Renovating a church I walked past everyday on my way to school was a pretty cool idea.

There was no internet and the staff were not responsive to this issue.

The accommodation was dirty on arrival and again the staff were unresponsive, they even suggested it was my fault for booking an extra night.

Buena ubicación, en un barrio tranquilo a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro. Aparcamiento en el interior de la propiedad. Vivienda espectacular, muy grande y muy cómoda. Habitaciones amplias y camas muy confortables. Cocina bien equipada y salón enorme y luminoso, con sofás agradables. Buena calefacción y wifi.

Sería de agradecer que hubiese material para fregar algún plato o taza (para no tener que esperar a llenar el lavavajillas), y algo más de gel y champú en el baño. Deberían limpiar el polvo en la estantería de una de las habitaciones.

Great location. Property is unique, being an old converted church, and is of a very high standard. The living room/kitchen is very spacious and has all you need for a short stay. Most of the place was very clean, apart from the sofa bed. The bedding is comfortable and we found the bedrooms warm even with no radiators on. Although it has allocated parking space, we found it easier to just park on the street. Ubers from the property to the town cost between £7 and £10, great if you're in a group (there were 4 of us), but it's quite close to bus routes too.

The sofa bed which had all kinds of nasty crumbs and bits all in it after pulling it out. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The toilet cistern continuously dripped. It couldn't be heard from the bedrooms, but is wasteful of water over time so should be fixed.
The check out time was far too early. You have to have the keys back at the key shop by 10am, which effectively means a 9:30 check out. Also, it's confusing, some of the info guide mentions paying extra for late checkout, yet some of it says no extended checkout available. This needs to be clarified better.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential area. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be subject to charge. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking in the property.
