The space
With contemporary decor throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, The Municipal View Abode is bright and airy providing plenty of natural light for a refreshing ambiance.Furnished to a high standard, The Municipal View Abode has everything you need for your home away from home! The hallway leads to a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with elegant white and grey interiors complemented by wooden floors.
A large flat-screen TV with access to Sky channels and Smart features awaits you in the lounge. Watching your favourite shows on a bright or cosy day has never been more relaxing. The city lights are also a lovely feature during the night.
Dine in with the group and cook your favourite meals from our fully equipped kitchen. A fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and more are available for you to use!
The apartment has two double bedrooms which boast a modern white interior, wooden floors and huge windows offering views of the Municipal Buildings. Room-darkening blinds are also fitted so you can rest your eyes any time of the day!
The family bathroom features a wash basin, a WC and a bathtub with an overhead shower.
Located in a quiet and secure building, The Municipal View Abode provides a peaceful environment and offers the added convenience of a digital safe for your personal use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a local Keynest Shop nearby and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Secure pay & display car parks can also be found nearby if staying with more than one vehicle.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building which is accessible by either stairs or lift.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Other Things to Note:
• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Excellent apartment in a great location. All main attractions are walkable with lots to do in the centre of Liverpool which is less than a 10min walk. Apartment has everything you need, immaculate and having on site parking is a great bonus. Will definitely book again.

I had an amazing stay! The property has a gated entrance - so it feels very safe, free underground designated parking space, a central location and it's very quiet during the day or night. The flat is so central that shops, pubs and restaurants are only a few minutes' walking distance. The hotel across the road for drinks and Dale Street Kitchen for breakfast was outstanding and convenient. The flat is exceptionally clean and modern with comfy beds, a fireplace, TVs in every room and everything you need for your stay. The black-out curtains are a bonus as the sun rises directly through bedroom windows. It has a fantastic view through floor-to-ceiling windows or a humongous balcony, especially during the night when buildings and Radio City Tower are all lit up. The hosts' guidebook for the flat is very helpful and the key collection with a code from the corner shop was very straightforward. I will most definitely stay here again.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
