Come and stay in our modern & clean apartment, located right in the heart of the city centre. This two bedroom apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of all attractions.

Memory foam beds, all bed linens provided, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV and a host of other amenities in a great, central location!

Please note the keys are collected five minutes from the apartment.
The space
The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect for socialising. There is a large wall mounted TV.

The kitchen comes with all modern appliances, pots, pans and cutlery and a Tesco supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk away.

The 1st bedroom has a double bed with a comfy spring mattress as well as ample hanging space and a reading lamp should you require.

The 2nd bedroom again has a comfy spring mattress - though this time it's a king size.

The handy sofabed is small double size so perfect for 2 children but 2 adults might be a bit cramped.

The apartment also comes with one car park space.

Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, make yourself at home!
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 7 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

They had a maintenance issue with our original accommodation. We were informed of this less than 2 hours before checking in. However they did manage to arrange new accommodation fairly quickly. The apartment we got was clean and modern. I felt the forms/contact from the company was a bit excessive and slightly frustrating when repeating some information. The address sent us to the tip of the road to key collection. We had to ask locals for directions which they were helpful but the address is approx 5min walk away. They provide you with the name of the shop and address link. Use the name of the shop not the link.

Great place. It is not a lock box. - you have to go to another place to collect the key - very frustrating and not as advertised.

It was easy walking distance to the centre and reasonably comfortable. Beds are fine, bathroom needs attention (mould on tiles). Everything we needed to cook but felt a bit Spartan - no salt and pepper, no washing tablets, no oil to cook with etc... but Tesco just over the road. The area is very urban and run down in feel but only a couple of streets away from the main shopping area and Albert dock within easy walking distance and a good crash pad for the city. Flat quite noisy from adjoining properties - kids running about and screaming upstairs, lots of banging footsteps and general urban noise - sirens, shouting, bottles being tipped etc.. but you are in a city centre. TV is purple (odd), flat feels in need of some TLC - paintwork a bit scuffed, stains on sofa but overall OK for the price.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
