Our light and spacious duplex apartment is perfect for that getaway with your family or small group of friends.

Sleeping arrangements and property layout:

Fitted with one king-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests

Bedroom 2:
Fitted with another double bed to also sleep 2 guests

Living Room:
Plenty of room to relax and enjoy entertainment through the Smart TV in the lounge:

Bathroom:
Toilet, sink, bathtub

Kitchen:
Fully kitted kitchen featuring the essentials like fridge freezer, oven, hob, and even a dishwasher. The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware, and a beautiful farmhouse table to dine together!

Please note that there are no black-out blinds in the lounge.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest shop - Liverpool Brunswick - New Mart Off Licence - that is about 23 minute walk or a 4 minute drive way. This is located at 71 Sefton St, Liverpool L8 6UD. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 22:00 on Mondays - Saturdays, and 09:00 - 22:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.



Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

This has been the worst Airbnb property we have ever booked. On arrival the key fob did not work for the electric carpark gate so we could not get in and the codes for the pedestrian gate did not always work. Contacting Host&Stay was not easy as they left you on hold for 3mins before it then went to answerphone and their response was delayed even with this. That beame and issue when there was an emergency on we were inside the apartment. The boiler was leaking water and had pushed up the wooden flooring, which my husband tripped over, and there was mould behind it and the heating did not work. The toilet had no flush as the water had been shut of to it, the internet did not work with any of the codes given and even when advised over the phone it didn't work, the TV used WiFi so that fid not work either. We requested they move us to somewhere else or to a hotel, but that did not happen until the following afternoon so we were left to sleep in the property for one night of two.

Overall, it's okay, but the internet wifi, which is the accommodation offer option, doesn't work at all, and the host was very disappointed because of the slow replies and unhelpful instructions for 3 days.

I have written to Host and Stay a week ago to give them time to respond to my complaint, however I have had no response. The heating and hot water didn’t work unless I kept topping up the pressure in the boiler. The WiFi never worked, no matter how many times I restarted it. Which meant the tv never worked unless I latched it onto my hotspot, and the same for my laptop to do work. The last day there was a leak on the outside of the door to the apartment, I think from a dodgy toilet. All this has been sent to the company.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential area. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be subject to charge. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking in the property.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
