Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom homely apartment with a private balcony!

The apartment is located in the city centre and offers a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and comfortable double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, which makes the apartment ideal for up to 6 guests.

Located in a quiet residential building, this is perfect for guests looking to explore Liverpool.

Please note the keys are collected from a location 5 minutes from the apartment.
The space
This modern, central apartment is ideal for families or smaller groups looking to explore the city. Located in a quiet residential building, you have the benefit of a great location in the city and quiet neighbours.

Sleeping six over two bedrooms, each with double bed and the open plan lounge-diner boasting double sofa bed also. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, TV, and private balcony.

Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.
Guest access
You will have complete access to all aspects of the property with nobody else present at any time. Treat the place like home!
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 7 minute walk or 4 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

Upon arriving to Liverpool we were told to collect our key from muskers newsagents and we found out it’s been renovated for the next few months. Then we we’re sent to another location which was well out of our way and we had plans to do activities throughout the day. Upon arriving to the accommodation when we FINALLY got the keys we had trouble getting into the apartment because on the keys it had number 124 on it but there was only about 70 apartments in the complex. When we eventually got into the apartment the beds were not changed, the towels were also used and there were skid marks all over the toilets. We were extremely disappointed with the hosts actions.

Tiny house but enough for us. Carpet needs to be cleaner. 20 mins to water front. Not near catching the main bus. full house with reasonable price. Enthusiastic house. If you leave the check-out time at 11h is more reasonable

We are not snobby by any means, but the photos are what made us book the apartment. However, we pulled up outside a pub/hotel opposite the entrance to the apartment which is rundown, wheelie bins were overflowing and rubbish dumped on pavement, graffiti on surrounding area walls. We actually thought we were at the wrong location! A tesco delivery van was parked outside apartment so I checked with him that we were at right place and did he know where we could park, he laughed and advised us not to park out the back of the apartments as we might not have wheels left in the morning! the main entrance door opens without the need of the fob key which is a major safety/unnerving issue as there is a large notice on door saying "If you notice used needles please contact Liverpool Council to safely remove them" ! this notice is also in the foyer! Shame because apartment inside was spotless and modern.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
