Accommodation was central, as described and very comfortable. However could get noisy through the night due to a large Premier Inn and pub close by. Local Tesco round corner was very handy. Had to pick up key from a local corner shop which was a little confusing but easily sorted. All in all had a fantastic stay.

The fantastic accommodation in the heart of Liverpool was our little paradise! When my bandmates and I went in search of a place to stay, we used the Internet Explorer in our personal 'Guide to the Galaxy' for the best places to stay. And behold, our shooting star led us directly to this wonderful Airbnb oasis! Compared to Joseph and Maria, we were definitely more lucky because we didn't need a donkey to get to our destination. The apartment not only met all our expectations, but also catapulted our time in the English country into a whole new dimension of joie de vivre. If Joseph and Maria had known that such a comfortable place was available to them, they would certainly not have landed in a stable! Thank you so much Katy, Joe and the team for getting us in so quickly ( on the day to be exact) and helping us with every question and concern. Even though we booked it on the day, there was nothing that was too much trouble for them, and when we got to the accommodation and it hadn’t been cleaned due to the nature of how quickly we’d booked it they soon moved us to another Accomidation while they cleaned. The location was perfect. The accommodation was clean and modern.

Clean, nice place. Minor issues with the door lock being tricky, finding the cutlery was hilarious due to us not being used to the drawer style. Had an issue at checking in with the key retrieval code being wrong. The wifi is a bit slow. The area immediately surrounding and the building itself is being worked on, but being so close to the terrific cavern quarter and train station makes it all worth it. Liverpool is now one of our favorite cities as the people are so, so friendly.

We had a pleasant stay in this very nice apartment. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and always available in case of any questions. The only small negative was that one of the sofa beds was too small for 2 people, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa (we had the impression that it was bigger in the photos). However, we remain happy with this stay and will be happy to stay with these hosts again.

Location was amazing, walking distance to everything and the property looks just like the photos. However the apartment definitely needs a deep clean, flooring was dirty throughout, carpet and throws had stains on. Dropped something under the sofa at one point and it was really filthy and sticky. Attempted to extend our stay but had to wait hours to receive a response or call to do this. Aside from those things the place was great so convenient!

Good location, easy check-in, good communication with the manager. On the contrary, we were disappointed with the stay. The windows and wall isolation is pretty bad - you can hear the neighbors watching television. Internet was very slow and it was impossible to watch TV. Coffee machine was not working. Beds were of low quality. Bath equipment was very minimal. Windows were very dirty and the view outside was bad – you could see pile of garbage. It is not the apartment I recommend for such price.

We were in this great and cozy apartment in liverpool with 6 men. Location perfect everything needed for us at a walking distance!! We enjoyed it superbly! Nightlife was also very cosy!! Not to mention the English breakfasts were delicious! Much to know about the city of the beatles. Highly recommended for everyone as far as we are concerned! See you next time!

We booked this accommodation at short notice to use on new years eve. The owners were very quick in responding to confirm that the accommodation was booked. Prior to our visit, we were provided with a step by step guide to access the keys and find the accommodation, which was a good touch. Accommodation was decorated very well and cleanliness was at a high standard.

Location is brilliant and central to everything you need, very close to the train station. I wouldn’t say it was a “luxury” apartment but it was nice and had all the amenities you needed, the apartment is a lot smaller than the photos make out but it was big enough for a small group. The hosts communication was great and it was really easy to follow the instructions for pick up and drop off for the keys, overall great for a girls weekend away trip

This place is located very conveniently in the city center. Easy to access with the key in the outside lock box. I stayed here with 4 colleagues during a conference. Initially booked for 6 but we stayed only with 4 each night. It would have been too cramped with 6 people. There are two sleeping couches. One of the beds has a very soft mattress which some might like but wasn’t all that back friendly. Sheets and towels clean as was the apartment. It is quite clear nobody is living there and it is used for rental purpose only. The two bathrooms are convenient and clean. The kitchen has what you need. Though loads of coffee cups and very few glasses. There was some coffee and tea available. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment with nice fresh bread in the morning. The hosts are a group of people that respond quick to messages and are helpful if needed. Absolutely recommend this place for a visit to Liverpool.

Katy and Joe's place is great!!! The location is outstanding. They got in touch with us a couple days before arriving and gave us all needed directions to get there, to get into the apartment and they sent good and useful information about the city. The apartment is in perfect conditions. Everything works as expected. It has been very comfortable for me and my family (6 total). The location couldn't be better. A few blocks from everything. The Cavern Club is less than 10 minutes walk. You can walk 10 minutes and you'll be al Albert Pier. People in Liverpool know how to have fun at night. Bars and Pubs are open till late and you have lots of them at walking distance. Train Station (Lime Street) is a few blocks away and if you need a bus (we took one to Manchester), you have Liverpool One Station at a 10 minutes walk. Whenever we get back to Liverpool, we'll go back to Katy and Joe's place. Highly recommended!!!

I would recommend the apartment as it was nice with good beds and it was quite clean, but I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury” and the shared front entranceway to the building had garbage bags piling up inside which stunk and left a poor first impression.

A beautiful apartment in a brilliant location for exploring central Liverpool. Very stylish decor and well equipped. Take a hair clip with you to clip the main bedroom curtains together as they don’t pull completely. We parked only 5 minutes away and were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely come back.

Brilliant location right in the centre of Liverpool! This is a really spacious apartment with comfortable beds and a nice common area. We were given lots of information and everything about the check-in process was made very clear throughout. There are quite rigid house rules regarding the use of towels and the possibility of getting make up on them. We adhered to these strictly, but it just seemed a little strange to have such stringent rules on towels when there are particular aspects of the property that could do with a little TLC. There was a significant amount of dust inside one of the kitchen drawers, the shower tap in the en-suite spins instead of being firmly attached to the wall, and the radiator in the living room appears to be hanging off the wall on one side. The curtains in one of the bedrooms also don’t meet when closed so the light from stairwell windows opposite shines into the room and the room is never really very dark. I suppose with there being such strict rules regarding the use of towels, we expected it to be pristine inside! Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! A lovely place and as already said, perfect location!

Very convenient central location, and a stylish clean and spacious flat. It's right on the main drag of town, so the 15 minute stroll down to Pier Head is through a grand avenue of Victorian buildings, with restaurants and pubs in abundance. It's one of several properties the hosts manage, and one of their assistants mistakenly assured us the washer doubled as a dryer, which we had said in advance was crucial. We got there and discovered it didn't. Katy was quick to respond, offering us a reimbursement for our trouble and cost. Bottom line: The flat has a laundry drying rack and the washer spins the load down to merely damp, so by morning our stuff was sufficiently dry for our travels. If we're ever lucky enough to return to wonderful Liverpool, I would stay here again.

When we came in, the hallway was dirty, garbage bags leaked liquid and on one couchbed in the appartement was dirty linnen. This was cleaned quickly after i made a call about this. The appartement is not for 8 adult persons. Two couchbeds where to small with very thin matresses. The hallway which is shared with residents was dirty in general. A positive thing was that we could get in on the arrivaldate, at one o’clock in stead of three o’clock. The appartement was in the citycentre close to most attractions and pub/restaurants. We enjoyed Liverpool!

This is an ideal spot for Liverpool - easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Felt very secure. It was a little noisy late at night - you are in the city centre after all - so may not be appropriate for a family with small children. Easy instructions for check in and check out. Everything you need if you wanted to cook ( why would you when there are so many interesting eating spots on your doorstep?) Good facilities. We'll certainly be back.

We booked this accommodation last minute and had a very quick response. The communication and instructions we fast, detailed and clear. There is a few parking options with different prices very close which is really helpful. The number Air B and B sent on the keypad don’t work, but we phoned and within a few minutes had a new code and then it’s was very straightforward to access the building and the apartment. The location is brilliant so central. There was a small amount of noise in the night, but nothing that woke the children, lasted any length of time, or wouldn’t be expected by being so close to the city centre. We found the flat extremely clean, very well equipped, spacious and really stylish. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

This apartment is luxurious and comfortable inside, its situated 5-10 walk from main shopping area, bars and restaurants. Bit further to walk if you want the docks but still within comfortable walking distance. Ample parking close by. This is a great Liverpool city center warehouse style pad, perfect for a work trip or long weekend. You can't beat the location, very central with a Tesco Metro just a few steps from the flat to help you stock up on anything you need. The living space is a great size and great to relax in. Bedrooms are comfy and everything was nice and clean. Would recommend!

The flat is at a really good location, prefect too if you travel by car as there's a carpark right on the other side of the small street (rather expensive, but the hosts did suggest an other, cheaper one a wee bit further away, but we were just too lazy). The flat is very cool, a wee bit dark but cozy. We had a small issue but we easily got in touch and they reacted immediately. Liverpool is such a great city, we surely will return! Overall this Liverpolian apt is nice, great location, close to the docks, nice supermarket just around the corner, the apt is true to its pictures (though the obvious wear and tear are not visible through those pics.) We had a problem with the wifi and did'nt get a response till the day after what was a bit frustrating, and the door lock was stuck a few times. Its important to note there is a building site outside, visible from the windows, (we didnt have problem with it, though). Overall its a good apt, good value for money, and I do recommend it

Everyone said when we first arrived how gorgeous the flat was! There is parking just across the street so it’s easy enough to drive down to and leave your car there. Loads of room and the beds were really comfy. Location was great as it was only a 15 min walk from Albert Dock but it was easy enough to just get a taxi from that location. Overall a perfect stay!

The apartment is tastefully furnished, comfortable and in a great location for all of the attractions of the city centre. I can’t in all honesty recommend for groups of more than 4 or for those who’s might want to cook a proper meal. Our biggest issue was that despite what appears to be a slick organisation, the apartment’s managers don’t seem to communicate well with those responsible for cleaning and maintenance and the result was a less than pleasant mound of stinky bin bags in the hallway and a used condom left on the stairs for more than a day after it was reported. A fantastic, stylish apartment, right in the heart of the city. You seriously couldn't get a better location than this. A perfect place to explore the city - close to shops and all the museums. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time in this apartment!

The apartment is located in the perfect spot, close to all the interesting places in Liverpool as well as the train stations. Its rooms are very spacious and comfortable, as well as simply and elegantly decorated while being warmly lit. The heating is perfect as well as the provision of hot water. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with everything you need for cooking (condiments, oil , salt , tea, coffee, sugar). Everything in the apartment is of excellent quality, the high ceilings, the beautiful restored wooden floor, the huge and old windows. The hosts were very attentive and we had smooth communication, check-in and check-out were quick or easy thanks to their directions. Without hesitation the minor apartment I have rented through Airbnb. To recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool.

Our stay was incredible! We were only there for 2 nights but wish we had more time. The check in was easy and the host responded quickly each time I reached out. The apartment was impeccable. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything was walking distance. We found a great street about a 10 minute walk away that really had the European city feel a tourist craves. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! We can’t wait to come back.

Rented this apartment for a girls weekend in Liverpool and it was great. The apartment itself was lovely, beautifully decorated, well presented and clean. Simply a great location!!! 5minutes walk from the Cavern Club, Mathew street and restaurants. Very close to the main shopping centre and to Albert dock. Easy to get to from Liverpool Lime Street station. We could reach all the main touristic attractions by foot within 20mins. (there is also a Tesco express around the corner). Joe and Katie were super nice and very good communicators. Check in/out was easy and as described by the owners. The flat has plenty of space and it’s very modern. I will definitely recommend it to everyone who is planning a long weekend in Liverpool.

The best: The apartment is spacious, nice, complete and the perfect location. Nice design and with all the necessary and new utensils. Good heating. The double beds are very comfortable. The two sofas-cams not nearly as much. We see that it is fine for 6 people, but for 8 people it seems uncomfortable. (on each sofa bed it holds a good adult person, but not two..). Things to improve: In the large bedroom there is a lot of light in the morning and it would be good to put hangers in the bathrooms. The worst: The dash of the house door seemed to be broken: several times we had trouble getting in and out and even once we were locked out. The communication is bad, because we called the two phones that were facilitated by the incident of the door and no one answered or called us. Finally, we were able to open the door with difficulties. Thank you so much for hosting us

Me and my colleague stayed here for a week while working in Liverpool, the space was very well laid out and was emaculate! On arrive we had issues with keys but host was very easy to get hold of and was very helpful and very apologetic for any inconveniences.

We panicked on arrival as the front didn’t look appealing & the hallway/stairwell was awlful - rubbish about, no flooring, dangerous steps - looked very derelict! However thankfully the apartment was much better. The pro’s are definitely the central location & the modern & clean apartment. It was very noisy of a night & the rates are top end though plus communication could have been a little better.

We stayed two nights in this apartment. It's a really nice apartment. The pictures don't lie. Easy check-in with a key box outside the entrance. The apartment is in a central location. Walking distance to Matthew street, Liverpool ONE etc. There is a Tesco supermarket right around the corner. The landlord was easy to communicate with. They gave clear instructions both prior to arrival and before check-out. The apartment manual includes everything you need to know. I would absolutely recommend this place. We will be back!

A group of 7 girls stayed in this great stylish apartment. Perfect location as it is within walking distance to most attractions and lots of bars and restaurants. Very handy for parking as there are two car parks directly opposite. Very easy check in and check out.

The apartment is beautiful as seen in the photos. We had some basic ingredients that were helpful so we didn't have to buy. It was very comfortable to stay in a very central place. The beds are comfortable, the sofa bed less. It is true that they are working in the adjoining building and from the dining room the staff could be heard during the morning until 16 or 17, it did not bother us to rest since from the rooms we could barely hear, but we had the blinds lowered almost all the time. I highly recommend it, it was very comfortable for us to pick up and hand over the keys with their system and the hosts were very attentive to us in case we needed anything. They would respond to a lawsuit right away. There is no elevator, you have to go up a floor. Overall the assessment is very satisfied.

Loved our stay at Katy, Joe, Natalie and Erin's apartment. It was super central literally a 5 minute walk into the main shopping area and the Cavern Club. Easy check in and check out process and they were always on hand if we needed anything. Beds are super comfy and the shower was amazing. Everything you could need for a stay and the apartment is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely home, close to everything. Tesco just around the corner for any needs. Home very clean and beds very comfortable. Very secure building with very little outside noise. Loved that they supplied shampoo and conditioner as we flew to Liverpool and saved us having to buy any. Also teabags, sugar and coffee were available. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. Close to numerous bars and restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk to the dock area and a short walk to Matthew Street and The Cavern. Lovely city and easy to get around from this modern stylish apartment. Bar directly across the street and a very cozy bar under the building accessed via a phone booth. We were there for three nights and loved every minute.

Great place! Right near downtown night life so it was a really convenient place to stay. They had all the beds set up for the amount of guests coming (pull out beds) which saved us a lot of time. It was very clean and it had a very nice decor. Would highly recommend this place!

AWESOME location - close to Mathews street and all the attractions we hoped to visit (and right across the street from a nice pub). Easy walk to and from several train stations - we didn't have to taxi anywhere. The apartment itself has been beautifully updated and easily slept six adults. Erin was a great host, answering our questions quickly and made check in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is just as described. It is beautifully decorated and really comfortable, the location is very central and within walking distance of the docks area and the central shops. The nearby pubs are busy on Saturday night but the apartment is quiet once you are inside . We used the extra sofa beds, which were fine, but obviously not as comfortable as the real beds - which are amazing. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Except for a slightly iffy checkin (no keys in the lockbox) and construction work going on in the building, this was a pretty awesome stay. The apartment is lovely and well-equipped but it would have been good to know about the construction in advance, though minimal noise it did disrupt our little one's sleep. Also the 'black out' curtains in the master bedroom are a little pointless as they don't shut! Couple of inches gap in the middle to let all of the morning sun in!

The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city and fr transport links. Very nicely furnished and very clean. Nice touches like shampoo and toothpaste provided and the bonus of a nice coffee machine too. Close enough for all the bars and night life but not in the middle of it so nice and quiet too. Would highly recommend!

The best airbnb ever! If you stay in Liverpool you must stay here, they know nice and super flexible with the arrival time/ super super recommended, it is super cute, super clean and super central vdd, if you are staying in Liverpool stay here, communication with them is very good :) and they are VERY flexible with arrival time because they have a car check-in. Three blocks away from many restaurants and shops
