All in all a good location for the airbnb central to everything and a quick walk to some nice restaurants, bars, breakfast places and shops. Great location. Downfall on the airbnb itself was it is very small definitely just for 2 guests not 4, toilet is very loud so difficult to use at night when people are sleeping as downstairs will hear aswell as we kept hearing theirs at night. Streets can be very noisy at night so you can hear a lot. Main thing was the place it self could have been cleaned better as we found random tea bags behind a plant pot and liquid behind the sofa which smelt of mould City of Liverpool is great so was a great trip all in all!

Location is excellent for City Centre. Price for property - decent. The main problem is that this place is perfect for a couple sharing a double bed. If you have to/want to use the sofa beds, these are AWFUL and certainly need replacing. If you are young with no back or hip issues then you could do one night I reckon. They have zero support and have seen much better days. Again for a couple then this place has decent space for you, any more than 2 and you're falling over luggage and you have to disturb people sleeping in the lounge if you need the toilet in the night (which is off the lounge), which you can't flush in the night as the noise of the macerator would wake them. That is if they are asleep in that room at all because its extremely noisy in that room. All in all a decent stay for the money but I would be choosy if there is more than one couple looking to stay for more than one night. They shouldn't be looking to shoe horn more people in to the place with those sofa beds.

A great stay in a convenient location, close to the city centre. Great facilities in the apartment, clean and modern. Great communication from booking until the end of the stay.

Very nice little apartment, great location to pubs and restaurants. The team were very helpful checking in and out. Only two downsides 1) very noisy with cars driving up and down as windows aren't great (sleeping on the sofa bed in the kitchen). 2) When we pulled out the sofa bed we found someone's dirty sock under it. But in hindsight I would recommend this place for short stay, I will most likely return in the future.

This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building.
