Uniquely decorated, cosy and modern 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Liverpool. Being so central makes it perfect for both leisure and business travellers - minutes walk to the shopping and business districts! The open living/kitchen area is bright and spacious ideal for relaxing in front of the TV or enjoying your favourite meal at the large dining table.
The space
There is a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a huge open plan living/dining area for guests to relax in. The huge windows throughout provide plenty of natural light and great city views! The quirky music inspired decor makes it a truly unique place to stay! There is even a grand piano in the living room!

Please note: The guitars are no longer in this apartment and we have installed curtains in the bedroom since the professional photography.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

Please note that building works will be taking place on the exterior of the property from 1st April 2024 onwards. We have set our rates at a discount to reflect this work.
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.


Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

A good location, with everything close by and a big enough space for 3 guests, however the check in process was very difficult and 2/3 of the locks didn’t work. The complaints were dealt with however a few weeks later. The property itself was good other than the lock issue.

Was a bit disappointed with the host with poor response time on the app and I was expected to collect the keys from a shop 20-25 min walk away from the flat. No help in changing the location of the keys even for checkout. The price you see on airbnb isn’t the price you pay with even a security deposit taking an admin fee. Flat itself was okay but poor shower pressure (shower head had missing silicone bits).

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
