The location was incredible and we throughly enjoyed being so close to Lark lane. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious and perfect for us to use as a base during our visit. The hosts were very easy to get hold of and responded almost immediately when I requested some help.

There was some confusion with the location of the spare keys and the main keys were not available immediately on arrival. I was able to contact the team however and they were very reassuring and helpful.

Great location, great stay, if you want cafes/pubs/restaurants on your doorstep, large park and easy bus routes to town. Flat is in an old building ,it could have done with an airing before our arrival, musty smell improved by day two. Otherwise clean, modern apartment. One negative,We could not check in on line until we paid £20 damage insurance, or £150 holding fee. Not spotted in original booking info.

The location of the property is excellent being within short walking distance of Liverpool's famous Lark Lane and also Sefton Park. The property, furnishings, kitchen equipment etc all met our needs.

Perfect location,all bars,cafes on the doorstep. Really cute flat,bed comfy, lounge really light with lovely big windows.

Boiler in bedroom going on and off all night kept me awake.

Perfect location. Lark Ln is just behind the corner.
Close to the city center and airport as well.
Great value for money.

Spare keys were missing, but this was not a problem in our case.

Warm, clean,comfortable,good quality furniture fixtures. Great location for amenities and transport links to town.

No spare set of keys. Sofa bed in living room not working. No coat hangers on arrival but sorted the following day. Some items listed on amenities were not there and had to be reported to secure return of deposit. The bed was not suitable for older people, it was very low.

Kind, flexible owners.Amazing location,cute fully kitted out,comfy flat.Proper home from home,very quiet despite 30 seconds walk from all cafes etc.Couldnt be any better really. Communication was quick and efficient.

There was everything we needed,plenty hot water, everything worked,no negatives.
