The space
The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen to prepare all your home away meals in. As well as, a beautiful spacious family bathroom and the most comfy beds for a brilliant night sleep.Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 15 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Process of booking was ok - Key collection was not easy at all - then had to pay £20 insurance before you could complete the booking! This felt like a money making scam!!The apartment wasn't clean - very dusty - windows dirty - leak under sink in kitchen - very dirty laundry cupboard - splashback in kitchen very dirty as was kitchen are in general - fridge door broken - mis matched cups, plates and cutlery. Wooden floor damaged - I spent the first day giving everywhere a good clean. The bed linen was clean, although there was no spare bed linen for the extra bed. The apartment was left in a much cleaner state than when we arrived. Considering you're charged a cleaning fee, I'd suggest perhaps inspecting the standards of the end results. This apartment could be lovely if some care and effort were made to update the very tired interior and inspect the cleanliness prior to lettings.

You have to pick them up in a shop which is located 20 minutes on feet.
At arrival the keys weren't there.
Suddenly they appear.
A lot of calls, waiting and walking just to check in.

Opotrebovanosť apartmánu, čistota. Apartmán by potreboval renováciu, opraviť, vymaľovať a lepšie upratať. Tiež dobre nefungoval čip pre vstupné dvere. Stačí iba trochu zainvestovať, a vyčistiť a bude to oveľa lepšie miesto. Fotky sú skresľujúce.

It was spacious and nicely laid out. It was quiet and overlooked the water.
Most things….the best way to describe it was like student accommodation. It had the potential to be a fantastic apartment but it had been trashed. There was so much damage:
Lights were broken
Sockets were broken
The bath didn’t drain
There was damage to the floors
There were stains all over the walls
The carpets were filthy!!
We had to Hoover when we got to the apartment because it was so dirty and we didn’t want to take off our shoes
There was so much hair in the bed and stains on the sheets that we had to change the bedding which was a TERRIBLE idea. The stains on the duvet and the mattress were vile.
The sofa bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed that I’d ever laid on that we ended up sharing.
The main bed was a small double and that was just about manageable for the 3 nights we were there re comfortability.
The TV turned on but had no signal or channels.
There were dirty marks, hands and otherwise, all over the windows which showed up perfectly when the sun hit them during the day.
The fridge smelt
The thought of unpacking our bags was too much as the place was so unclean…anything we didn’t wear we washed anyway.

Lovely studio flat and very clean, however host and stay falsely advertised the amount of beds available and misinformed us about their being no sofa bed. Half of the group had to stay on the sofa bed when we paid for a bed each. When we complained they gave an unhelpful response and made no effort to redeem the mistake. A shame as the flat is nice, but we didn’t get what we paid for in the slightest. Would have been nice for the host to offer us something for the inconvenience of wrongly paying for 2 beds when we only got one.

The place was filthy, pubes on thae toilet, holes in the floor, stunk of smoke and the smoke detectors had a plastic bag over them so someone definitely smokes in there! The place needs a good deep clean and even renovation. Definitely woman t start there again!

The flat was nice and well furnished in a good location, but could benefit from more attention to detail.
The team was responsive but not always very clear - we were told check-in details would be sent 7 days before arriving, which was then changed to 5 days and changed again to 1 day. We only got the check-in details one hour before arriving.
We were also charged an additional fee after paying through Airbnb. As airbnb includes a service fee, we were not impressed with the ‘admin fee’ would be taken from our security deposit.
Unfortunately, checking in was complicated. After collecting the keys and walking for 20 minutes with suitcases, we could not enter the building as the fob was extremely temperamental. Luckily, another resident let us in.
The flat was well furnished and moderately clean, but lots of spider webs (as mentioned in other reviews) and poor quality/worn out bedding.
Overall, this airbnb has the potential to be great, but needs a bit of TLC!

The flat is ideally located for the seafront and Albert dock. Everything was in walking distance which I loved.
The block was quiet and I did not experience any noisy holiday makers. I felt safe and comfortable there.
You are able to look out onto the Mersey. I watched huge cruise ships sail in and out of Liverpool from the flat but there is construction currently taking place for the new Isle of Mann terminal.
The flat was clean, but I agree with other reviews about the flat looking tired.
In all I did enjoy my visit.

First time at the apartment, nice quiet location, a short walk from the Albert Dock area.
Had everything we needed, clear instructions on how to gain access, and clean accommodation and good bedding.
After taking a couple of days to get our bearings, we wouldn't hesitate to come back again, especially if you want a quiet location which is still within reach of Liverpool One and the city itself.

Lovely place to stay . great views over the water covered with seagulls and cormorants . very convenient to walk into the waterfront and Liverpool centre .Lovely and quiet at night (apart from the gulls!)

Good value stay.
The apartment would benefit from a bit of attention. There are light bulbs missing and it could do with a fresh up but it was value for money. Shower and bath were good. Storage and kitchen facilities good. Some one else’s slippers (Spider-Man) were left under the tv stand!
Would benefit from having parking (assume that the apartment comes with a space but guests can’t use it - not sure why not?)
Liverpool was fabulous and the apartment is in a good location.
Key fob to open lock is a bit hit and miss - you need to hold it for a while and sometimes move it about.
Not keen on being asked about my planned checkin time at nearly midnight by text message 2 days before checking in. If it says after 3pm assume I’ll be there after 3pm. I was woken up by the message (I have to keep my phone on).

Nice modern apartment set in older historic dock land area. Great views from the windows. Well laid out and clean. Tea bags, sugar, coffee and some salt in cupboards. Dishwasher tablets and washing machine capsules provided-enough for our stay. Walkable from centre of town. Only 15 minute walk to Albert docks and all the museums. 10 minute walk to a small Tesco and Sainsburys and a pizza place that did takeaway. A bit of a pain having to pick up and drop off key by 10 am to newsagent but the directions are clear and there was no delay at newsagent.

The location of this apartment is perfect. About a 15/20 minute walk into the main centre.
The downsides are the key pick up although no issues having a 15 min walk with 2 kids is not ideal. Surely there must be a closer place?
We managed to find free parking which was a bonus.
The key fob (like all other reviews) is a pain! The amount of times we had to wait for a resident to let us in as the pesky thing does not work!
The apartment is lovely, I would say it could do with a deep clean. There were cobwebs in all corners, the windows all had handprints on and the high gloss kitchen cupboards were smeary. Nothing a decent clean wouldn’t sort.
The team were very good with communication. The guides and help were brilliant even with the above being slightly different to other check ins.
Watching the boats on the docks was lovely though and the apartments are extremely quiet.

When we arrived the kitchen was not completely clean and had smudges on the back wall some pans also had food residue. The cub-board door was unhinged, fridge door was stuck and the drying rack was broken in two. After I notified the team their response was quick and they sent the cleaning team to wash the kitchen and replaced the pans, drying rack and fixed the cub-board door.
We had a lovely stay, enjoying the view overlooking the cruise ship terminal.
The location is great with easy walking access to the city center and the Royal Albert Dock.
I will recommend this place when visiting Liverpool.

Kiva sijainti n. 10min kävely Liverpool ONE kauppakeskukseen. Lähellä paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja.
Ikkunasta näkymät Mersey-joelle. Yhteydenpito vuokranantajiin sujui todella hyvin, puhelimella sai heti yhteyden. Asunnossa elämisen merkkejä mutta yleisilme puhdas. Alakerran naapuri ikävästi soitti ikkuna auki kovalla voimakkuudella musiikkia joka aamu n. 6-7 aikoihin n. 15 min ajan.

Stayed here for 2 days and the apartment was positioned in a great place and overlooking the river Mersey. The fob to get in was a little tricky, but you need to wave it over the intercom and it works eventually. Very clean tidy and quiet. Will 100% stay here again. Liverpool is a great place to visit. Also found some free parking over the road. Highly recommend this place and the team looking after you. Many thanks.

Charlie was very responsive and flexible to offer early and late check in/outs.
There was no terrestrial TV channels and. It couldn’t be fixed. These are the most basic and simplest things that are needed in a property, somebody should have checked. Also the place needs a good and thorough clean, Cob webs everywhere suggest it hasn’t had a good clean in a while.

A beautiful apartment with lovely views. Fans were also provided as it was very hot during the stay. There were very clear check in instructions. Hosts were really responsive when I couldn’t get into the building with the key fob.

The host team was very helpful and provided clear and concise communication. The apartment was clean and tidy. View is amazing along the docks.
I was disappointed with the key collection location, which is a few kilometres away from the apartment. I had an elderly parent staying with me, and we had to pay for taxis over and back, which adds to the cost.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is close to the city centre. However, you can feel that you are leaving the central part as you are approaching the property. There are shopping centres and large parking lots in the area behind this building. So it kinda sits on the border.
The property has a pretty nice view and it was fairly quiet.
The property needs better maintenance and refurbishment - kitchen cupboard doors are not sitting straight, the bathroom doors hardly close, bath needs re-caulking as it has some mould in some areas. Toilet seat makes loud noises when sitting on it. There were only only a single bottle of shower gel/shampoo for 4 people. Towel radiator was not working.
The master bed was short (I'm 178 cm and could barely fit) and narrow, the mattress was wayyyy to soft. The carpets need deep cleaning.
Key collection was a real pain considering the fact that we live in 21st century. You have to collect it from a corner shop. I don't understand how does this make sense economically, but a key lock box or smart door lock would be so much more convenient.

We enjoyed our weekend, and your place feels like home. A really comfy bed and absolutely beautiful view. We spent our morning watching the seafront with our cup of teas!
We also love the sight in the night time, peeking our eyes out at the ferries!
Highly recommended to stay there!

The team were fantastic to deal with, the apartment was in a fantastic location with a great living space. I have marked the feedback regarding cleanliness down as was dusty and found some chewing gum on the window ledge but overall did not affect our stay. Towels bedding etc spotless. The apartment is a short walk to centre with easy access to everything. Top hosts with a great location, would not hesitate in re booking for our next visit.

Katy and Joe's place was amazing. It was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. When you walk into the living room you get greeted by this amazing waterside view. The house is centrally located just a few minutes drive from the main shopping district as well as from both train stations. Katy and Joe were very responsive during our stay and communicated very useful information in a timely manner. We loved our stay.

It was in a beautiful, quiet location within easy walking distance to the Albert Dock and Liverpool City Centre. Wonderful views of the river. Very clean apartment, furnished to a very high standard.
Didn't particularly like having to collect the keys from a shop 15 minute walk away. But this was only a very small inconvenience.

Two of us stayed here for a friends birthday after struggling to find somewhere in the city centre that was affordable and available at this time of year. The apartment was perfect for our stay with it only being a short walk from the centre and having all the amenities that we needed. The communication from the team was great throughout and I couldn’t fault them at all. I was wary of the key pick up based on others reviews but this genuinely wasn’t an issue and actually worked out better being centrally located in the city with a hassle free process. We were very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend as an affordable base for a city break!

Only thing I can fault is sofa bed was broken leading to it having to be propped up by pillows to be useable, which is not what I expected for the price. Lovely Apartment in a really good location with an amazing view just needs some maintenance. Great communication and helpful, direct instructions to checking in and property guid.

I had a wonderful stay in this flat for just over a week - I even extended my stay by a day to make the most of it. The best thing is the location, right on the water with a wonderful view, very peaceful and inspiring, but also very close to the city centre with all its shops, cafes, and entertainment. The flat itself is very tasteful and had everything I needed to work and relax. I'd definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again if the opportunity arises.

It was as if there was a party in there the night before, it hadn’t been cleaned properly, hairs on pillows,inside the bed sheets and on the carpet. The corner of the bathroom had dirt and hairs. The curtains didn’t shut in the living area, stains and mould in the bedsheets, stain on the radiator. It was just terribly unclean. We didn’t stay our second night due to this.

The apartment facilities and waterfront view was GREAT!
You have to collect apartment keys from a completely different location across the city centre. You also have to drop the keys off at that separate location after checking out. This is not fun when you're on Foot. This wasn't stated in the booking information until we had already paid. A bit cheeky. Other than that, the apartment was really lovely.

Good location and views, plenty of birds and boats to watch, although it should also be noted that there is building work going on where you look out.
Key collection is too far from the property.
Not enough forks.
Could have been cleaner, although I am fussy.
I personally didn’t like the bed, as I found it too soft, but it is memory foam.

Very central location, close walk to city centre & local attractions, short taxi journey from other places & about 25 mins from the airport. Hosts were very responsive before & during our stay which was great.
Bed was a little soft for my boyfriend & the shower head could be renewed, the pressure was quite high as there wasn't a proper head

The apartment has lovely views. It was quiet, clean and communication was above and beyond. They left plenty of towels and toiletries. Short walking distance to town and there is plenty going on around the apartment and great places to eat. Reasonable car park rates close by. Check in and out was through a shop around 15-20 Min walk from app.

both of the beds in the living room were broken and pretty much unable to sleep on resulting in the friends that paid half of the cost annoyed that they couldn’t sleep comfortably for the cost of £130 cutlery in the draws had moldy food on and so did a tray that was in the oven when we opened it several age related marks like a stained pink radiator in the master bedroom

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The flat was beautiful and would be ideal in the summer. However, it should be noted that collection of the keys is done via a newsagents in the centre of Liverpool and not on site.

We had a great stay - the apartment had a lovely view, was nice and spacious, well equipped and an easy walk into the city centre. There was great communication from the hosts. One thing just to be aware of is you have to pick up/drop off keys from a newsagents which is about a 15 min walk away (although in the centre centre and so wasn’t too far out the way if coming from the station).

Good side: the location of the apartment is fabulous and the support team was prompt in replying
Bad side: we were uncomfortable with the check-in process because we had to go to another shop which is like 20 minutes walk from the apartment to get the key - first Airbnb I have ever been to where the key was not next to the room and that was really time-consuming.
Second, the floor in the apartment was quite sticky and it seems that it wasn’t cleaned throughout. Also there were many dead flies inside the room which weren’t not clean away.

The view was amazing! Very clean, good shower, good location and spacious. The check in/out process isn’t practical if you are on a schedule as the shop is quite far. Unfortunately when we arrived at the flat there was a terrible smell, and I do understand this is probably due to the previous guest smoking, but it made our stay a bit unpleasant.

This place is lovely. Main living area is a Nice open space with a wall of glass overlooking the water. Modern appliances in the kitchen. The bathroom is new and modern with high end finishes. The bedroom overlooks the water. While smaller the bed was comfortable with a new mattress. This place has more higher end modern touches than other places I have stayed in the area. It is just a quick walk away from the beautiful three graces and the vibrant Albert dock area. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

Overall a good Airbnb experience and represented good value for money. Responsive hosts and simple(ish) check in.
I stayed for a month so perhaps offer a different perspective to those who have stayed for shorter periods.
The apartment was generally well equipped, clean and in a good location.
Things that could be better -
The internet connection at times was slow - like old school slow - just 1mb/s upload and download. It didn’t affect things like Netflix streaming but was frustrating for work at times.
The bed also has an awful mattress, just really cheap and thin. Not an issue for a few nights, but back breaking after weeks!
It also gets really, really hot owing to the large window. Leaving windows open didn’t really help and being so close to the water means bugs and also noise from construction opposite. A couple of fans would have made all the difference.

The place is nice. Long walk from where you pick up the key. I like Airbnb because you are actually getting to meet local people and stay in their home. This listing is a business plain and simple. When we stayed here it was at the crazy time when countries were shutting their borders due to COVID-19 and we had to change our plans, everything was uncertain. Unlike other hosts who were very understanding and accommodating this host basically said “tough.” So that really didn’t sit well. Also Airbnb gave us zero support. For that reason alone I wouldn’t stay here again. Other random issues were the tap handle in the bathroom came off in my hand and nearly went down the bathroom sink drain.

Katy & Joe's place is quite secluded apt with a great view of the river. You'll be about a 10- 15min walk to restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a quick bite, there's a Greek restaurant across the street with delicious authentic cuisine. The only experience that could improve is the check-in and check-out process as you have to pick-up and drop keys from a newsstand located in the city. Other than that I would suggest staying here for your visit to Liverpool.

Very nice place located 15 min from the city centre by walk - perfect location :) clean and very good equipment - all you need. The TV had Netflix, there were teas, towels, shampoo and shower gel. I enjoyed the stay very much! I can easily recommend. The only little issue was a need of collecting the keys not Close to the apartment - like 15 min by walk.

The flat is lovely and very clean, always remember and take your own towels with you as you only receive one towel even if you have booked in for 2 adults. The shop you pick keys up from isn’t that local as it is about 20min walk or you can jump a taxi.

L'appartamento ė molto bello, abbiamo gradito internet e Netflix, grazie, ha anche una bellissima vista ed e vicino a tutto, si può fare comodamente a piedi, ma se sei stanco e non vuoi camminare bisogna prendere un taxi perché non c'è autobus vicino. Consiglio però di lasciare: più asciugamani, almeno uno grande per ogni ospite (noi eravamo in quattro e ne abbiamo ricevuti solo tre) e almeno due piccoli per le mani; uno straccio per la cucina.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia bisogna pulire meglio il divano letto quando si apre. Per il resto tutto ok. Grazie del vostro appartamento.

Clean bright apartment overlooking the water, lovely views. Bit isolated, nice 15 minute walk to Albert Dock along the river but no cafes or shops nearby, no coffee pot so bit of a schlepp to get coffee to start the day. Quite a way to get to centre of the city, Hope Street and Bold Street, need taxis unless you want to walk for 45 m minutes or so. Big building but clean and quiet, and very comfortable.

The place is truly perfect located in Liverpool! Say less than 15mins from Matthew street and though central it’s really a quiet area with a lovely view.
There is no parking with the place which is a pity so this you’ll need to source as well.
We have some issues with the place which we reported (missing bed lining, towels and could question if the bed lining had been changed from previous people) though we received fresh lining and towels the next day. We would recommend you to highlight a few times how many people are going and if you need replies etc then perhaps give them a call on the number they provide instead of messages. However due to these issues we did feel it was expenses for what we got.
Depending on your needs, it’s a super central location but we did have our issues with the place, so we will neither recommend nor not, and say it depends on your needs of what you look for in an Airbnb.

Spent 3 days at this fantastic apartment, it was everything we wanted, clean, close to town ( about 15 minute walk ) and a lovely view, I particularly loved the powerful shower! So much to do in this lovely, friendly city! Us 3 ladies (age 50 ) took great pleasure in the silent disco tour, so much fun and highly recommend it!!!

To be honest, the appartement is more than gorgeous. Very central, great view, you can walk along the waterfront to the docks, visit the museums or just have a cold beer at the pump house. The appartement was absolutely clean and the bed very comfortable. I think you even had Netflix but you wouldn't wanna waste much time at home because Liverpool is just fantastic. And the people there are just so friendly! We had an amazing time. The walk from Liverpool Lime station was around 20 minutes and totally okay with a rucksack and a small suitcase. I really recommend that place and this lovely city. The communication with the team was great and they provided us a lot of information and tips. Thank you so much for everything!

A lovely modern space with stunning waterside views in winter. Not too long a walk from the CBD (we managed with heavy packs) and easy to find with the instructions provided. Smaller sized apartment but felt very spacious for two. Great for a short stay 😊

Great location, short walk to the city and main attractions such as the ferry, museums, tour buses and restaurants.
Make sure you are set for parking as it is permit only onsite, although residents stated that this is not checked, its still a risk and local secure parking is costly so needs to be factored in.
Overall, lovely place and great hosts.

The flat is modern, comfortable and clean and it has a great view over the river. It's only on the second floor, so access is easy, and the key pick up and drop off - via a key safe - works well. Walking access to most of the tourist attractions was good - a flat 20 minute stroll along the Mersey. We were in town for a conference so we didn't really spend much time in the flat but it seemed very quiet and was in a quiet neighbourhood. Our one real gripe was about parking, which was a bit difficult to find anywhere close by and was not all that cheap when we did - £13.50 a day at Capital Building (although the closest car parks were charging £17.50).

- Clean, spacious and well stocked apartment
- Secure building
- About a 20/25 walk to Center
- Booking process was easy and hosts were very quick responsive and helpful.
- Only issue was when we were lost upon arrival and none of the hosts answered our calls. We found the apartment ourselves but never received a call back.

Great apartment good location if you don't mind a walk or short taxi ride into Liverpool. Lovely location with a nice view, loads of space and had everything you needed for a weekend away had a great time would stay again!

Great place! I was having my graduate ceremony with my mum and grandmother. We have a nice view outside the apartment and we all enjoy it. The apartment is clean and stylish. Little away from the city center (because it is near the sea). Very close to most of the attractions of Liverpool (~5 minutes walk). If you are tourists, I would recommend living house/apartment like this, as place near the city center is often very noisy. Thank you for providing such a nice place!

Over all we had a great stay at the flat. The place was very clean and the duvet was very comfortable. The team could always be contacted which was great and collecting the key from the lock box was easy. Only thing I would say was because of the current heat wave the flat was very hot but they did provide a fan but we could have used another one.
Also, it’s walking distance from town so it’s easy to get around to the shops and restaurants.

The apartment is nice, it corresponds with the pictures. We went in summer to Liverpool, 2 very hot days, the windows wouldn’t open, the heat in the apartment was unbearable, the sun would be on the water front and it would be like an oven. They left two very small fans that were of no use and the communication with the host was difficult and they didn’t help at all. Wouldn’t recommend it I. Summer. The rest was ok.

The apartment is very well located, very close to major tourist area but offers a very quiet respite for r&r. It is also spotless and very well appointed. I would recommend it to anyone.

We loved staying at this apartment. There were amazing sunset views over the Mersey every evening, making it worth the distance from downtown (only 15 minutes). Check in was SO easy; they send a .pdf if the instructions so you have all the information at hand (including detailed instructions, maps, great restaurants, tips, etc.). The area is very safe, and the apartment faces the water, so there isn’t any traffic noise (just the occasional seagull).
The building itself is newer, but doesn’t have air conditioning (totally normal in the U.K.), so we just cracked the windows at night for a cool breeze.
We were very grateful to have that in-unit washer-dryer! The shower also has great water pressure, plenty of hot water for two people, and included shampo, conditioner, and body wash. As for the bed: it’s a little springy, but not uncomfortable.
Finally, there is Netflix available for guests, which made it easy for my mother and I to binge watch The Crown after a great day of sightseeing.

Had a great stay in liverpool, it was my first time there and i enjoyed it. The place was spacious but cosy while still modern and clean, in a beautiful location with great views. dina and easy check in. would recommend !

Only about a 10 min walk and your in the centre of Liverpool. Hosts were very quick and responsive! Having the lock box is excellent - no time limit to check in!

We had a really comfortable stay at this flat, and would definitely recommend! It has a gorgeous view at sunset time, which we were very lucky to get on one of the days (all other days were too cloudy!).
It's very conveniently located so you could walk to the city center in 15 mins.
The hosts were very responsive, but we didn't get to meet them and we only communicated through messages. Would've loved to have met someone in person for a chat and also have had some flexibility with check-in and check-out timings, but this didn't change how great our stay was!
