7 for such a big property is key .. especially in these situations.

The property is in a very central location, but there is a lot of noise from neighbouring bars. The windows are quite good at blocking most of that out, but on a hot night you’d need the windows open.
The property didn’t seem as clean as it could be. You can either block out the karaoke noise of the bar next door, or be cool enough to sleep comfortably, but not both!

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was way too small for an 11 year old boy. Furthermore the room was very hot and there was no way to lower the room temperature despite it staing in the guide that you could. I spoke to the receptionist who offered a small fan. However, this only blew the hot air around. We could not open the windows at night time due to he loudness of the music coming from the nearby pubs and clubs. During our 2 night stay, we had very little sleep and feel that the location/apartment is NOT family friendly. A very disappointed stay.

Sofa bed was unusable as a bed. Badly dipped in the middle - ended up sleeping on the floor! Asked for fresh towels and toilet roll and was told they only give an initial supply. Room was too hot but we did get a fan when we asked. Heating couldn’t be adjusted.

Me parece increíble que días antes de llegar y después de haber pagado me llegó un mensaje que debes pagar un seguro de 25 libras o dejar un depósito de 250 libras, y luego, no se sabe cuando recuperas 240. Llevo semanas viajando por Inglaterra y no me ha pasado en ningún sitio.
1. Llegamos y no teníamos la llave en la caja de la contraseña, tuvimos que esperar con todas las maletas y mojados ,debido a la lluvia ,hasta que por casualidad un chico de la limpieza nos ayudó a gestionarlo.
2. En sus fotos de booking se ven las cocinas completas con el extractor de humos, pues bien, es falso, no se puede cocinar, tampoco hay ollas ni sartenes. Y el microondas que hay no gratina. Les escribimos para ver qué pasaba y todavía estamos esperando.
3. El sofá cama es muy incómodo, una noche bien, pero 3 es demasiado .
4. ES MUY RUIDOSO. Si te toca que la ventana de la habitación da a la calle de la discoteca, no se puede dormir, porque cierran a las 7 de la mañana. Si eres joven y buscas fiesta, es perfecto, pero no es mi caso.
5. Y no nos pudimos duchar de forma normal. El agua no se podía equilibrar, o te salia fría o te quemabas.

The room is too close to the bar, and the noise and light have been severely impacting the whole night. It is still very noisy, even close to the early morning. It should be made clear that the location is like this, and those who are worried about the noise can request to stay in a higher floor unit.
The unit can add USB ports for charging.
On the first day, the check-in instructions were not clearly stated, which prevented me from checking in smoothly and I had to stay at a nearby hotel instead.

I like that it is near city proper and that kitchen utensils were readily available to use.
Couple of things that I did not like.
First, the floor was filthy. All of our socks were literally dark brown in color .
Second, there was a certain smell of the entire room when we get in.
Third, the location is not kids friendly, can literallyhear the soundof the pubs music.
Fourth, the floor of the shower area is not kid or even adult friendly. Too slippery to use.

Great apartment and location but it’s so warm in the apartment it’s definitely in need of a fan . Out side is so noisy with clubs until 6am (understandable because of location ) and because of this you can’t leave the tiny window open at night. Because of the heat it was uncomfortable to sleep at night but would easy be solved with fan.

This property is perfect for being in the very centre of the city with everything all walking distance from you. Bed is also very comfy. However, with no air-con/fan provided, this room is unbearable to be in if the temperature outside is above 20 degrees. Sleeping at night is near impossible. Whilst opening the window does provide some airflow, you are next to a nightclub that is open until the early hours and has very loud music. The sofa bed itself is also incredibly uncomfortable, with the pull out but being a different height to the rest of the sofa, and a metal bar right across the middle which is very easily felt. Finally, there is also a requirement for a security/safety deposit, which is also not mentioned throughout the property listing, and are required to pay it after purchase, which is another expense to budget for. Overall, the property itself was clean and based in a perfect location, but these negatives did hamper our stay from being more enjoyable.

Very central and close to shops and clubs. For young people heading for a clubbing weekend, this would be perfect accomodation but it is not suitable for anyone seeking a decent sleep. Would not recommend for families.
1. No mention of the 'insurance' tax when booking. Had to pay £25 more which would have impacted my booking choice. As respectful travelers we found this offensive.
2. Room was cleanish but definitely not immaculate. The kitchen mirror was very dirty for example. Duvet had blood stains. Towels not refreshed throughout stay. Blinds were broken and did not offer light blocking.
3. Facilities didn't include iron as advertised. According to the app this was available at reception. However, reception opening hours were very limited mid-week.
4. Soundproofing was terrible. Room was situated directly across from Fusion Nightclub. Loud music and lots of incidental noise until 6am. Sorted on night two with purchase of ear plugs. Main issue was claim that noise was not a problem and that effect on sleep was minimal. To note, drilling/ construction work on adjacent site starred at 8am. Daytime Sleep isn't an option either!!
5. Sofa bed was beyond uncomfortable for 2 people between uneven surface and constricted space.

Abgesehen vom Lärm der umliegenden Clubs und Bars, war die Unterkunft super gelegen. Check-In war einfach und unkompliziert, doch waren die 25£ Kaution unerwartete Nebenkosten.
Dazu ist auch den Bilder die Ausstattung der Küche schwer ersichtlich, wodurch Kochen schwer möglich war.
Dennoch guter Aufenthalt und empfehlenswert.

After having received the booking confirmation, the host wanted me to make a 250 £ “damage deposit” and pay 10 £ in order to receive the check-in code. This amount is not included in the official Airbnb price and is not mentioned on the Airbnb website.
As I arrived in the evening I transferred the deposit but didn’t receive the check-in codes. Nobody was there, nobody answered neither the phone for hours nor the messages via Airbnb. I finally contacted Airbnb who cancelled the reservation and transferred the price for the stay back to me. But I was late at night without a place to stay and had to find a hotel.
The host since then refuses to pay back the 250 £ deposit immediately and says, this will take “10-15 working days to be processed back to the original payment account, with an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in the account”. So, I have to wait a couple of weeks for my 250 £ deposit and I am still not sure if I will see it back at all…

The only down side is that with the window if you are looking for a quiet break then you won’t get that i would suggest asking for an apartment higher up or one at the back of the hotel.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The location. The apartment. The cleaniliness were all WOW but the icing on the xale for us was the beautiful lady in the reception i think her name was Karina. She didnt just make ua feel welcome she went above and beyond and trust me it was apprecoated.. We visit liverpool 2/3 times a year and we will be back at these apartments every time we come.
The ONLY negative ( didnt bother us we run a pub ) it was noisy til very late/early.

If you aren’t bothered about the noise, smell of smoke and weed, people banging about from early evenings to the latest I counted was 5am, inner doors banging, girls/women singing screaming etc, not particularly clean apartment, stuffiness in the room because you can’t work any controls or open the windows because of the banging noise, then you should be ok here.
I’ve said enough, I wouldn’t recommend certainly on a Friday Saturday night .

Depending on the room you're in you could be directly opposite a nightclub that is open until 6am. The windows are more or less soundproof but the apartments do not have AC meaning they were incredibly stuffy and warm.
The tap didn't work in the kitchen sink in our initial room and there was quite an ordeal to get it sorted. Ultimately it couldn't be, so we were offered another room the next day. The new room was slightly better but the constant messaging over and back was annoying along with having to pack and unpack again. If anything they should have given us our 25£ waiver back!
The beds are sooooooooo uncomfortable.
Hallway/corridor carpets were not clean.

Everything! Modern, very well kept. Brilliant location for LIVERPOOL SOUL WEEKENDER, which was over 4 days/nights. The area was busy at night but in the apartment we couldn’t hear any noise whatsoever.

The place was okay for young people who did not mind noise but for older people and people with young children not so much, this was mainly due to needing to open the windows for air circulation as there is no air con or fans, whilst this might be okay in the winter not so great in the summer. The place was lovely. Very spacious for me and a friend. The location was perfect for us, very close to bars and restaurants. Not far from the station either. The only thing was that it was quite hot. But saying that, i may not have figured out the panel for the aircon correctly. Also, coming into summer it may just have been a warm evening. Other than that, everything was great. For the price, it's just like have you're own little flat. It's worth the price and not over the top expensive. Thank you for having us, we'll book again.

Shower temperature dial was broken. When we reported the problem they were extremely slow to respond and no apologies given. Especially considering we had to pay a £25 nonrefundable damage deposit and they gave us a damaged shower! Location was convenient for the purpose we were using it for. Noise was expected. Bed was comfortable. However there was a lack of amenities e.g. no oven or Hobbs.

the room could've been much cleaner- there were clumps of dust on the floor in the lounge area and under the bed. the room was also extremely hot with no airconditioning so we had to open the window but then had to put up with outside noise

Toilet was leaking and a plumber came to fix it, he fixed the issue but left the towel he had used in the dirty toilet water on the floor so ended up stinking the whole bathroom out.

Location is close to train station and also to a garden pub, so the loud dance music was very noisy and non stop throughout the night.
I need to shut the window tight, so that the noise didnt come in but it was very warm in the summer and theres no ventilation or air conditioning or hardly air flow in the room, so it's not quite comfortable. Each room is so close to each other, so you often hear people talking and slamming doors.

So glad we found this place, was in the perfect location for our stay, had an easy check in and check out, the hosts were very kind and welcoming. The room was very modern and decorated beautifully. We only stayed one night as we were going out for the nightlife in Liverpool the location was perfect, less than a minute walk to the bars and clubs, really recommend if your staying for nightlife in Liverpool. However, if your staying for longer and don’t plan on going out late, then id say this place isn’t for you as nightlife outside can be noisy earlier morning. This place was great for us and very affordable, we would definitely stay again, Thankyou!

It is situated in a street with lots of bars and clubs. This actually was fine as when you closed the windows, it shut out the noise. What was annoying was the constant banging of doors all night long and people talking loudly right outside your door! Son was on the sofa bed, which he found really uncomfortable.

The apparent wasn't clean at al,l floors were very dirty with dust and hair. The toilet and radiator in the bathroom were dusty and not cleaned . Sofa bed was broken and dipped down in the middle,and we woke up with very sore backs in the morning. The second night, we slept on the floor, and the double bed in the room was held up with blocks of wood.

Location in city centre is great. Parking is close by. Greatful to the owner, who was kind enough to keep updated each step of the booking process, till I had the keys. Apartment was good sized, with all facilities, as described.
I can't fault the owner, who helped in all the booking process. Unfortunately, unless you're there to experience the nightlife till the early hours, or unless you're really drunk so it doesn't matter- being close to nightclubs means - you won't sleep till 4am.

The property is in a great location, literally a 30 second walk from the main doors to the first couple of pubs for a drink or 10 and a minutes walk from the Main Street with loads of food and drink choices. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and most importantly…homely. The shower was great. We never really seen staff, however we were always greeted with a hello or to enjoy our day. Overall it’s great value for money and we can’t wait to come back again in the future.
There’s very little to say. We had the problem of the room being very warm even without radiators on so we turned them down to the frost setting but there was no change so we had to sleep with the window open, and the downside to that was the pubs and clubs were open until 3am so it was noisy. However, we did the test after seeing reviews about how good the windows were to block out noise and it was true to its word, you could hear virtually nothing.

Being on the first floor and directly across from nightclubs open until 6am it was extremely noisy all night. The blinds were paper thin so we also had the neon glow from the nightclubs flooding the room. The sofa bed had absolutely no padding so it was like sleeping directly on iron bars. The bed itself wasn’t much better and you can feel all the mattress springs. Possibly the worst nights sleep any of us have had, and for the price definitely not worth it.

The only nice thing about staying here was the receptionist. The host on Airbnb was unhelpful and If it wasn't for the cleaners and receptionist my staying would have been 0 stars. The shower was broken at my arrival and I needed to wait until the day after at 16:30 for a plumber to fix it . Overall the flat was dirty with gas canisters found under the sofas! I went there with my mum and my disabled dad, I really hope that they do not think that all of the properties are of this kind in the UK!

This was absolutely perfect for our little girls trip! The hotel was right in the middle of everything, with all the best night clubs just a stone’s throw away. However be wary of this if you are looking for a more relaxed stay in Liverpool, as you can hear the noise of the nightclubs when in the room. If you are coming to Liverpool purely for the nightlife, I’d 100% recommend here. The room was clean and spacious, the host was easy to communicate with, and the lady at the front desk was lovely! Water leaked through the bathroom ceiling on our first morning there, through an electrical point. This was in one of the apartments. Second apartment the shower faucet wouldn’t turn so unable to use this shower. This meant that 11 people had the use of one shower for a planned trip. There was nobody that worked there on site. Spent hours trying to resolve the issue to no avail. No offer of any new apartments. No work carried out to fix the issue despite a maintenance man attending. Left us with a wet ceiling and a flooded bathroom. Had to pay a ‘damage waiver’ despite 2 out of 3 apartments not being fully functional and 1 apartment being a total health and safety risk. Despite lots of emails/messages being sent backwards and forwards, 3 days later we have still not reached a resolution. Avoid at all costs!

Overall, my stay at Sevenstays Aparthotel was outstanding. If you're planning a trip to Liverpool, I highly recommend staying here. Host & Stay have done an excellent job in making sure guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to come back!
Nothing to complain about. Some of the guest in reviews did mention a noice from the clubs on the street, but with closed window you can get a good night rest without a problem.

Clean.. very clean.. and the location is also excellent in terms of getting around to things within the city centre. Everything is mostly a short walk away.
Noise. It’s located right next/above to several bars/clubs. They music is loud and goes on till late. Midnight on weekdays but 5-6am on the weekend… and it starts as soon as they open and goes on all the way till they close.
So depends on what you are there for, if you are there for the nightlife, it’s an excellent location. Just be mindful, the music is loud, throughout the day and night.
This was in the side I was on (6th floor Room 49) so it might have been quieter on the other side of the building.

Very professionally run, host was hugely responsible but the room itself had a couple of issues. No air con available and the toilet was slightly leaking. The location was brilliant in terms of proximity but was loud at night, given how close it is to Concert Square. The windows helped massively with soundproofing, but with no air con available the heat at night time the room was too hot to sleep in comfortably. If air con isn’t an amenity that is included, they should provide fans. Hopefully this feedback is constructive and not negative as the overall experience was great, but could have been slightly better with inclusion of the fans as discussed.

The apartment was in a great location, with clear access instructions, and provided a comfortable two night stay.
Firstly, the toilet was not fixed to the floor or wall, which could have resulted in an accident. On the whole, the flat was clean. However, there were long dark hairs on the bed. We had two instances on people banging on our door (around 4am on Sat morning and about six hours later the same day.) The apartment is not sound proofed and it is located near bars and clubs (many open until 6am/7am) so consider this before booking as it will be noisy, even with the windows and blinds closed. The lack of on-site staff meant you couldn't speak to anyone in person there and then about any issues hence my review now.

The appartment was a little 'bijou',one side of the bed only had a few inches to enter, but was clean and was well equipped. However i was unaware it was right opposite one of the largest clubs in Liverpool ! That said there was very little disturbance, maybe the time of year. Location was great and all the main points were in easy walking distance.
My main point is that i was unaware that i had to pay a 'breakage insurance' prior to receiving access instructions to the building. As a result i didnt pay until the last day and still did not receive any access instructions. So on arrival had to phone a help line. After much discussion it turned out that instructions were sent by text to my land line phone which we got rid of a year or so ago !

Det var dårlig renhold. Det lå bl.a. en sokk på gulvet da vi kom, toalettet var ikke spesielt rent, og bestikket i skuffen var skittent.
Vi var tre personer og brukte sovesofaen som ekstraseng. Den fungerte dårlig da det ikke var noe støtte i midten slik at vi lå i en U-form.

Apartment was filthy when we arrived at check in time (3pm). Previous tenants underwear, socks, toiletries and false nails were all over the bedroom and living room floor. The shower tray had hair all over it. Main reception was closed despite a sing adverting its opening hours were until 5pm. It took 2hrs to get someone to clean the apartment before we could use it. Very disappointed with the apartment and the service.

The location was brilliant, walking distance to everything but if you aren't here for nights out then look somewhere else as it is right behind all of the clubs!
No hob, but a extractor fan above where the hob used to/would of been. The bed is as soon as you open the front door and the heating control is so confusing to use leaving the apartment absolutely sweltering all weekend!

Brilliant central location - basically close to everything so didn't need to use public transport or our car at all. The recommended car park was just down from the apartment too so not far to walk. Super clean apartment, well kitted out.
The Fusion nightclub opposite the apartment block was a bit loud but glazing was good and we'd taken ear plugs too for night time. It wouldn't deter us from booking here again.

Excellent facilities. Room was great and it is easy to get to. Has easy access to public transport and a great location.
Communication was great and staff were exceptional - even organising a taxi to the airport at 2:30am.
Being next to night clubs and staying on the weekend, it was super loud. Very hard to sleep until the clubs closed after 4am.
Check in is quite late, but there was an offer of luggage storage (for a fee) at a different location.

Location was great and perfect size accommodation for our party of 4. Unfortunately the hairdryer was missing, and there was no cooking facilities other than a microwave. When re-reading the description on AirBnB I noticed then that the job wasn’t available until December. I would suggest to the hosts that they remove cooking facilities from the amenities list until then. Otherwise a lovely trip to Liverpool.

They fail to mention anywhere obvious that you have to go through an ID check processes, and then either pay a £25 damage waiver, or £10 gets knocked off a £300 deposit, so it's additional money. We booked 5 flats, and they were inflexible in letting me give £1500 and have £10 knocked off citing card admin fees, clearly not the reason if they wanted £50 for this. Lots of repeated emails asking for info I've already given. Had to phone up to confirm details 4 times. Just too much bother really. Also, they knew 4 people were coming per room but didn't make up both beds in any room.

Dobbeltseng var ganske grei, men "sovesofaen" er noe av det værste jeg har opplevd! Den var steinhard og falt fra hverandre hele tiden, helt grusomt å sove i! Vi var 3 personer i 4 netter, så det var altfor lite med 2 doruller og 3 håndklær. Men sa ifra og fikk påfyll. Dårlig lys på badet og veldig lite speil. Beliggenheten er rett ved flere party/utestedet var endel bråk derfra.

- Price is inflated, your check in details will be withheld until you pay £250 deposit + and illegal £10 admin fee and they don't always return this (see other reviews and other Host & Stay properties) or £25 which on booking.com is stated as non-refundable (fair enough) but on the link is listed as being refundable so it is unclear and they refuse to acknowledge or send me another link so I can show the discrepancy

The property company email you later about it and you won't get any key codes to gain access until this is paid!!!!.
You have to pay £250 sterling extra (returned to you afterwards/ up to 14 days!!) and you're charged a £10 sterling charge for adminstration fee,,,or you pay £25 sterling that gives you a £500 sterling bond/waver

Perfect location right in the centre of Liverpool. I was a bit concerned given how cheap the price was what we may get, but the flat was easily accessible, clean, exactly what we needed with everything necessary. couldn’t recommend more for use as a base for a weekend away. we were not affected by any noise at all but we’re on the top floor.

Aspetti negativi:
- appartamento in genere sporco, doccia sporca e aspetto generale non pulito;
- si trova nella strada dei nightclub, quindi fino alla mattina c'è via vai, musica e casino;
- asciugamani stracciato/logorati;
- finestre che non isolate;
- mancanza di reception (non puoi lamentare la scarsa pulizia né chiedere che ti tengano i bagagli etc);
- mancava l'asciugacapelli;
- abbiamo dovuto pagare 25,00£ di assicurazione danni, potevamo scegliere tra questa soluzione e una cauzione da 250£ e perderne comunque 10.

The communication was regular from the team, but that was about the only thing I liked.
This property is possibly in the worst location in Liverpool if you want to actually sleep. We were kept awake until 6am as opposite the property is a club that is open with loud music playing until then. We were completely unable to sleep with loud thumping bass all night long. Do not stay here. We attempted to communicate this to the hosts but they were completely unconcerned and said the property was as advertised (close to the top attractions in the heart of the vibrant nightlife area). You shouldn't be offering a bed for the night if you are unable to facilitate a good night's sleep.

After I had one shower it was cold for my partner. same again for us the next day, cold. Dirty. Rubbish/food in elevator. Bed was uncomfortable. Couch even more so. Nightclub underneath so very noisy. Required to pay hidden charges after paying "total price". Have since been told in future they'll make this clearer. Other comments make it seem they haven't and won't. Drunks running round hallways and stairs. No iron.

Great location that you can explore Liverpool from. Easy check-in / out. Great value also! The street has quite a lot of night-life and I was worried about the noise, but when the windows were closed, they did an excellent job at keeping all noise out. Apartment was comfortable enough, although the pull out sofa wouldn't do for a tall person (I'm 5'10 and had to sleep on it diagonally, I think we'd have had trouble if there were two people sharing it). Could have been a little cleaner and better equipped, but it was generally fine.
The reception was rarely occupied. We didn't need to contact reception luckily, but spoke to other guests who had checked a couple of times without luck. TV reception was quite poor, think we ended up with one channel (but weren't really using it anyway). Wasn't the cleanest, some glasses etc were dirty - but nothing major.

Very poor customer service - on the accomodation side. At the check-in time, as there was no staff at the location, we had to wait in front of the place for more than 30’ to receive the check in information. I only received it because I was finally able to call them. I almost begged for a reply because no one was replying to my texts and I had to catch the football match. At that time, there were other 2-3 groups facing the same situation.
After we were able to check-in, we went to the room. When I tried to sit in bed, I heard a sound and felt that the bed was going down. When I checked under the bed I saw that it was already broken!! My weight is 65 kgs, not 265… I only sited, didn’t jump, etc. Then I tried to contact customer service again. They told me they will check. After I left to go to a match & when I came back the receptionist was there. The lady told me they don’t have other available rooms, that the installer could not arrive & then customer service told me to choose if I want to leave - at the midnight! - or to stay. Then when I moved everything to the small sofa we had in the room I started noticing the mess. Hairy & stained sheets, dust, and so on. Next days I asked for a refound or for at least 50% of what I paid because I had a terrible experience. They transferred me around 30% without even caring if I agree with it or not. I also didn’t receive my £20 back for the “deposit”. Good that I didn’t pay £200 as they asked me on the sent link. Or maybe that is the scheme where they catch you.
Conclusion: avoid this place!

Das Haus war sehr hellhörig, draußen war jeden Abend bis weit nach Mitternacht in mehreren Locations Party mit lauter Musik. Die Badtür ließ sich nur schlecht und mit Geräusch schließen, Das Klobecken wackelte, Die Ausstattung mit Dusch-Gel für drei Gäste war geizig, das Sofa für die dritte Person war durch gelegen und deshalb nicht sehr bequem.

The big window
We did not like almost everything; the location is central but in a very chaotic neighbourhood, with plenty of nightclubs with loud music all night. Not for families. The reception is almost always closed, so it is tough to get info from the staff. We did not have hot water for an entire day, the fridge in the room was leaking, and the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in. It was definitely too expensive for the service provided.

The staff on duty were lovely. If you want to party all night it’s next to lots of nightclubs bathroom and living areas were clean.
Our outdoor door didn’t lock properly making the house even worse. Our sofa bed was dirty. The whole building was like staying at a youth hostel. Walls paper thin. It was like the nightclub was in the living room and the people next door in the bedroom.

It has a great a location in Liverpool. But you can hear music from the Clubs / bars from outside.
I would also say the Sofa bed was really uncomfortable / I had dirty bed sheets.
Beware after you have paid they message asking for a fee of £25 pounds or a deposit for insurance reasons. I tried talking about this but didn’t get anywhere, had to pay the money to be able to get access to the room I have booked.

This hotel is undoubtedly a scam. It entices people with extremely low prices, only to reveal a mandatory £25 "one-time insurance" fee upon payment for check-in, a fee not disclosed prior to booking. Upon being informed of this fee, you find yourself in a bind as the hotel's booking fee is non-refundable. Upon arrival, you may find that the customer service fails to promptly provide self-check-in instructions, and attempting to contact them by phone proves futile. Situated in a highly noisy and chaotic bar street, it becomes excessively loud and unsafe at night. While the rooms may appear newly renovated, the soundproofing is as useless as paper, leaving you sleepless due to neighbors partying late into the night. Overall, it's an extremely terrible experience.

The accommodation is located in the centre of late night bars. It is loud. People get carried away. There are a lot of tourists and students who come to this area for ‘a good night out’. Double glazing negates the noise that can go past 6AM. You are not advised an insurance charge which is emailed to you after booking. Either a £25 one off charge or a £10 charge with a deposit of £250 returned after 10 days. Check in is after 3PM. You cannot leave your bags if you arrive early. They advise a company close by, £5 per bag. The place was nothing special. There is no cooker but there is a microwave, fridge freezer and kettle. The shower did not work and the toilet leaked. This was resolved that day. Personally, The area attracts a lot of people wanting to party. There is a club opposite where people are often drunk and sitting outside the entrance. Bars have security guards which is reassuring. It depends what you are after but for me, my partner and her Mother we expected a lot better.

Although apartment was clean and I’m an ideal location. There were extra costs the day of booking which wasn’t made clear in the original booking. The last day check out time 10.00 not making up for the late check in due to elevator issues. There were no warm water on check out day.

Le matin il n'y a pas d'eau chaude car tout le monde prend sa douche en même temps. Pour le prix de l'appartement ce n'est pas acceptable.
L'appartement est assez bien isolé de l'extérieur MAIS le logement est dans une rue avec pleins de bars et boites qui mettent de la musique à l'extérieur pour attirer les clients. DE PLUS, les portes et les murs ne sont pas bien isolés. On entendait les personnes faire la fête et claquer les portes (aller et venue des invités) jusqu'à 4H du matin à partir du jeudi soir et le vendredi soir. Sans compter les gens bourrés qui ont essayé d'ouvrir des portes de leur appartement avec beaucoup de difficultés et donc de bruit.. On entend aussi le bruit des canalisations des douches et toilettes entre les appartement.
Sur 3 nuits, nous n'avons pas pu dormir pendant 2 nuits.
Niveau cuisine il manque clairement une plaque de cuisson. Nous avons pu cuisiner uniquement avec le micro-ondes.
Demande de caution de 250 pound est excessif pour la qualité de l'appartement et de son isolation.

The apartment was nice and new, very neat and tidy. Had all the basics. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Location was great - easy walk to Liverpool One. TV was a Smart one - handy for YouTube, Netflix etc.
It was a nightmare getting into the building and then getting into the apartment. We were stood on the street for 30 mins in the rain trying to call the establishment and get help. Now, here is where it all failed, and it is partly my fault as well.
Before one gets the access code to into the building, one has to pay for insurance cover, only after which you will then receive access details.
Now, numerous emails were sent for this, however, when I get an e-mail saying Congratulations, you are all set etc etc etc I am believing exactly that. I was expecting a Reception desk on arrival and had no idea it was all unmanned.
I wish that was made more clear during the booking process and it also makes sense to include the insurance cover payment DURING the booking process. We are all busy - once I got the booking confirmation, to my understanding, everything was completed.
The process could certainly be improved. And if you don't believe me, we met a family of 3 an hour after we had finally gotten into our apartment - same deal - they were stuck outside, totally confused as to how to get in and access their apartment.
Lastly, there IS a nightclub on the same street but it didn't bother me or my family too much. The value for money trumped that.

Close to town centre.
The property have deliberately hidden an extra charge that cannot be seen until you book. It’s written after offering a taxi by booking .com. It SHOULD be in policies.
It is a stealth extra for taking compulsory insurance . Even when you pay £250 deposit they charge £10 admin. It’s illegal !
I spent 12 hours disputing it as I only realised 1am the day of travel.
It is illegal to charge your card
To withhold money.
Then I could not get in the room for an hour. No link sent for room entry.
I managed hotels for 10 years even booking .com said I should not be charged

Beautiful apartment, everything that you needed, loved the lift so o could take my sister there because due to health conditions she cannot walk far and was allowed her mobility scooter into the apartment. Location was spot on, staff very friendly and helpful.
A bit too noisy but we just got on with it , yes they did have a jet wash out at half 6 cleaning the street which was quite loud , but then again the job must be done.
Overall nothing to complain about the property.

The instructions were clear and accessing/getting the keys to the room was straight forward. Centrally located, easy access everywhere.
Unfortunately, the hotel is in front of the club/disco that is open until 6am. Windows are paper thin, holding on silicone only, hence acoustically it was a nighmare. Additionally there are neons flashing outside all night long. We were offered earplugs, but still nights were to forget.
If you travel with children, it's not your place.
If you travel to party, then enjoy.

The location wasn’t great if you want a good night sleep during the weekend, as it is on a street of all nightclubs and bars. We were staying with a five-year-old and the hotel sign was directly in our window which kept the room bright and lit all night, and the clubs did not quiet down until 6am. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault of course but it wasn’t a good night on either night :( the music and shouting pounded through the room and I don’t think myself, family or the child slept a wink!
Also I the other guests were really loud, must’ve been out partying as people were coming in shouting through the halls and slamming doors all night! Might be a better place to stay in the week?
Maybe after specifying we were staying with a little one a quieter room could have been considered :/

First - I told to Charlie that the tap in kitchen wasn't working, so send someone to fix it because I paid for it, instead of asking stupid questions, sending idiotic instructions and finally threatening me with some sort of maintenance fee. Second- description of the facility's regulations does not say anything about the service fee for the deposit. Third - dirty under the bed and visible traces of repair under the sink (probably the tap and that's why we didn't have water throughout our stay). No support from personel at all

Beautiful apartment, well maintained and very clean. The accommodation scores 5/5.
However, I was disappointed to be hit with a mandatory security deposit AFTER I paid the non-refundable accommodation fees. Apparently there was reference to it buried deep in the T&Cs, but who takes the time to read all the small print before booking? Rating for integrity is 1/5.

Lovely little apartment smack bang in the centre of town, just be careful if your a light sleeper, there is a night club literally opposite and a lot of slamming doors till early hours. No complaints apart from the extra £25 you have to pay after you’ve initially paid for the apartment, but great price that sleeps up to 4 people for a night out in the town centre.

No water coming from the main sink in the kitchen. Reported it to reception, but nothing was done to fix it. Had to use the bathroom tap to fill the kettle and to take water to the kitchen to wash used dishes. I'm sure this was a known issue before my stay.

If I could leave a 0 star rating then I would happily do so.
Unfortunately we could not stay in the apartment due to it still being dirty from the previous stay but more than happy to leave a review of our whole experience.
Firstly, we arrived at the apartment to walk into see the rubbish left from the previous stay. Yes not a huge problem as I was ok to bin it myself. Walking further into the apartment there was a table which was broken. I informed the host who stated this was a known issue. Now bear in mind I had to pay a damage waiver prior of either £250 (refundable) or £35 non refundable in case of any damages. I dread to wonder if I would of received this back.
The hotel was dirty, it had make up all over the towels and bed, hairs in the bed, stains on the floor, dirty bathroom with used razor blades on the bin.
Host was contactable throughout my stay but as soon as I have refused to stay, they are nowhere to be seen. Fighting over a refund which thankfully Airbnb stepped in.

Noise is horrendous. No noise insulation. Although described as being near to pubs and bars, so a small amount of noise to be expected, it is in fact directly opposite a club open 11pm to 6am. Shouting, pounding music and foul language ongoing all through the night. Not suitable for a family or business traveller due to no sleep. The customer service team unhelpful and unwilling to resolve issues. Also, shower in the room was dangerous, especially for children. The temperature gauge was faulty making it either scolding hot or freezing cold with no in between setting.

We had amazing time here, the hotel is located right in the city centre so most attractions are in walking distance of the hotel. The facilities were lovely and had plenty of space for 4 people to share an apartment. Checking in and out was extremely easy to do! And this was all for a very good price, would highly recommend this place!

The location is great as it's literally in the city centre. The kitchen area was impeccably clean (only part of the whole apartment).
We couldn't sleep until 4 am due to the music and loud chatting from the clubs outside, and the people slamming doors and laughing in the corridors inside the building.
The floor was dirty, hadn't seen a mop in ages probably. I kept finding dust bunnies and hair (as can be seen from a couple of pics I took). The bed linen was clean but full of little brown stains everywhere. The toiletries and toilet paper were only offered on the first day regardless of the amount of days we were staying, which is ok, I just wished it was mentioned in advance. When we arrived in the apartment, it was freezing cold. It took the whole night to warm the place (however, the remaining days it was sufficiently warm). Lastly, after booking the room we were charged further costs(£10) as admin fee to process our £250 deposit, but this was not mentioned anywhere before booking.

Directly opposite nightclubs could hear loud music into the room until 6am, also other groups noisy on corridors during the night. Group of 4 had no sleep at all. Uncomfortable sofa bed.

We had a really good time at this place/ although we were woken up at 8am by the fire alarm. We were satisfied with the apartment, although there was no vent in the bathroom & the sofa bed being extremely hard. We were very grateful that the windows were amazing to block out the noise as you are opposite a night club. Amazing location, couldn’t ask for better and the car park for parking is a 4 minute walk, ideal!!

- you need to plan 10€ more at the payment because there is a deposit of 250€ that will be pay back up to 14 days ( my opinion is ok the deposit but at least after check out need to be released and commission of 10€ is a lot !
- I’m genius 3 and is the first time that I experienced this , maybe a little bit more clear in the booking process and not thereafter
- a lot of email and message and complicated software for check in , I receive around 20 email. (With new psw / reset psw , etc )
I was working those days so a little bit complicated and stress process.

It was close to the nightlife, which did worry me slightly about noise when sleeping but it was absolutely fine!
The only thing I’d wish was made clearer before booking is around the deposit.

El apartamento está al lado de la zona de fiesta por lo que había ruido por las noches (leímos previamente los comentarios y sabíamos lo que nos podíamos esperar).
Condiciones de fianza abusivas, hay que pagar de fianza prácticamente lo mismo que el coste del apartamento, además según la información que te llega al reservar, te lo quitan una semana semana antes y hasta pasadas las dos semanas no te lo devuelven (ósea 3 semanas sin 250 libras), además para pasarla se cobran gastos de gestión, o sino tienes la opción de pagar un seguro por 30€.
Respecto al apartamento, faltaban toallas (éramos 3), la mesa del salón estaba rota, había una fuga de agua en el lavabo, dijeron que la iban a arreglar pero desconozco si finalmente fue así (solo estuvimos dos noches), el sofá cama era incómodo.
Nos llamaron a las puerta del apartamento otros huéspedes y eso nos pareció incómodo, ya que molestan el descanso y asusta.

1. I like the staff, Karen ( I hope I got the name write ). It was the best. She was really helpful and made the stay better.
2. The room was looking nice, very well equipped. Comfortable bed and sofa.
We had a nice surprise, a table with 2 chairs

1. I didn’t like the floors, even after we swapped the room. ( we moved the room due to the floor issues) . The first one we went it was water all over the floors with a horrible smell. One of the pipes was broken underneath. The pictures are from both rooms, which both had this problem. However, the second one was better than the first. Also, it was really dirty the floors. The socks got wet and smelled after just a few steps in the room.
3. Definitely needs more cleaning. You are actually paying for cleaning, but I don't see much cleaning being made. A lot of dust and floors are dirty. Also, the cleaner washed the mop pad in the kitchen sink in front of me 😓 after I asked her to wash the floors because it was really sticky and dirty at the time of my arrival.
3. The loud music...If you go with children is a 👎we struggle to put them in bed and they barely slept at 1 a.m because of the loud music . I've struggled as well until 5 a.m. , when they stopped, and then started the slammed doors 😒🙄 and loud chatting in the lobby.
4. The picture looks better than the place. Also, there is no cooker in the kitchen, just something to bear in mine. I suffered a disappointment when I arrived because I was in the pictures, so I expected to have what I saw .
5. You have to pay either £25 deposit non refundable or £260 = £250 refundable + £10 administration fee non refundable.
Overall, I don't think I will ever come back there. Is definitely not for families more likely for younger people and couples

Avevo scelto un appartamento con cucina, perché per problemi di salute, preferisco cenare in casa. Nella descrizione dell'appartamento era indicata la cucina... ma 3 giorni prima della partenza, il proprietario mi scrive che non c'erano i fornelli. Ho provato a dire che non andava bene tutto ciò e la risposta è stata: c'è un supermercato al primo incrocio. L'appartamento di per sé è carino, ma macchie di sangue sul muro, inguardabili e sotto il letto molto sporco(Ho le foto) Inoltre, L'appartamento si affaccia su un locale notturno. Anche questo è stato comunicato dopo la prenotazione. Nostro figlio ha "dormito" con un fascio di luce fucsia... (ho il video) e tum tum tum😡 tutta la notte. Poi chiedono agli ospiti il rispetto del silenzio...

The place was very clean and tidy and as described! I was surprised how quiet it was bearing in mind you’re just off the street from one of the main bar areas! Which then made it very handy to go out and be close to everything!
We were also very close to central station which we managed to go on a few train rides (Crosby beach being one, that’s interesting to visit!)
We went over new years so knew the prices would be higher than normal.
The staff were friendly and always someone there in the lobby!

Vam tenir una bona estada. L’apartament compta amb una recepció oberta 24h on sempre hi ha algú per ajudar o si hi hagues qualsevol problema. La noia que hi era els dies que nosaltres hi vam ser va ser molt amable amb nosaltres i ens va oferir totes les facilitats, n’estem molt agraïts.
L’apartament està ben ubicat, al centre de la ciutat i en un carrer amb molt oci nocturn. Tot i que la zona és força sorollosa per els bars i discoteques, l’apartament està completament insonoritzat i vam tenir molt bona estada.
Està molt net i endreçat, però NO hi ha cuina. S’anuncia el servei però no hi ha possibilitat de cuinar ni estris per fer-ho. Va ser un problema que no vam poder solucionar amb l’amfitrió.

La ubicación, es el punto positivo y negativo, positivo porque está en centro de todo.
El acceso es muy sencillo.
No teníamos abridor de latas y nos lo llevaron al momento.
Lo primero es que cobran 10 libras en concepto de gestión por la fianza (cuando ya han cobrado otros 10 libras en concepto de cargo por servicio).
Me cancelaron porque según indicaron hubo un problema con la tarjeta, pero no avisaron, directamente el mensaje de cancelación, y al reservar el precio había subido 50€, estuvimos a punto de coger otro alojamiento por este motivo, pero como estaba muy bien situado y el precio estaba bien, lo dejamos.
La ubicación porque está justo en el centro de todos los locales nocturnos, mucho ruido hasta las 6 de la mañana.
La cocina no es cocina porque no tiene hornillo, ni horno. Si tiene un microondas, tostador y hervidor eléctrico, según indican en un par de semanas ponen el hornillo eléctrico, (leimos otro comentario de hace meses indicando lo mismo y todavía no está) lo que sí tiene es un extractor de humo (será para el humo de las tostadas).
Aunque es menos importante, reservamos para 4 personas y solo pusieron 2 sillas.

The place is very close to the main discos and clubs, a very interesting place.
The facilities are in a very good state, however, the only thing to consider is that the kitchen area doesn't contain a stove yet, but you can use the toaster, the kettle, and the microwave to cook something quickly. Also, there is a store just around the corner so you can buy anything.
I think that the staff is very kind, and they are always there to help you with anything you need, even they helped us to learn about the activities for New Year's Eve, so they are very helpful, I appreciate all your assistance.
Overall, I really recommend this place for a vacation.

Unfortunately that was one of the worst places I've been.
First I was asked to sign an agreement - like 5-6 pages agreement that was not mentioned in the listing and it was clearly not communicated in any shape of form in advance before they accepted my booking request.
Even though Airbnb instructed me I should not sign it, the host keep pushing me and responding inadequately like some AI chat bot.
Communication was upleasant, messy and really I basically got the feeling I'm rather communicating with a call center.
It was very noisy, both from the pubs outside and the other people who were staying there.
Basicaly I paid unreasonable price for low cost type of a hotel room. The floor was full of hairs, found hairs in the sheets, had to find a way to clean this by myself as there was not even a broom left there...
The shower there doesn't make any sense.
Would stongly advise other people to look for more decent alternatives.
I would definitely not book anything again from this host.

The apartment was in a great location and easily accessible.
However, we were very annoyed about the unexpected £25 fee (that they sneakily do outside Air BnB)
There was also no hob which they told us about a week before check in when it was too late to find anywhere else… they never offered a partial monetary refund or even a portable induction hob would’ve been useful. Instead we were told to go to restaurants. The whole point of getting an apartment is that we could cook for ourselves…

El check in era a las 3 pm y a pesar de que estuve preguntado dias antes sobre el metodo de entrega de llaves y check in, me dijeron que me informarian cercana la hora del check in, sin embargo, no lo hicieron, intente comunicarme innumerables veces por mensaje, telefono y redes sociales y nadie me respondió. Mas de dos horas despues recibi las instrucciones (5pm) pero para ese entonces llevaba dos horas en la calle y frio con mi madre de 70 años . No recibi ni una sola disculpa por esta situación.
Ademas posterior al pago del alojamiento me hicieron pagar £25 no reembolsables por un seguro de responsabilidad civil que no estaba anunciado en los detalles de la contratación del alojamiento. (Otra opcion era dejar un deposito de £250).
Los departamentos tienen bares enfrente y hay ruido toda la noche .
He contratado AIRBNB innumerables veces en todo el mundo y es la primera vez que tengo un problema.

The location and the staff
The apartment was absolutely disgusting in smell. As soon as we entered the room the stench was bad but as the stay went on it got worse and worse to the point we were leaving the room to get away from the smell, and our intentions where to stay in the first night and have a carry out and watch movies as we where shopping loads but we couldn’t bare to be in that room. The floor was wet obviously coming from busted sewage that we had to endure, are socks and clothes stunk from walking across floor. We had to through all our socks out. The floor was raised due to the sewage problem below it, It was really really bad. The spare duvet that was in the cupboard was stinking with smell also, it smelt like someone was sick all over it and we had no choice but to use it till we complained next morning. Our toilet broke as soon as we went in, we reported it and they said it would be fixed in morning hence 3 off us sharing a room with no toilet horrendous experience so we went to reception and complained. Thankfully it was fixed that evening. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and very small, legs hinging out of it. This was a really unpleasant stay and to be honest we should off been moved as the girl doing reception left new duvet and bottle of air freshner and said it was revolting also. It was that bad the room has been closed off to rent. I really think we should be refunded as that was like an endurance test instead of a happy time as it was our daughter’s 21st birthday. The girl on reception was really helpful and very pleasant and the location was super the apartment was very trendy but the whole wet floor with sewage leak, ruining our stay out clothes and completely turning our guts was awful to say the least. It has put us off ever staying there again. I await in anticipation for your reply.

La ubicación es perfecta para hacer turismo, está muy bien ubicada. Pero está justo en frente de una discoteca que abre todos los días, la calle es ruidosa y la música por la noche es demasiado alta y no te permite dormir. El apartamento está nuevo, casi lo estrenamos, de hecho no habían puesto ni los hornillos aunque nos lo advirtieron antes de llegar. No necesitas transporte para moverte desde allí. CHARLIE nos atención antes y durante la estancia con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad.
Imposible dormir. Está justo en frente de una discoteca que tiene actividad hasta las 6 de la mañana. Además, había fiestas en los apartamentos contiguos toda la noche. Female receptionist was very nice and attentive, everything was new and modern, the lockbox was very handy way to check in. Great location.
There was a plumbing issue where puddles of water kept appearing in the room and even soaked clothes. The extraction fan in bathroom didn’t work and the room filled up like a steam room when anyone had a shower. A lot of noise pollution in the morning from builders. Room was very dusty and stained clothes when brushing against walls etc. not enough towels or cleaning products provided.

In the centre of Liverpool so it’s a perfect location to get to everything. Easy check in and very quiet in the building. They gave us a code for parking and there’s a Tescos right around the corner. Definitely will be staying here again when we come back to Liverpool.

We stayed here for a long weekend in early December; I believe we were the first guests to occupy this room in the property, as the place (including reception and the staircases) did not seem lived-in at all! Everything was clean, spacious, well-heated and well provided-for when it came to ventilation and WiFi. We were warned in advance of our arrival that the hobs would not be working and were given an alternative - there were no other appliances missing.
The only problems we encountered were minor. The paint on the wall left dry smudges on our coats from when we hung them up, but this was probably because the location is pretty new and has just been modelled. Other than this, our floor was very noisy on the first night with new pipes creaking and residents shouting in the hallways, but for the second night this was not an issue. The noise from outside the property (a street filled with nightclubs) was completely manageable!

As soon as we arrived they asked for a 250£ deposit. Never heard of it before. They kept us 2 hrs in a cold reception (no heating) waiting until some email had to come trough. This was hours after check in time. A deposit which a week later I still havnt got back

Nice, clean and modern apartment in a central location. Overall a positive stay. The deposit however was slightly misleading as after we booked we had to pay £250 deposit or a £25 waiver which wasn’t included in the original fees.

Posto bello e moderno, ottima posizione perché è in centrissimo. La nostra camera dava sulla strada dei locali e quindi un po di baccano della movida c era ma non ci ha impedito di riposare al contrario dei vicini di stanza.
Il riscaldamento si può autogestire. La camera è fornita e ha tutto il necessario per il pernottamento.
L'appartamento non esageratamente grande ma gli spazi erano comodi. La pulizia è molto buona.
I muri sono di cartongesso (credo) e quindi sembra di avere gente in camera. Si sente tutto.
Gli ospiti sono principalmente giovani e tanti erano lì per la baldoria. Siamo stati svegliati più volte durante la notte per schiamazzi, urla e bussate alle porte. Sentivamo meno casino dalla strada principale dei locali che dai nostri vicini.
Il mio consiglio è quello di ribadire il silenzio durante la notte e tenere controllato che nei piani non si faccia casino.

The property is super modern, clean , fresh & so central.
We felt extremely secure with 24/7 reception & over night reception.

Lovely apartment, clean, roomy, host response was fast
Was told I would be issued with a plug in hob and I wasn't. Due to them stating after booking there was no cooking hobs after it stated there would be in description.

Appartamento nuovo e ben arredato. Posizione centrale rispetto a servizi pubblici, bar e locali. Nonostante la via sia frequentata e vivace fino a tarda sera non è stato motivo di disturbo. Staff disponibile sia in loco e che nelle comunicazioni/richieste prima del soggiorno.
Costo leggermente alto per un appartamento ma tutto sommato lo consiglierei.

the location is really excellent.
but there is an extra fee that is not mentioned in the description, the floor of the flat was soaked, there was a leak somewhere in the flat, I could barely walk without my feet getting wet, my children kept slipping, No one took any action to solve the problem, I thought it was disrespectful that I paid to be in a situation like that.
the fire alarm was activated twice, in the morning and at night, creating chaos.
the shower also has a problem as it is extremely hot
I'm not the type of customer who complains but I didn't have a good experience at all

I stayed in these apartments in Liverpool for 2 nights recently with a friend. The apartment itself was immaculate and quite spacious too, most definitely suitable for 4 people. Location was bang on in the city centre, based directly at Concert Square, everything such as shops, pubs and restaurants are right at your door step which is very ideal. Considering how close you are to the main place of nightlife, this would not put you off if this was not your scene as you cannot hear any noise in the rooms. The receptionist Corina was one of the kindest, and welcoming people, she was extremely helpful and down to earth! Overall, I do not have one bad this to say about these apartments, there were simply no faults, and I would 110% return.

Brilliant weekend in liverpool, apartment was perfectly located near town, restaurants and things you need. Host was very responsive . The whole apartment was cozy, comfy and clean . Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

I stayed in this apartment for a weekend in Liverpool. The location is great for bars, pubs and food. I did not notice any noise from the street outside despite it being busy and their being clubs both next door and opposite. I felt secure in the apartment and there was a security guard there at night time as well as staff throughout the days to help with any enquires. The team on airbnb were extremely responsive which any queries that I had.
The apartment was spotless upon my arrival with all bed linen and towels provided as well as shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who is coming to stay in Liverpool.

Very central place and newly renovated. Nice place. 👍 Not completely finished. Need some work for the plumber. But, that can easyily be fixed.
