Facilities, furniture and cleanliness are excellent.

You will not find reception and assistance, but you call the property and then go to the supermarket to get the key
and the location of the apartment is very bad opposite the working area of a building and also the entrance of the apartment is to take out the garbage on the ground floor in the back square of the building is difficult to reach with bags

intanto attenti al prezzo a cui dovrete aggiungere per forza o 25£ di assicurazione danni NON REFUNDABLE o una caparra restituita dopo 15 giorni di 200£ con costi pero amministrativi di 10£

è nella via del retro e si entra in pratica nel cortile interno dove buttano la spazzatura e purtroppo è molto sporco e poco accogliente come ingresso

poi la casa pur essendo carina non è pulita benissimo
i materassi dei divani letto erano sporchi e anche per terra credo c’era pieno di polvere

lo staff ti subissa di messaggi e per ogni cosa minacciano che ti verrà addebitato qualcosa (se ritardi al check out, se fai danni -pur avendo fatto assicurazione ecc)

però a qualunque richiesta non vengono incontro
prese per turisti italiani non ci sono. punto
carta igienica eravamo in 7 un rotolo di se finisce te lo devi comprare

Walking through the courtyard, especially at night walking over uneven grounds. Also no mirror in smaller room so was sharing mirrors in bigger bedroom.

I came on Sunday and I stayed with my family 5 hours outside because the service team can’t gave me the keys for my property.
After 5 hours I told them to give me another property ant they gave me flat with just one bedroom and my booking was with 2 bedrooms.

The property itself was ok once inside. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The location was good altough it was not on Rodney Street as advertised

The entrance to the property is very poor. Its incredibly scruffy and the locks need attention. The coffee machine had the wrong type of coffee pods provided. The radiator in one of the bedrooms didn't work.
I was very unhappy that we were asked to pay a damage deposit AFTER we had booked and committed to the property. It was either pay a £25 non refundable payment or a £250 refundable payment (of which £10 would be kept for admin) Very misleading.

. It's an intim and very comfortable accommodation. The space is generous and equipped with everything you need for your holidays. It's also very well located: in the vecinity you can find a mini-market, bars, restaurants or bus station. And to the city center you take a 7 min- walk.

Keys were collected from a mini mart and then the location was 4 mins away. No parking but parking places available. Can be a little confusing getting in but the location, the space and the beds were perfect. Plenty of great places to eat around the location

The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

A welcome book would have been an asset. This could include the WiFi code and how to access live tv channels. We had to log in to our private apps to watch tv.

DO NOT book this apartment, or any other apartment with HOST & STAY!!!
1. Expected to pay a 3rd party £250 deposit. Issues with 3rd party meant we were 2 hours late checking in.
2. Extremely dusty, food waste left on the floor, bed linen covered in hairs! Photos sent to host and told a cleaner would come out. Nobody turned up.
3. Groundwork on huge construction site a few metres away literally had the building bouncing from 8am. Host said they would send someone to remove mirrors and pictures from wall due to safety fear. Nobody turned up.
Told there was NO option for alternative accommodation.
4. Evening of the 2nd night the electricity and water turned off. (Not a fuse and followed instructions). Left myself and my child alone with no lights, couldn’t charge devices, wash, flush the toilet. Left first thing, and host didn’t respond until the afternoon.
Still waiting for an outcome from Host or Airbnb

Amazing location. A lovely place to be for a long weekend.
The accommodation was spotless and a good match for what we needed.
Definitely a great value for money.

Amazing location right in the centre of the city. A 10-15 minute walk from everything. Check in process was a pain, had to go to a corner shop for keys, needed to go through three doors to get in or out of the property and was told the spare keys couldnt leave the property so we couldnt give them to the other members of the party that were arriving later.
Comfortably sleeps four but wouldnt recommend any more than that due to the single toilet and no storage space outside of the bedrooms for things like suitcases.
Maybe im just used to really amazing airbnbs but im also used to them having things like milk, salt and pepper in the cupboards.. just the basics to tide you over.

Lovely stay at The Courtyard. Really peaceful and quiet. Apartment was very clean and well stocked as regards linen and bedding. Bit of a walk into town but not too far. Team were very responsive when I phoned to say that no travel cot and high chair had been left at the apartment and had them dropped over very promptly. Pull out sofa beds in living room very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was lovely and spacious! The couches were easy to pull out and looks just like pictures! You have all what you need there glasses bowls plates etc. big fridge. Good location 5 min walk to centre . Would defo return

They only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper for7 people for 2 nights! That’s the only thing really

Great place in a perfect location to visit the city with short walks to everything you want to see. The apartment had everything we needed and it was stylish and spotless! Clear communication form a few days before from one of the team was fab with helpful parking hints. The tv meant we could play music or chill with FRIENDS on in our down time and the two sofa beds are extremely comfy and robust! We adored everything about the place! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

I booked this Airbnb to host some family for my graduation, we were looking for somewhere that would be suitable for 6 of us to stay that was within walking distance to everything in the city yet felt like a private safe haven. Katy and Joe's place definitely met our criteria. Despite having a little trouble opening the doors, although we realised this was down to our own fault, once inside we were blown away by the condition of the place. Everything was super clean and had a lovely finished and we immediately felt right at home, everything we needed was provided for us. Despite being so central, it is a very quiet property. We had a fantastic stay over the 5 days, and I would certainly chose this airbnb again. Having lived in Liverpool for four years, I didnt need to contact the hosts for anything in particular, however very much felt that had I any questions, they would have been answered quickly and appropriately. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The place was great, clean and well located - no issues at all. Only minor thing was that the key collection was a bit confusing as we were given two different sets of instructions to go to different locations, which were about a 15 min walk from the flat. Worth bearing in mind if you are on a tight schedule!

Fantastic two night stay as a family of four. Plenty of space, nice and quiet Some great food choices within walking distance. Only minor quibble was that I wouldn't describe the blinds as blackout blinds as they did let a lot of light into one bedroom and the living room. However, I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Alojamiento ideal para ir en grupo. Los sofás-cama eran bastante cómodos aunque los colchones muy finitos. Las dos habitaciones y todos los servicios que proporcionan (cafetera, calentador de agua, wifi, tv con internet, toallas...) son excelentes. Aunque no tuvimos contacto directo con el arrendatario, estuvieron muy atentos de que todo estuviera bien. Pero lo mejor la ubicación con el centro de la ciudad, a 15 minutos de cualquier sitio. ¡Nos encantó!

The property was spacious and well presented. We found everything we needed and it was in a convenient but quiet location which was a bonus.

The wifi didn't work with the password on the check in details and the blinds in the rooms let a lot of light in which made sleeping tricky for some. Other than that it was great.

El departamento era cómodo.

La entrada era desagradable, el depto tenía algunos accesorios innecessrios y otros imprescindibles no. La vajilla era nueva, pero tenía tierra, no la habían lavado....
La puerta de entrada era imposible abrirla desde adentro, mandaron un carpintero para serrucharla y mejoró un poco.

Decìa que había wifi y nunca lo tuvimos, tampoco andaba el T V, supongo que por el mismo motivo. Llamamos para que lo solucionaran, pero no vinieron. Ambas cosas son necesarias para comunicarnos y el TV para los niños....
Me ofrecieron un descuento del 10 % en la próxima estadía,, pero no volveré. Vivo en Argentina!
Considero que por los inconvenientes ocasionados, deberían hacer un reintegro de un 20% como mínimo

We like everything about the property except the two things we mentioned below :)

It didn’t state that the property wasn’t child friendly regarding pushchairs as we had to do a lot of carrying up and down the stairs. There was also no door handle on the inside of the property making it difficult to get out of the property once you were inside as the door stuck to the floor.

The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The decor was also very nice and it felt like staying in a home where you would enjoy living. It was very nice to have heaters in every room, as it was quite chilly in Liverpool during our visit. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice they left us shampoo and body wash, as I wasn't expecting that. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was within walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. I also felt very secure in the apartment because it is in the back garden of a larger building, so there were several doors/locks we had to pass through in order to access it.

Check-in time was 3pm. We arrived in Liverpool early and tried to collect the keys at 12:00 but they were not ready. It did not seem that the host made any effort to accommodate an early arrival (we did tell them beforehand that we would be there early, but I understand sometimes you can't accommodate everyone's requests). We tried to go back to collect the keys at 2:30 and they still were not ready, so we then went back at 3:30 and they still weren't there. This was well past the time we should have been able to check-in, so it was extremely disappointing the keys were not there on time. Finally at 3:40pm a cleaning person dropped the keys off at the shop where we were supposed to collect them, so we essentially had to check in 40 minutes after we should have been able to. The only other slightly negative experience was that the door to the apartment really sticks at the bottom. When we tried to leave the apartment for the first time, we were trapped inside because the bottom of the door would not move. We actually thought we might have to crawl out of a window. It seems with the weather, the wood on the door must have expanded and caused this. My friend and I figured out a solution where we had to pull from the lever at the top of the door and also put the long key into the bottom lock and pull from there to get the door open. Be aware that you may need to do this, too!

This apartment is lovely. It’s immaculate and finished to a high standard with all the essential amenities. It’s location is fantastic, within easy reach to all the great Liverpool attractions.
