Should be a great apartment but let down by poor maintenance.
Missing shelves in fridge, rickety dishwasher, 2 dirty pans left in oven,dusty shelf in one bedroom,sweet wrappers in drawers, one shower door stuck open, microwave loose in housing, heating max not warm enough and couldn’t change it. Currently building works in next building so fairly noisy and view disappearing.

Location was spot on for us - right in the centre to all the shops, bars & restaurant with only around 10-15 mins walking distance, and quicker if you got taxis. The apartment was extremely spacious & had the most glorious views over the City.

The mattresses were OK - not as comfy as I would have hoped but we were there for 2 nights only, so didn't make a massive issue for us. We also were surprised that the bi-fold doors in the kitchen did not have blinds, so those of our party who stayed on the sofa beds felt exposed!

The location was great, we loved the bifold doors and views. The layout of the apartment was great for what we wanted. The bathroom was a great size, the shower pressure was fab with plenty of hot water and the bedrooms were light, bright and really comfortable. Charlie who was our contact was brilliant and so so helpful, would absolutely recommend booking for a group adventure in Liverpool.

The sofa beds definitely need a mattress topper. We found the table was not big enough for us all but there was the breakfast bar so we all had a seat and the kitchen had no basic amenities such as salt/pepper/cooking oil. No washing up liquid and the dishwasher was not full of cleaning salts etc. This was fine but we didn't order on the shop so make sure you take supplies if planning on eating in the apartment.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
