The Skol is a perfect location. Daniela responds quickly but not always with accuracy. Apartment 244C is spoiled and is not suitable for a long stay.

The apartment's location is very good, a short walk from the promenade, marina, restaurants, beach, about 800 meters from downtown (historic center) The building is old and the apartment is not remodeled, it is in regular condition, for example only the main door lock (none other) works, the furniture is simple and some things in poor condition such as the kettle, the bathroom floor, the towels are all different and very old, etc. It is offered with an ocean view and it is actually a 2nd floor quite inside that although taking your head out from the terrace you can see the sea, it has no view of the sea. The facilities of the building are very good, 2 very nice and very clean pools with a nice environment, the problem is that towels are not allowed in the grass so if you do not rent a lounge chair you cannot sit or lie in the pool and to get a lounge chair you have to get in line no later than 9/30 am as they open at 10 and there are not many available and the line is long. Regarding the hosts, it is the case apart from that, before hiring this apartment I read the comments and my attention is so critical against them, because all true, they are a couple of Hippis on the beach, messy, with zero empathy, only worried about earning money and nothing else, I will arrive at 5:00 pm and after waiting for them. They told me that they had forgotten to clean my apartment and that it was not available and that at that time it was already impossible to AIRBNB would fix the problem for me, so I had no one left to take a smaller one that they had available and they tried a lot to convince me that that other apartment, which was a 15-square-meter mouse, was bigger and better than a 35-meter one-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms that hire them, (I'm a normal person and in no case have a great face view of an idiot) the next day by kindly asking them to get the answers and we would check the difference price, since the smaller apartment is logically cheaper, Vicente LITERALMETE laughed in my face with a great carcage and told me that that was more expensive and that he did not claim, he already insisted on the freshness and face of the gentleman's stick until I send a message with a ridiculous account taken by him, in which there were 20 euros left in my favor (20 miserable euros that I obviously never deliver), a disaster the hosts. Finally, the parking of 18 euros diaros that they offer next to the building, it is very difficult and does not receive payment by international credit card, so it costs 120 euros per day, the parking of 25 euros per day with an int card is 7 blocks away. I highly recommend the SKOL building, but with other hosts.

In a great location just by the beach and with access to two large pools and cheap sunbeds, this is a very comfortable place to stay. Very comfy furniture, a good terrace (not that private, with a view to the building directly opposite, but you can still see the sea) and a TV with lots of channels in all kinds of languages. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, apart from the fridge, which could do with replacing. You also have to buy all your own cleaning detergents and clean the place yourself, although towels and sheets are replaced weekly. Any questions to the host were answered without delay, including at the weekends. Prices in Marbella have risen substantially post-pandemic though, so it was not cheap.

Perfect location and beautiful view from the balcony where we could se both the beach walk with green palms as well as the blue sea from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and everything was very smooth.

Everything was perfect! Cleanliness of the apartment, all the comforts available, quiet despite the large size of the entire property and the proximity to the pedestrian highway at all times of the day and night, excellent location and availability of the hosts. Highly recommended

Nice apartment – just a shame about Shower drainage. The apartment is fine, and is mostly in-line with how it is described on Airbnb website. And at first, communication with the owners (via messaging) was always swift and efficient. But during our stay we had a technical issue with the shower. Water would not drain away from the shower tray. To shower stood in water that will not drain away, is not fun or healthy. To be fair, the owners sent workmen in twice to rectify it. They couldn’t fix it. Further dialogue with the owners, then turned quite sour. In brief, we were told to stop complaining, and the issue will be fixed “in the winter” (we stayed during July 2020). We were also a little perturbed about the changing of towels and bedding. At the halfway stage of our 8-day stay, we asked for a change of towels and bedding. The owners agreed, and “promised” it during the same day. We tried to help, by removing the bedding, and placing all dirty towels together, as we left for the day. On our return later that evening, nothing had been changed. Again, we mentioned it, but their tone in their reply was not very helpful. We asked for a partial refund to compensate for the shower situation, which was denied. The situation is now with the Airbnb Resolution centre. You have been warned…..

The apartment was excellent even better than expected. Good value for your money, the location was prime, with so many excellent restaurants and bars. You are a short walk to the old town and close to the sea front and boardwalk. You can hear the sea from the apartment which is perfect. And if you need Daniela she is totally helpful.

Lovely modern, spacious apartment. Sparkling clean. Everything you need is there for you. Nice view of the beach from balcony. Excellent location close to everything. Only bad point is only 1 set of towels provided for our 4 nights. A change of towels would of topped it off. Otherwise excellent. No complaints. Easy check in and out. Excellent
