We stayed last weekend for two nights me and my 3 friends. Decent living area, everything was clean and easy to use. The double bed in the living room wasn’t particularly the most comfortable, but for a couple nights sleep it wasn’t too bad. Thanks again to the owners 👍

The location and the property were perfect for what we needed. The instructions were very detailed which was great but I wasn’t aware that I needed to collect the keys from a different location (around 5-10 minutes walk). This wasn’t a big deal but good to know ahead of time as we had luggage to carry and hadn’t planned. The communications and the property were nice and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit the arena/conference area.

Great place to stay close to all amenities. Everything we needed for our short stay. Only downside would say barstools are a bit tired and worn with large cracks in the upholstery and the corner sofa although comfortable did have a few large stains which were a bit off putting. French doors were also dirty on the inside and out. Maybe just a bit more attention to detail for the price. Overall though as there for only 2 nights wasn't worth complaining about as we weren't there long enough for it to be sorted. Would recommend for the location as very central to everything you needed and host was always responsive. and pleasant.

At a little under 5 days before stay was told I had to complete a check-in form (on a website outside of Airbnb) that required me to pay either £25 for damage insurance or a £250 damage deposit with a non-refundable £10 administration fee. was told it was in the listing but was not and is currently not, felt like I was being extorted as it was so close to check-in date and would not release check-in information until I complied! despite being told kitchen was fully equipped, several basic items not there: Baking tray, casserole dish, scales, measuring jug, grill pan, oven glove. informed them on day one (except oven glove) no attempt was made to provide me of anything for the remainder of my stay TV screen had scratch with small area of white pixels and was on demand programming via apps only irritating sound from air vent located near sofa bed No dedicated workspace No offer of partial refund for issues raised linen &towels were clean, bed and sofa were comfy 1000 char limit

Nice spot! Within walking distance to all the sites and sounds and has most of everything you need for a few days in town. Pull out couch isn’t overly reliable but the L shaped couch is comfy, also be prepared to pay a damage deposit (2 different options) after the booking is made. Check in process was easy but you’ll need to pickup/drop off keys at a separate location (there is no lockbox on premises). Would recommend :)

The place was immaculate, comfortable and well located. The team that looked after the place was responsive and all the instructions were very clear. I had two issues with check in. First, I was required to fill in a separate form outside of AirBnB website and pay a damage waiver of 25 GBP (or alternatively provide a deposit with an admin charge of 10 GBP). I queried this but the team (politely) said they wouldn't release the check in details and instructions unless completed. Then secondly, when I paid that, the instructions - which on AirBnB said a lock box - were in fact to get the key from a shop, which was a full 10 minute walk from the property (obviously this also meant walking with bags). I also had to return the key to the shop by 10 am on check out or "incur a charge". Basically check in was sub-optimal.

My husband and I stayed 45 days on the apartment, in general it was a great stay. Listed below main highlights: - best parts: fast wifi; kitchen amenities; sofa super comfortable; spacious; washer and dryer saved us; large double bed and wardrobe; communication with the host was easy and smooth; great location close to city center. - could’ve been better: we had a hard time to understand how to work the boiler in order to get the right amount of hot water!! The boiler is really old and manual, different from the house guide shared, but with time we could manage it. The key nest was a bit far from the house, it was a 10 mins walk but got really difficult to do with huge luggage. As already advertised there is no dedicated workspace, so consider it if you plan to work remotely from a laptop, is not very comfortable for that on a long-term.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was so lovely and relaxing. everything was just as it was described. we knew we would be close to the main high street but didn't realise how close we actually were which was great for us. despite being right in the centre the surroundings were very quiet. Liverpool has been one of my favourite places to stay, i would definitely stay here again!

Great location! We went for a birthday weekend and walked home every night. Only a 10 min walk to the dock as well. Very spacious apartment with loads of mirrors girls!! Only thing is the water pressure wasn’t great I ended up having a bath. All in all would definitely come back and the team were very responsive very easy to find the location as well

Overall we had a lovely stay, excellent communication with the hosts and it was a very spacious apartment in a great location. Only negative was that the AC in the living room was not able to be turned off which was a shame, but that problem wasn't in the bedroom. Despite this one negative I would still visit again.

It’s a great location to walk around the city and do shopping. Place is very comfortable. There are birds singing out ☺️ Cooking might be tricky though. There were not many cooking pans and the ones were dirty and mostly damaged. The other obstacle is to walk about 10 min to drop off the keys. It’s an easy walk but side-walk is not very smooth and makes it diffecult with luggages. That should be kept in mind while booking this place. Taking a back-pack might be the best choice.

Lovely stay. Perfect location for me, with easy walk able access to everything the city center has to offer. Apartment was just as described with some nice touches which made for an enjoyable visit. Key collection and drop off was no hassle. I think the shop where you collect the keys was described as 9-10 mins away from the accommodation, but with my long legs it was more like 5-6 mins and really easy to find. Would certainly consider staying here again if needing to stop in Liverpool.

Very nice place to stay! The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures, was clean and is very spacious for two people. Location is super quiet despite being only a 5 minute walk to the edge of the city centre and super close to the waterfront, too. Host responds quickly and is very helpful. The key needs to be picked up/dropped off a ten minute walk away.

The flat looks just as shown in the listing, and it is in a very convenient spot in Liverpool! It is in a quiet area right in front of a small park, so it was very comfortable. Also, Charlie was very responsive, and we ran into a small plumbing issue that they immediately responded to to resolve.

I stayed in this apartment for a total of 2 weeks, the location is great and it’s a nice tidy apartment. Unfortunately the shower was broken and I was without a shower for most of my time. There was a temporary fix put in place after 3 days but this meant there was no cold water. Not ideal. Also worth noting is that you have will need to walk quite a distance (up hill) to collect the keys from a local store. I was travelling by myself so check in was not an easy process for me as I had to drag my suitcases through town. Hopefully this process can be changed in future, perhaps a lock box at the property to make things easier?

If you’re looking for something basic, it’s fine. - Poor cleanliness - the bathroom had large amounts of hair in the corners. - The flat was not as expected - actually larger than expected but quality was poor - breakfast bar felt like it would break very easily and was wobbly, bed sheets weren’t fitted and constantly had to be readjusted, and the blinds kept falling down. - Safety risk - the front door to the apartments doesn’t lock and anyone could get in - we pointed this out and after 5 days still nothing had been done. Further to this, the handle on the door to the apartment was starting to wobble, so if this isn’t tightened then the risk of staying here will become greater. - The two plus points were the fantastic location (!) and great comms before and throughout our stay - we found response times very quick. However, check in was confusing as the Change over between Covid rules and relaxing was unclear - we received instructions and then were told to ignore some of them. - Overall, not much care and attention was taken and we didn’t find it to be good value for money - some attention to cleanliness, safety and quality in the apartment would have made our stay much better.

We had a strange beginning to our stay but I’ll leave that to the imagination 😂 all I wanted to say about that and why I’ve mentioned it is the hosts handled the situation amazingly if I’m honest so great service before we even got there! Everything was great, rooms where huge and such a nice place to stay!! The hosts where fantastic and very helpful throughout!! Was already planning to book this place again for my birthday but it’s already fully booked ☹️😂 great stay thank you! Self check in was such a good one for me as saved the hassle of having to go elsewhere for keys. They provided so much stuff in the kitchen and bathrooms which I thought was fab! Would 100% go back!

We had such a lovely stay here! The flat is centrally located and in walking distance to everything you need. The flat itself is extremely spacious — the living room is large, with a sectional and a sofa which made it a great spot to enjoy Netflix and relax. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking/baking and the bedroom was very comfy. Charlie did an AWESOME job of answering all our questions promptly, even during the holidays. They shared a great guidebook on the city, restaurants, places to visit and shops. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

This was our first stay in Liverpool and this apartment made it awesome. The location is right in the city centre but across from a green space that made it feel comfortable. We loved the amount of space for the one bedroom unit, and would stay again. A TV in the bedroom would have made it perfect for us :) Book, you should not be disappointed!

Location is great, but the apartment is very tired; central heating didnt work although there were 3 portable heaters present. It would have been much better if the heating situation had been honestly described. An apartment cant be "cosy" if theres no heating! TV works only for a short period. We requested 3 sets of towels in advance, which was confirmed, but only two were supplied. The whole thing was incorrectly advertised and the service was shoddy

The location of this flat is perfect for exploring the city. All the key areas are within walking distance but the flat itself is nicely tucked away and peaceful. The host provided lots of local information and suggested activities which was great for finding hidden gems to visit. This place is hands down awesome! The apartment is really cozy and spacious, perfect for a couple or two. Everything looks just like the pictures of the listing so no unhappy surprises there. The biggest bonus for this place is that it's really close to everything from bars and restaurants to tourist attractions and shops. It's also in a quiet neighborhood so you can convert the stay into a staycation as you have all you need on hand - TV, nice books, kitchen to cook if that's what you fancy. Sleeping in is always a nice option after a night on the town! Added bonus - the hosts were very involved, provided a lot of suggestions for things to see or where to eat/drink which for a first time visit helped a lot. Also any questions we had were answered super fast and late checkout was an option.

A stylish one bedroom in one of the best locations. Only a 2 min walk from Liverpool One mall which is an awesome place to shop and eat. A 5 min walk from Albert Dock where you find all of the trendy restaurants, museums and tours. The place is comfy and homey, tho the mattress could do with a renewal. Everything was spotless and the access was super easy. All and all, a great place to stay.

This flat was very close to Liverpool One and, as promised, was very quiet. The rooms were comfortably large. The bed was firm, though comfortable. The kitchen was well kitted out, though there was no tea towel. The kitchen counters and floor were sticky and the crockery/cups/glasses all needed a wash. The wifi had parental controls switched on. The TV/blu-ray/projector screen needed instructions. We could not get the blu-ray to play on the TV and instead had to haul down the wavy projector screen, the resolution on which wasn’t that great; if the room was light you could barely see the screen (see later note on blinds). The sofa bed was firm as a sofa, and soft as a bed. The vertical blinds were broken and missing around a quarter of their slats, so the lounge was not as private as you would hope and could not be made dark for watching the projector screen, nor for sleeping if you wished to use the sofa bed. The blind in the bedroom let in a lot of light too. The grout and sealant in the bathroom were mouldy. The towels and linens were nice and clean, though the addition of mattress and pillow protectors would have made the set-up more sanitary. There were radiators, however you could not control them – if you wanted extra heating you had to plug in portable electric heaters. The hoover, high-dry, mops and heaters were just stored behind the room doors, and the spare bodywash/conditioner in the bathroom were stored in their original huge plastic vats on full view in the bathroom. This all served to make the place seem far less homely. Our main issue was security. The lockbox was hanging open on arrival, so the keys could easily have been taken and copied. The balcony door was unlocked when we arrived – the flat was only on the 1st floor so could easily have been accessed by someone determined to get in. The key for it (we presumed) was snapped off so we could not secure the flat. We reported all of this as soon as we arrived. The focus of several hours of texting back and forth on the part of the host was ‘how did the key get snapped?’. I lost count of how many times I repeated the key was like that on arrival – our concern was security, not the damaged key! By the end of the second day I felt I did not want to have to spend my whole trip dealing with their incompetence and stopped chasing them up which meant that the balcony door remained unlocked throughout our 4 night stay, despite someone coming to take a look on the second day. It seems there was no spare, as they said they would be asking the previous guests about it. Had I been staying there alone in a flat that I could not secure I would have had to have found a hotel instead. We had to laugh - the instructions for departure (scribbled on scrap paper and sellotaped to the wall by the door) asked guests to make sure all doors and windows were locked! It was very disappointing that the host did not take the security of the property - and hence the safety of their guests – more seriously. The place is run by a company which seems to own a large number of the Airbnb properties in Liverpool - needless to say we would not stay in a property belonging to this host again.

Katy and Joe’s flat is clean and spacious, we found it very comfortable. It’s in a really great central location, and we found that everything we wanted to do was less than a ten minute walk away. Communication was excellent and we had everything we needed for a stress-free check in and check out. We also really liked that they put together a guide to Liverpool- we visited a couple of the restaurants they listed and they were fantastic! All in all a great stay. The only thing to note is that the flat does not feel like a home- clearly no one lives there. Some people will really like the fact that it’s more like a hotel, but we would have enjoyed staying in a place with more character. If you’re looking for somewhere clean and comfortable in an incredible location, this would be a great choice.

Really enjoyed staying in this flat. It has everything you need and is very comfortable indeed! The pull-down screen is a huge bonus, and they have some classic films available to boot. Check-in was a breeze. The flat is in a superb location, a stone’s throw from all the shops, pubs and clubs you could want as well as the bus station just round the corner. The flat is well-appointed, clean and comfortable. It was ideal for our stay.

Great location near docks and city centre, cozy flat with everything we needed. Fittings & decor are quite basic with a few minor repairs needed, but we didn't have any problems and the hosts were very quick and helpful when we phoned them about an urgent repair.

The place is clean and adequate and the location is perfect! But the apartment is old and doesn’t have the personal touch that I am used to Airbnb host apartments since it’s maintenance is outsourced to a professional group. The fire alarm was beeping for over 24 hours, the kitchen tap dripping and the bathroom toilet had to be repeatedly flushed. The apartment key is in a key lock in a dark basement garage- as a tourist new to a city, I would prefer not to have to enter such spaces. The property managers take about 3-4 hrs to respond to any concerns.

Pros: The house is large, the location is very good, close to the city center, the kitchen is fully equipped, you can cook freely, there is oil, salt and sugar, there is also an oven.There is also a projector in the room, but you can't watch it on the computer, but the host prepared a lot of DVDs to choose from, which is also very good.Heating was great, and the washing machine was great. Cons: The location is good, so the price is still on the expensive side.The room is on the second floor, and if you open the window, there are a lot of insects flying around, which is a bit scary.Secondly, the room should be managed by someone, so it is not very convenient to connect, and it is difficult to find every time you find the staff, such as the faucet is broken, someone came to fix it, and I stayed for 11 days and didn't come to fix it.This is a real waste of water and my heart really hurts. We hope it will be helpful to future guests.

This apartment is so close to everything we wanted to do in Liverpool that we never took any transit until it was time to leave. Walked to the Beatles tour, walked to grocery stores, walked to afternoon tea, pubs, shops, the Cavern Club, etc. My husband slept on the foldout couch and my daughter and I shared the bedroom. It was the rare Airbnb that had a tub, not just a shower, which my daughter appreciated. Thanks!

Located two minutes away from Liverpool One and the city centre, it was so convenient to get around town without having to book a car or taxi. The apartment itself was clean and exceeded our expectations - it was just like the pictures provided. The hosts, Erin and Louie were always available and responded within the hour to all of my enquiries. Perfect stay, will definitely book again when I'm in Liverpool!

Nice, clean flat. Very close to Liverpool One, with lots of shops and restaurants, and Albert Dock with nice museums, including Maritime Museum, Beatles Museum, and Museum of Liverpool, and the ferries.

The apartment was right around the corner from everything yet private enough to get some quiet at the end of wonderfully long days. I would highly recommend the accommodation. Bring your walking shoes to make the most of your time. There is an incredible amount to see and do. We loved Liverpool and can’t wait to go back.

The house is in an enviable location. Otherwise, it is a very poor apartment with basic amenities and not much more. Two chairs and three spoons when you rent for four are the sign that hosts don't visit very often and would do well. The TV and mega screen don't work, it would be better to avoid advertising them. I had a booth for the third missing and broken chair by a client (and the fourth?) and a charge for extra cleaning (accepted and paid, it was actually our fault).

Good sized one bedroom flat in great location, just a stone's throw from Liverpool One and a short walk down to the Docks. Nice coffee shop just down the street. Fast communication from hosts and easy to follow instructions for checking in. Minor issues only prevented 5 star review, inlcuding a bit of mildew in bathroom and we found a used sheet on the sofa bed when we folded it out. But these things aside, we enjoyed our stay - thanks for having us.

This apartment is in a great location for exploring the sights of Liverpool. It is spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and respond quickly to any questions. For example we enquired about the coffee making facilities. When we arrive a new Nespresso machine and capsules had been installed. If you are planning a visit to Liverpool. give this apartment serious consideration.

If location is your top priority, and you need space for three people, this is an excellent pick. Communication with Natalie was excellent; she was immediately responsive and helpful with exactly what I needed. My only critique is that for the price, we could easily tell that the flat was an investment property - not a home that someone had invested intentional, comfortable touches in. If it was a little less expensive, I would've felt that there was better value.

This apartment is very nice, looks new and is big enough for four people. It is close to the main tourist attractions, public transport and shopping centre. We even survived walking from Anfield stadium to the apartment and it took us less than an hour :) The hosts are very helpful and really nice. I would recomend renting this apartment as it didn’t have any flaws and made our stay in Liverpool a very enjoyable experience.

This basic flat is in a great location (and the big screen tv is pretty awesome!) but overall, this apartment lacked the homey feel and personal touches we love about Airbnb. The hosts were very friendly, but with so many it was hard to know who to contact. And when it really mattered at check-in, we waited outside over an hour for a reply. We bought coffee for future guests as there was none when we finally got in and it bothered me personally that there were no linens for the extra pillows. I do believe these hosts want their guests to be happy and hope they will take these suggestions in good faith.

This place is a 2 minute walk straight down the street to Liverpool One, which was fantastic. About 5-8 minute walk to Albert Dock. There's a great little hipster coffee shop on the street and a little Italian restaurant. Much like all of Liverpool, many restaurants and pubs are within 5-10 minute walking or more if you like to venture. If you're able bodied and like me, you'll walk the whole town.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights as part of a UK road trip. The location of this flat could not be better – an easy walk to all the attractions yet feels calm and quiet. The flat itself is very clean and nicely decorated. The projector screen was a lovely bonus! Hosts were communicative and helpful both before and during our stay.

This is a beautiful apartment in the best location in the city--right near Liverpool One/the waterfront and nearby all the shops/restaurants. The previous guests had broken the patio door and a drawer in the bedroom and Erin and Katy were right on top of things! They had it fixed as soon as they could (early Monday--we arrived late Friday and it was no bother about the patio door--it still locked) and we were all set! A bright, airy apartment. We brought our son with us and he had the bedroom while we slept on the sofa in the living room--big enough and pretty comfortable. The apartment comes with a little patio too. There is a great washer/dryer combo(and they provided laundry soap too) and a nice kitchen with a seating area. This was awesome for a family. The building is in a very safe neighborhood, in a secure building with door codes and the street is very quiet. You'll love this place! And the hosts were super nice too!

You cannot beat the location of this place! Around the corner from the heart of everything yet quiet enough to have a restful nights sleep. You won't need a taxi and probably not even a bus. Place is also very spacious and clean. Communication with everyone was fantastic and very friendly and the self serve check in was a breeze, not to mention convenient. Kitchen could have done with a few more amenities for our liking but I get the feeling this place may be suited to a younger, eat out crowd, rather than us oldies who like to stay in and cook. Agree with a previous comment I read that it's more like a serviced apartment than a homey AirBnB feel and also found it to be a little tired in some ways. That said, I would still recommend a stay here. The convenience and space is hard to beat! Thank you for having us.

Liverpool is a wonderful city. Location is excellent. Everything was as describedbut it is essentially a serviced apartment. if you're looking for an air BnB experience with personal touches (which is why I prefer air BnB), this isn't it. It's someone's business, not a home. Agree with Nicola below - the Filter & Vixen cafe is exceptional at all times of the day/night. (They even let us hang out with our kids at midnight - long story)

Erin is very helpful in allowing us to have a baggage drop earlier than check in time. All the instructions are very clear and the communication is prompt. My family like the apartment a lot. From the start, Erin's Communication was great! I was in Liverpool for work and I wanted to get to know Liverpool so the location is perfect. The apartment is next to all the shops, bars, restaurants and 5 mins from the Albert Docks. As I was very busy, I never got to use the Cinema screen but it is a nice feature if you prefer a quiet night in. The flat is cosy and I would defiantly stay there again. This apartment was perfectly situated near the city centre and you don't have to walk more than 5 or 10 minutes to the stores, restaurants and attractions. It was very clean and neat and spacious and we felt quite comfortable during our stay. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and simple to understand. Having such a central location made our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Liverpool wonderful. A great little place for a short stay in Liverpool. The location was perfect - very central but also quiet - the apartment was bright, spacious and clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. Erin was really flexible over check-in/check out (allowing me to drop my bag off on arrival and check out a bit later) which made a big difference. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well-presented, accurate to the description on the website. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was excellent, very close to the shops, the docks and nightlife. The hosts were brilliant, providing detailed information on the check-in and check-out processes, information on local restaurants and places of interest, and quick response to any questions. I would highly recommend staying with Katy, Joe, Erin and Anthony, and will be sure to stay with them next time I'm in Liverpool!

We had a brilliant weekend in Liverpool and the apartment made a perfect base. It's really centrally located close to Albert Docks, shopping district and some great bars and restaurants. (I'd highly recommend Filter and Fox which is just round the corner). The apartment was surprisingly quiet considering how central it is. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Great communication throughout. Couldn't recommend enough!

City centre was only a minute walk with everything you need all in one place. A fantastic Italian restaurant called Amelia was just up the road. The apartment was lovely and in an excellent location. Unfortunately the Shower was not working and although Katy and Joe were on hand straight away to try and sort it but there was nothing that could be done due to the weekend. This caused us inconvenience as trying to have three baths took a lot longer than three showers. It was a shame as this blighted the trip. £30 compensation has been offered but it did affect our time there. The hosts were great and if that was sorted it would have certainly been an excellent rating... but I can only judge on the actual experience we had.

The apartment is in a central part of downtown Liverpool. I was able to eat at a new bar/restaurant every single day without having to walk further then 10 minutes away. The kitchen is furnished so you can make meals if need be. The apartment was clean and well stocked with amenities and Tesco was right around the corner for anything you needed/wanted that wasn't included. I would stay at any of the hosts other properties knowing how professional and well kept they're run. I fully plan on staying at this flat again if available next time I'm in Liverpool.
