We enjoyed the apparent which is located in central Liverpool very close to the docks and great restaurants. Easy walking distance from shops and tourist sites.

Det var som på bildene, så det var bra.

Fikk ikke noe melding på hvor nøkler skulle hentes,så måtte ringe. Trodde nøklene var på stedet . Sente også en forespørsel om å sjekke inn to timer før, fikk bekreftet at det var ok. Men ved telefon samtalen gikk ikke det.

Location near conference centre, clean and spacious rooms.

Location was fantastic for the docks and easy access to the city.

Key collection and drop off is a pain. Would put me off booking here again.
The shower screen in the main bathroom doesn't fit properly and leaks over the bathroom when you shower.

The location, right next to the docks, is fantastic. The apartment is functional and clean. The process of getting in the property can seem convoluted at first (go to shop 200m away, give code...) but overall quite simple.

The bedding is for 6 people, but the apartment is only for 4 people. There are 4 chairs, 4 sets of glasses, etc... additional cutlery, glasses and chairs would have been appreciated. The bathroom does not have any fan, and that leads to the room being extremely humid, especially considering the shower seems to be slightly leaking on the side.
Those are still minor, and should be considered improvement opportunities rather than full-on grievances.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
