Set in Liverpool's iconic 'Georgian Quarter', the apartment is just a stones throw from the iconic Liverpool Cathedral.
The space
Our recently refurbished apartment is contemporary and spacious, finished to a high standard throughout . The unique space offers an open-plan kitchen and living room, perfect for a relaxing stay or to rest after a busy day exploring Liverpool! The modern kitchen features all the essentials you will need: a Hob/Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge and even a Nespresso Coffee Machine - perfect for your morning Coffee!

The living area features two comfortable sofa beds and a large smart TV! If you require a place to eat and unwind, the open-plan living area has a stylish bench-style table, perfect for dining!

This courtyard apartment has two comfy double bedrooms, featuring desk space for those needing a place to work! The bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub - ideal for those wanting to relax after exploring! The bathroom has fluffy white towels for each guest and complimentary starter shower gel and shampoo for your arrival!

Situated in a private courtyard away from the main road, it gives you the benefits of being in a central location, whilst also enjoying a tranquil and relaxing stay.
Guest access
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle-free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them!
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We also have outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a noise detector.

**The apartment entrance has steep steps so please be aware of this before booking!**

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Please do not place orders without informing us.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

DO NOT book this apartment, or any other apartment with HOST & STAY!!! 1. Expected to pay a 3rd party £250 deposit. Issues with 3rd party meant we were 2 hours late checking in. 2. Extremely dusty, food waste left on the floor, bed linen covered in hairs! Photos sent to host and told a cleaner would come out. Nobody turned up. 3. Groundwork on huge construction site a few metres away literally had the building bouncing from 8am. Host said they would send someone to remove mirrors and pictures from wall due to safety fear. Nobody turned up. Told there was NO option for alternative accommodation. 4. Evening of the 2nd night the electricity and water turned off. (Not a fuse and followed instructions). Left myself and my child alone with no lights, couldn’t charge devices, wash, flush the toilet. Left first thing, and host didn’t respond until the afternoon. Still waiting for an outcome from Host or Airbnb

Amazing location. A lovely place to be for a long weekend. The accommodation was spotless and a good match for what we needed. Definitely a great value for money. And Katy, Joe & Team were friendly and always very responsive.

Amazing location right in the centre of the city. A 10-15 minute walk from everything. Check in process was a pain, had to go to a corner shop for keys, needed to go through three doors to get in or out of the property and was told the spare keys couldnt leave the property so we couldnt give them to the other members of the party that were arriving later. Comfortably sleeps four but wouldnt recommend any more than that due to the single toilet and no storage space outside of the bedrooms for things like suitcases. Maybe im just used to really amazing airbnbs but im also used to them having things like milk, salt and pepper in the cupboards.. just the basics to tide you over.

Lovely stay at The Courtyard. Really peaceful and quiet. Apartment was very clean and well stocked as regards linen and bedding. Bit of a walk into town but not too far. Team were very responsive when I phoned to say that no travel cot and high chair had been left at the apartment and had them dropped over very promptly. Pull out sofa beds in living room very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
