Situated right in Liverpool city centre, this duplex penthouse apartment offers lovely views of the city, the historic Liverpool Cathedral and the gorgeous Georgian Quarter. Knight Street Penthouse Apartment boasts three bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests, with the addition of two comfy sofa beds. The perfect base for huge families or friends hanging out or wanting to explore the city, the apartment is modern in design and has access to a huge balcony space on every floor.

• Fitted with two comfy double sofa beds sleeping two guests on each.
• Has a Smart TV for streaming your favourite online shows.
• Has a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated microwave and oven, hob, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
• Comes huge dining table and a breakfast bar and plenty of sitting area available for the group!
Main Bathroom:
• Sparkling clean located on the lower floor of the duplex apartment.
• Comes with a bathtub, a separate shower, a toilet and a sink.
Bedroom 1:
• Located on the lower floor, first room from the stairs and just opposite the main bathroom.
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
Bedroom 2 with Ensuite Bathroom:
• Located on the lower floor, just beside the first bedroom.
• Fitted with two double-size beds sleeping up to 4 guests.
• Comes with an ensuite bathroom that has a toilet, sink, and shower.
• Filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the huge balcony area.
Bedroom 3 with Ensuite Bathroom:
• Also located on the lower floor and fitted with two double-size beds sleeping up to 4 guests.
• Has an ensuite bathroom that has a toilet, sink, and shower.
• A bright room with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the balcony area.
You also have access to a huge balcony space on every floor of this duplex penthouse apartment.
The apartment is on the 4th floor.
Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay. Please also note that there are a few steps up into the property building itself.
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 5-minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. We liked the space of the penthouse and the location was really good.
We felt that the sofa bed that was in room 1 was way too hard and uncomfortable and a single bed should be on there as there is enough room. The sofa beds in living area were also dipping so not comfortable.

Location and space in the apartment
Heating didn’t work spoiled our Xmas there Xmas eve Xmas day and Boxing Day with no heating on the phone to them 3/4 times a day issues wasn’t resolved and the offer £100 compensation after paying £1131 to stay there totally unacceptable

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
