All in all a good location for the airbnb central to everything and a quick walk to some nice restaurants, bars, breakfast places and shops. Great location. Downfall on the airbnb itself was it is very small definitely just for 2 guests not 4, toilet is very loud so difficult to use at night when people are sleeping as downstairs will hear aswell as we kept hearing theirs at night. Streets can be very noisy at night so you can hear a lot. Main thing was the place it self could have been cleaned better as we found random tea bags behind a plant pot and liquid behind the sofa which smelt of mould City of Liverpool is great so was a great trip all in all!

Location is excellent for City Centre. Price for property - decent. The main problem is that this place is perfect for a couple sharing a double bed. If you have to/want to use the sofa beds, these are AWFUL and certainly need replacing. If you are young with no back or hip issues then you could do one night I reckon. They have zero support and have seen much better days. Again for a couple then this place has decent space for you, any more than 2 and you're falling over luggage and you have to disturb people sleeping in the lounge if you need the toilet in the night (which is off the lounge), which you can't flush in the night as the noise of the macerator would wake them. That is if they are asleep in that room at all because its extremely noisy in that room. All in all a decent stay for the money but I would be choosy if there is more than one couple looking to stay for more than one night. They shouldn't be looking to shoe horn more people in to the place with those sofa beds.

Very nice little apartment, great location to pubs and restaurants. The team were very helpful checking in and out. Only two downsides 1) very noisy with cars driving up and down as windows aren't great (sleeping on the sofa bed in the kitchen). 2) When we pulled out the sofa bed we found someone's dirty sock under it. But in hindsight I would recommend this place for short stay, I will most likely return in the future.

Location was great, within walking distance from Liverpool One and the Cavern Quarter! Very noisy as your right beside lots of bars and nightclubs! Apartment is very very small for 4 people, we where only in it for 2-3 hours a day before sleep and it was very cramped! Bathroom was very loud!

We were looking for a place close to the waterfront, docks and shopping and this location was about a 5 min walk from all of those things. We were a bit apprehensive about some of the reviews regarding the noise of the nightlife in the area travelling with a 12 and 14 year old but we never found this to be an issue even on a really busy Saturday night. The double glazed windows kept the place nice and quiet and there was minimal street noise from Duke St. No issues walking the area at night with kids and plenty of room for 4 of us using the beds in the lounge. Clean and tidy and good communication from hosts. Would definitely recommend this place. Liverpool was awesome.

Excellent location for the centre of the city, responsive hosts, well equipped kitchen and two TV's. Heating and fans provided. Only let down for us was an alarm going off at 4am in a nearby house. Babe aware there is a late night bar where noise can come from somewhere in Peel street.l, although this will only be noticeable if the bedroom windows are open, as they are double glazed. The fold out bed is an engineering masterpiece. Thanks - we would stay again.

It was a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend it to tourists wanting to visit Liverpool, Merseyside; as it is really close to town centre. There is loads to do there such as going out for dinner, visit museums, purchase the local football team’s merch, playing games, etc. You will also have a really good team that will support you with your needs and also respond to your petitions very quickly within their active hours.

Overall the stay was fine, there is a helpful team in an office that looks after this property on hand if you have any issues. The flat feels way smaller in person than in the pictures, everything is a bit budget decor wise, the main bedroom is comfortable but the blinds on the windows are ineffective meaning the room gets bright at first light. The door that separates the bedroom and living room is a paper thin sliding door that doesn’t 100% close, so you can hear everything between these spaces. The tiny shower room has a macerating toilet (that I was firmly reminded repeatedly not to put anything other than TP down or be fined) was also incredibly loud so anyone using the toilet in the night wakes up the whole flat. The location is good and getting in was easy although we had a pushchair and it was 2nd floor. Finally the strict 10am checkout Sunday morning felt unnecessary and only in place to squeeze more money out of you for an 11am checkout after an already over priced stay.

Generally a good and spacious flat that is centrally located. However, three issues 1) there is a large-scale construction going on just next to the building which is quite noisy especially in the mornings. 2) the fact that check-out is at 10am and I was asked to pay 20 pounds to be able to extend it by one hour is unacceptable, especially after having stayed in the flat for a week. I have never experienced that at Airbnb before, and finally 3) the bathroom needs a total upgrade, as its old and inconvenient. However, there is also a damp smell in the flat, potentially caused by the bathroom as well.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this property for a number of reasons: - The property had a foul smell of drains throughout. - The sofa has multiple stains on it. The pull-out camp bed was wonky and very uncomfortable. - There was a smoke alarm (constant high-pitched beep) that went off all through the night keeping us awake. We notified our hosts of this multiple times but unfortunately they did nothing to resolve it. The high pitched alarm went off from 5pm on Saturday through to 10am on Sunday when we checked out. When messaged and rang but nothing was resolved - no one even came to the property! When we checked out and sent further complaints, our hosts offered us a small refund which we found unacceptable considering the amount of issues we had. Overall we found the property substandard and the hosts to be unprofessional and unhelpful. As such, we could not recommend this property and would certainly not return.

Self check-in and self check-in were very well described and worked smoothly. The equipment (sleeping facilities including fresh bedding, bathroom incl. enough fresh towels, kitchen, etc.) corresponds to the description. The wifi access also worked flawlessly. The place is centrally located on the Merseyside. The docks, the cathedral, etc. are within walking distance. Clear recommendation.

Wouldn't take this apartment The pictures don't match the original. There was mold on the wall because you smelled all over the apartment. And other leaks in the apartment. For this price you will find a larger and more hygienic apartment. The landlord texted me x times before I even arrived at the apartment that I should only flush toilet paper in the toilet. I understand if you write 1-2 as a recovery but, it was really very often. I couldn't stay a night in this apartment and had to change immediately.

We had a wonderful week. The arrival was very clear, the apartment was very clean. It is important to note that you have to climb two floors of stairs that do not stand out for their width and that the building lacks an elevator. The apartment is small but for 3 people it was great, 4 we would have been fine too. We had a problem with the WC, which we were able to resolve fairly quickly thanks to our communication with the hosts. We would also like to thank you for letting us leave a little later on the day of check out.

Amazing location! Can use that saved taxi money for more bevs! Easy to get to from main Lime Street Station too about a 15-20 minute walk with weekend bags, but have a little break before climbing the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Room key was easy to access from the lockbox using the code the Hosts sent through earlier. The room was tidy and modern design, it was definitely cozy for 6 people, but there was still enough individual space for each of us - the 1 bathroom was more of a struggle to share, but if 6 hungover lads can do it, anyone else can manage. Overall, was a cracking weekend, with a stellar stay and service from the hosts, couldn't recommend it more!

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights. Checking in and out was very easy and there was always someone to communicate back with us quickly. It was very clean and just right for the two of us to stay in. There was a slight issue with the fridge in that it froze everything but that was easily fixed by turning it down. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay close to the city centre this place is great and we had a really good time!
