We had a really great stay here, the house is so beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for a group of girls needing multiple bathrooms and mirrors! A lovely little outside patio as well a shared space for relaxing. The location is amazing for hundreds of eating and drinking places and a short walk to the docks etc. I would recommend to others and stay again.

Really lovely house - perfect location and easy to get to everything. House was very clean and exactly as per the pictures. Everything is new and nicely done. Handy little outdoor area also which I liked. Couldn’t get a better location or more accurate listing. Only pain was the check in. Because this isn’t an individual host, it’s a company (Host & Stay) you get multiple messages from different people, some of whom don’t appear to actually know the house. So, first I was offered an early check in (for an additional charge) - I declined - that message said check in was 4pm, but it’s listed as 3pm. I got in touch and they did confirm 3pm was accurate (not 4pm), so I asked about where to pick up keys (previous reviews said from shops - which I fine) - was told no - not from shops - from property (even better!) only to then be sent another message pre check in giving location of shop to collect from. Brilliant place to stay, but the agency could maybe work on clear communication.

My husband is from Liverpool, but we live in CA with our daughters, 14 and 11. We were looking for a place located in walking distance to fun restaurants and activities to explore Liverpool, and Dale’s place was perfect. We walked to dinner in Chinatown, and walked to the Docks to enjoy the Beatles Story museum and Liverpool One. The coffee house next door — COFFI had beautiful coffee and pastries! Dale’s place was so thoughtfully decorated, spacious and had super comfortable beds! The upstairs bathrooms and showers were brilliant, and we loved having the half bath downstairs. We successfully parked an SUV in the garage (my husband backed it in!) It was a large car, but it fit like a glove and made life easy to not worry about parking! We plan to return to Liverpool to visit with our family and friends, and we look forward to staying in Dale’s place in all our future trips!

We had a great stay, perfect location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Check in was very easy, we just had to collect the keys from a corner shop at the end of the street. I would highly recommend this location.

Dales place was nice and cozy, a great location and walkable to all areas of the town. Nice restaurants and coffee shops local and a perfect little coffee shop right next door! This was was stylish and compact. Thanks for the stay!

From the time we inquired about the property to the moment we departed, Charlie and Dale were quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and always enthusiastic about how they could accommodate our group. This property was clean, in a great location, and extremely comfortable. We were close to many attractions and a few parks for our kiddos to play footy! We’re eager to plan our return trip and hope this booking will be available! Thank you!!

Felt right at home straightaway, and perfect location for the theatre and city centre and so convenient to have parking also. The accommodation was clean and very modern and the beds were lovely and comfortable and would love to stay here again if return to Liverpool.

The location is great The Property is a lot smaller than the pictures would have you believe , The garage is tiny and unless your driving a mini or a tiny compact car You will not be able to get a car in it , So you have to park on the street outside , which is a no parking zone And we received two parking tickets for £70 each They advertised that the house has WIFI and anyone traveling from overseas and paying AROUND $200 per night would expect to have WIFI , ( they have a router but no service to it ) which in this day and age is a pre requisite, We contacted the host and management company 10 times They said they were sending someone out but nobody showed, we even wasted 6 hours of our day waiting for their so called technician, after 4 days We gave up , the quickest response we got from the host was at the end of our Stay when we asked for a small refund for no WIFI service, he laughed in our faces, needless to say we would never book with this person again

The house itself was lovely. It was spotlessly clean, great decor and beautiful bathrooms. They forgot to provide a towel in the downstairs loo and kitchen though. The main problem is with the management company. They gave us the wrong code for the key, and all numbers went to voicemail. My son eventually got through, but even though I texted and left a voicemail explaining that we were locked outside with a baby, they didn't contact me for 4 hours. They send lots of chirpy texts/emails through beforehand professing to be helpful, but every request is met with a 'no'. In short, great accommodation but the management lets the property down.

The property was very clean and spacious, it was well equipped also and is well located to explore the georgian quarter, ropewalks and city centre. To note; the keys are collected from a local shop a few hundred metres away and the host requested an additional 'accidental damage waiver' fee outside the airbnb app around the time of check-in, which I hadn't been aware of when booking. We had some issues around check-out - the keys were required to be dropped off at the same shop they were collected at. The shop was shut and the instructions were to post through the letterbox. I messaged via the app to say this had been done and received a response saying this was fine. I was then contacted later in the day asking why I hadn't checked out and needed to send proof I had dropped the keys off, which was a bit frustrating as I had done everything as stated in the checkout information and messaged to confirm this. It would be good if the check in/out could be made simpler.

Property is very modern with everything you require for your stay from washing machine, dishwasher cooker etc. Two very large walk in shower/bathrooms which is ideal for more than one couple sharing as property sleeps 6, also has small WC downstairs which is very convenient. TV in the two double bedrooms and downstairs living area. Property also has the added bonus of a garage for a medium sized car saving on off site parking or having car too far away. Close enough to all major attractions China Town, Mathew Street etc and has couple local bars and restaurants 2 mins walk from property including few shops for groceries etc. Stayed here as two couples and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property as property is on two levels so never felt overcrowded on restricted. Only one small moan is property is located on a quaint cobblestone road which can be quite noisy early mornings for those staying in the front bedroom. But nothing that would prevent returning

Nice accommodation but noisy as people and vehicles never stop going even at night. Cobbled road didn’t help. It will help noise reduction if windows are double glazed. Mattress too SOFT , could do with medium/ firm mattress.

The location was perfect, the accommodation was immaculately clean, and the design layout was thoughtfully executed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again. Beautifully renovated. VERY clean. Plenty of space for two couples. Nice location. NOTES: We had go outside the Airbnb process to arrange to pay a damage deposit in advance. We needed to pick up the key at another location (seems unnecessary hassle for customers especially when travelling with other people and managing luggage). The location was very close, but upon arrival, in the rain, we learned the key code was not correct and had to contact the property managers to wait for a new code (shout out to the nice person at the shop who was very kind to us in our frustration). In addition, we were told we must return the key to the shop and when we pointed out that the shop would not be open when we left, we were told it would be. It wasn't open so we needed to figure out where to leave the key as we departed for our train.

Very good location! Typical English house tastefully renovated in current trends! Very functional bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and short stay. Small terrace in addition. Great for a stay (3 couples) in Liverpool. Small shops and pubs nearby. I would highly recommend it!

We were a family of four looking for somewhere to stay for a long weekend in Liverpool. This property proved ideal. In particular its location was ideal within a few minutes walk of numerous restaurants and bars and a maximum of twenty minutes from virtually all the main tourist attractions. There was some street noise but less than you’d expect from living in a city. The property itself was private with three comfy bedrooms and three bathrooms. It had all we needed. Key collection was straightforward. If coming to Liverpool I would use the property again and happy to recommend it

The house in Pilgrim Street was just the right size for our five-person family group. Accommodation includes three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with good showers. There is a small kitchen/dining area downstairs, which was a fine size for our needs. The location is very central, close to bars and restaurants. Everything in the city was within easy walking distance.

I must have stayed at 50 different properties on Airbnb and this is one of the best for sure. Well-equipped and very modern house (dimmer lights, Led on the bathroom with presence sensor, large TV in the living room and bedrooms, among others). Some people have talked about parking difficulties. I did not understand, because THERE IS PARKING OF the HOUSE ITSELF. Excellent communication with the hosts. All by congratulations

Wonderful accommodation, albeit slightly smaller living space downstairs than we realised, but that didn't spoil things! Excellent accommodation near to the city centre. Most amenities as described. We didn't spot a hair dryer, but had brought our own, so that was ok. No coffee maker in the kitchen, but there is an excellent coffee shop next door. We had to change our travel plans last minite, so called when we were on our way to enquire about parking. We were told there wasn't any parking available at the property. Therefore, we had to find a car park to leave the car for the duration of our trip. It was only on return, preparing to write this review, we saw it does state parking is available. Please check beforehand with hosts if you do need a place which has parking on site. The car park we were directed to, by the lady on the phone, was closed, so we had to find somewhere which wasn't too expensive but safe.

The place was really great, it was better than what we’d actually hoped for! Only complication that we had which we didn’t really have time to communicate with the host with was the dead lock was a little stiff and hard to open, otherwise the apartment was great and the location was great and I would definitely book again. Be mindful that there is no parking on the road itself though. Otherwise the place is really worth it. Really clean and spacious.

Lovely place with everything you need, hosting my family before our wedding, great location in Liverpool in the heart of the Georgian Quarter - all amenities you need. Rooms immaculate - my family commented on the nice rooms and the excellent location. Living area is cosy with kitchen and small living room area combined. Check-in time of 3pm is late for 10am check out but seems to more and more common on AirbnB - good stay nonetheless.

Really happy with our stay at Pilgrim Street, location is superb, just up the road from St Lukes, and all the amazing food choices on Bold Street. Metrocola Pub around the corner is a great location for a few drinks on the way out/home too. The check in process was smooth with keynest just around the corner, and the chap in the shop was very helpful. The accommodation itself is exactly as per description, photos. There were 3 of us in our party, and the only thing I will say as a small negative is whilst this property is a 3 bed, and thus could accomodate up to 6 people, the "living space" would be quite busy with 6 people in it. However, thats the only slight on the property and didnt affect us in anyway. Rooms were bright, well presented and very clean, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of storage space. The two bathrooms were spotless and the large walk in showers were great, with superb pressure. Kitchen facilities were well stocked, with everything needed to prepare food.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of finish within the property. The beds are extremely clean and comfy, not to mention that the place smells lovely with the Reed diffusers. The only thing that could be an issue is parking, however we had tremendous weather so it didn’t create too many issues for us. I’d definitely recommend a stay here - 10/10

This place was a steal! It’s brand new, in the BEST location and has absolutely everything you need. The interiors are stunning and it made for a really comfortable and happy stay. This area is full of restaurants/bars and history with two churches at either end of the street. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone! The only negatives were the parking - it’s pricey and a bit of a walk to the property. However for future bookers, there is a car park at Liverpool cathedral that is a lot cheaper and does 24 hour parking (wish we knew this earlier). It can also be quite noisy at night as you’re right on a lane and people are coming and going at all hours of the night. We used the back two rooms of the house though so it wasn’t a problem at all! Thanks so much for a WONDERFUL stay

The place is literally the best accommodation in Airbnb that I've been so far. I was impressed by the cosiness, the smart spaces, by how clean it was in all areas and by the interior deco that shows how the team values the art of living well :) If you visit Liverpool, then definitely try to stay at Katy, Jo and Team's.
