Great location for exploring. Collecting and returning the key as isn’t on-site isn’t great. The key also wasn’t there when we went to collect it! They charge a bond/ administration fees or an insurance charge (not cheap either!) on top of the Airbnb charge. Never seen this before, as Airbnb provides them insurance. Check in was meant to be 3pm but we couldn’t access it until 5.30pm. Bathrooms need a good clean, beds uncomfortable. Several maintenance issues need addressing. Kitchen is under equipped. Second set of keys and fobs didn’t work.

We enjoyed staying here. Super easy to pick up the keys from a local newsagent. The team was responsive with any queries we had and really helpful. The area has some construction outside which was noisy on a weekday from 7am but absolutely fine at the weekend. It's well located for everything in Liverpool pretty much so would definitely recommend staying there. Sleeps 10 so it's really spacious and a nice apartment. The building itself had some issues with damp in a hallway but the apartment isn't affected by that at all so once you're in it's like a little sanctuary. Decent facilities so would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great location close to everything you need. Picked up the keys from a local shop which was not that easy as parking spaces not that easy to find in the centre. I prefer lockbox check in and checkout. Did not find the parking permit, apparently the previous guest did not return it as I have been told. However, I was able to park in the garage anyway. Construction work around the place which can be noisy and uncomfortable as the flat in the ground floor. The team communication is great and fast. Flat as described in the booking advertisement.

Good location very central. The actual flat was very dark, quite exposed to nearby building works and the entrance through the rest of the block wasn't the nicest. There was confusion about check in time which I feel was because of the way the message was worded. Also we picked the keys up a little before check in and had to then return them as that set is shared with the housekeepers which was a pretty weird system. It meant we couldn't check in until after 5pm. Overall, the comms was pretty unclear and the flat felt quite expensive for what it was.

Just returned from a fabulous 2 night stay. The apartment was as described, also very clean & comfortable with lots of space for 4 adults. Location is perfect for walking around the city centre or jumping on the metro. 1 point to mention is the car park space is tight. We have an estate & managed to park it with a bit of patience, then didn't attempt to move until we left. But given the great central location this wasn't a problem. Communication with hosts was 1st class with great instructions for arrival, key collection etc. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment for a visit to the city centre & all it has to offer.

Overall this place is fantastic. We paid a great rate, communication was exceptional and instructions and guidance were great, BUT you really do need to follow the instructions to gain access to the apartment. With three children, after a long drive, we didn't pay quite enough attention to every detail, but once we read things over again, things were indeed clear and then it's easy when you know how! The location of the apartment is the winner, I think. It's quick and easy to explore central Liverpool, while also being very easy for us to reach our family in Crosby in the car/taxi. We had no noise issues whatsoever in the evenings either, despite its central location. The only little thing we noticed is that while the apartment is very clean and impeccably presented, things felt fresh and new, we noticed a bit of damp. Not in a major wet patch creeping down the wall way, but a kind of moistness on the carpets and linens that you notice after a bit of time. We'd stay again though!

Family, 4 people, good two bathrooms, relatively large rooms, single room and kitchen big enough. Good location for center, Car Park incl., but small space, difficult to park. But: The apartment on the ground floor was easy to see from passing passers-by, but the windows could be locked but not set to tilt, only open completely, so that everyone can easily get in. That would be a Nogo for us next time!!Storage space too low in the bathroom, where the lighting was also so unfavorable that you could not look at or shave or make up. The heating in a bathroom did not work, was not repaired, the bathroom was cold, as was one of the bedrooms. It has been complained by us, you wanted to fix it, it has been known since 2022!! The broken toilet lid was repaired immediately, thank you . Kitchen and bathroom were only very superficially clean. Too bad, that could have been better. Price performance in the photos good, in reality not unfortunately not.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was much bigger than expected, especially the bedrooms! The beds were extremely comfy. Walk in to city centre was very short - maybe 10 minutes with plenty of pubs and restaurants on the way. I would definetly recommend staying at this apartment and will be looking to stay again in the near future.

Sadly my first poor experience in 4 yrs. Apartment on arrival clean, apart from stains on rug in hallway & on living room wall. This apartment can host 10 guest, then why only a set of 3 cheap pans, only 1 could be used & it was the smallest one. Other 2 were burnt so UNUSABLE. 2 tiny frying pans again burnt & stained, 1 useable. Toaster for only 2 toast. No oven gloves, no salt, pepper or oil as advertised. Nonworking items, Extractor hood, towel rail in main bathroom. A review in Dec 21 by Toni this was an issue then. Heater in hall didn’t work. Oven dirty & baking tray & grilling tray. I took pictures & sent them straight away to the team, informed Maintenance CAN’T ATTEND, until the day I leave the 27.12.22. Car parking, difficult due to bins in the way, tight space disappointed with this stay. I go away for Christmas & I do a big cook. Kitchen Facilities very poor & it needs reviewing IMMEDIATELY. Lucky I brought 2 pots of my own because Xmas would’ve been TOTALLY RUINED.

The house is not bad, nice decor, with the basic things of cooking and toilet. We were going with a baby and we had to ride the crib. Cleanliness is well, inside that the rooms have carpet. Heating ok, only the towel rack in one of the bathrooms didn't work and there was no plug to turn on the radiator. In general, it's fine, good location, very close to the center, with the bad luck that there was a construction project attached to the building.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable and close to the centre. Can be a bit complicated to find the flat and car park initially, but the hosts were very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. Great place to stay when exploring Liverpool, would recommend.

The flat is really comfortable and clean and an easy walking distance into Liverpool centre. Slept really well in the comfy beds and the flat is stylish and well put together. Be aware it's a fair walk from the parking/entry to the room, and at least one flight of stairs is unavoidable. Hosts are really great, have stayed at a few of their places now and you get consistently good communication and service.

Excellent apartment with all the facilities & equipment you’d hope for… Location is in a student area yet close to the centre. Comfy beds, spacious rooms & one we’d certainly use again. Altho not the easiest apartment to find the hosts provide excellent ( tho lengthy) instructions on how to get there, trust me it’s worth the effort!

I came to the house with my friend. it is a good house to stay in Liverpool. The house is tidy, clean. Basically, we got everything we need in the house. If we are in Liverpool next time, the house would be a good choice to revisit.

The apartment is very big and spacious and it was very clean on arrival. It’s well located, about a 12 minute walk to Liverpool One, and about 15/20 minutes from Albert Docks. Communication from the host is good and they were helpful when there was an issue. Wi-Fi was good during our stay, no issues at all. The parking space is really hard to get into due to SO MANY BINS being right by the space - we had to move the bins every time we wanted to get in and out. Also, pay particular attention to the mention of noise - the building works are extensive and right next to the property, we stayed midweek - zero chance of a lie in! Might be better at the weekend!

What a gem of a place that Katy, Joe & Team have allowed us to stay at. Perfectly located, peaceful, spacious with all the amenities that one would need for a short stay. The Wi-Fi wasn't available during our stay, not a show stopper, I understand they plan to address this in future. Do make sure you read the guide provided to locate the property as it is in a complex which has a front and rear entrance. Many Thanks for your hospitality.

What a gorgeous apartment!! We were five adults up for a family Christening and were very comfortable here! The flat is kitted out and decorated beautifully. Even the sofa beds were super comfy. Cold weather but plenty of heaters that quickly made the flat all cosy. The location is of course brilliantly central! But being in the centre of any major city will bring a little bit of building noise in the week! Check-in directions are a little complicated but they made it all as clear as is humanly possible with pictures, the lot! We didn’t have any problems. Thanks so much for all the clear&quick communication and for making a gorgeous AirBnb!
