The location was impeccable, but it was clearly not vacuumed before our arrival, at the same time there was not enough bed linen, which was only delivered the next day. Also, the description of beds does not match, other than three-quarter beds instead of double beds as described, there were also no separate duvets (not described as separate duvets), but you should at least bring this to your attention.

Pros - Amazing location and the hosts were responsive and helpful. Cons - The place is just a bit run down, and needs some TLC. Cracked mirrors, paint peeling off, damaged skirting boards etc. And we were only given one toilet roll and one sachet of shampoo despite saying these were provided. All in all, it did the job but could be better with the amount of money paid. X

It’s cheaper than most for a reason. Booked last minute as another accommodation let me down, don’t book unless you want reams of emails with extra rules, hidden fees after you’ve booked, jumping through hoops with forms to fill in only to not get the lockbox code automatically & have to wait half an hour in the rain to receive the code once you complete the forms. The bathroom was dirty and bits of grime came off the shower head handle which clearly hasn’t been touched during the 6 hours of cleaning they needed to do between check out and the next guests arriving, as they couldn’t possibly allow a 1 hour later check out we asked and offered to pay for. It’s fine if you don’t care and will be out most of the time. pics are deceiving & before the furniture was stained. The smell of the bathroom drains filled the whole apartment. Minimum furnishings and no where for toiletries to go. Great location, that’s it on what’s good about it. will never stay again.

• Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building.
