Le Skol est un emplacement parfait. Daniela répond vite mais pas toujours avec justesse. L’appartement 244C est défraîchi et n’est pas adapté à un long séjour.

La ubicación del departamento es muy buena a un paso del paseo marítimo, puerto deportivo, restoranes, playa, a unos 800 metros cel centro (casco histórico)
El edificio es viejo y el departamento no esta remodelado, esta en regular estado, por ejemplo solo funciona la chapa de la puerta principal (ninguna otra), el mobiliario es simple y algunas cosas en mal estado como el hervidor de agua, el piso del baño, las toallas son todas diferentes y muy viejas, etc. Se ofrece con vista al mar y en realidad es un 2º piso lateral bastante interior que si bien sacando la cabeza por la terraza se ve el mar, no tiene vista al mar.
Las instalaciones del edificio son muy buenas, 2 piscinas muy agradables y muy limpias con un entorno lindo, el problema es que no se permiten toallas en el pasto por lo que si no arriendas una reposera no te puedes sentar ni acostar en la piscina y para conseguir una reposera te tienes que poner a la fila a mas tardar a las 9/30 am ya que abren a las 10 y no hay muchas disponibles y la fila es larga.
Respecto a los anfitriones, es caso aparte, antes de contratar este depto leí los comentarios y me llamo la atención tanta critica en su contra, pues todas ciertas, son un par de Hippis de playa, desordenados, con cero empatía solo preocupados de ganar dinero y nada mas, llegue a las 17 horas y luego de esperarlos un rato me dijeron que se les había olvidado limpiar mi departamento y que no estaba disponible y que a esa hora ya era imposible que AIRBNB me solucionara el problema, así que no me quedaba otra que tomar uno mas pequeño que ellos tenían disponible y trataron mucho mucho de convencerme que ese otro depto, que era una ratonera de 15 mts cuadrados era mas grande y mejor que un departamento de un dormitorio de 35 mts con 2 baños que les contrate, (yo soy una persona normal y en ningún caso tengo ni siquiera a simple vista cara de idiota) al día siguiente al pedirles amablemente que sacáramos cuentas y cuadráramos la diferencia de precio, ya que depto mas pequeño es lógicamente mas barato, Vicente LITERALMETE se rio en mi cara con una gran carcagada y me dijo que ese era mas caro y que no reclamara, insisti ya molesto por la frescura y cara de palo del señor hasta que me envio un mensaje con una cuenta ridícula sacada por el, en la cual quedaban 20 euros a mi favor (20 miserables euros que obviamente nunca me entrego), un desastre los anfitriones. Por ultimo el parking de 18 euros diaros que ellos ofrecen al lado del edificio hay que reservarlo por internet, es muy difícil y no recibe pago con tarjeta de crédito internacional por lo que cuesta 120 euros diarios, el parking de 25 euros diarios con tarjeta int queda a 7 cuadras.
Recomiendo totalmente el edificio SKOL, pero con otros anfitriones.

In a great location just by the beach and with access to two large pools and cheap sunbeds, this is a very comfortable place to stay. Very comfy furniture, a good terrace (not that private, with a view to the building directly opposite, but you can still see the sea) and a TV with lots of channels in all kinds of languages. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, apart from the fridge, which could do with replacing. You also have to buy all your own cleaning detergents and clean the place yourself, although towels and sheets are replaced weekly. Any questions to the host were answered without delay, including at the weekends. Prices in Marbella have risen substantially post-pandemic though, so it was not cheap.

Perfect location and beautiful view from the balcony where we could se both the beach walk with green palms as well as the blue sea from the balcony.

The apartment was very clean and everything was very smooth.

Tutto perfetto! Pulizia dell'appartamento, tutti i confort disponibili, silenzioso nonostante le grandi dimensioni dell'intera struttura e della vicinanza alla via di forte afflusso pedonale ad ogni ora del giorno e della sera, ottima la posizione e la disponibilità degli host.

Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
