The space
This contemporary two double bedroom apartment accommodates up-to six people with a super comfy sofa bed in the lounge area. Bright, airy and modern this is the ideal place for families, friends or the business traveler fed up of corporate hotels! With all the creature comforts; fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, fresh modern bathroom with waterfall shower & bath you'll feel right at home!
Guest access
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.

Please note there are building works taking place opposite Shaw’s Place and some of the windows in the apartment overlook the site.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

We enjoyed the apparent which is located in central Liverpool very close to the docks and great restaurants. Easy walking distance from shops and tourist sites.

2 night stay with my elderly mother. Negatives - Property agents, quick to say "how can we help make your stay more comfortable", but with a"no" attitude throughout. £25 non-refundable damage waiver fee not added to rental bill, and obviously not used to correct issues. Check in/out was off-site taking 20 minutes off the 3pm/10am deadlines, as shop was 0.5km (0.3m) away. Small living area with a 30cm space to enter kitchen. Food stains on soft furnishings. Windows thick with construction dirt. Sticky surfaces. Chip in cup. Cheap metal utensils/cutlery. Saucepans shedding non-stick. No Nespresso pods as listed. Leaky shower screens. Black mould in washing machine. You will be asked to launder the towels. Thick dust in vent above bed, on shelves & lamps. Dusty non-non-allergy pillows. You can't open windows due to construction. No Netflix account. Positives - Central location. Good wifi - code is on box. Dishwasher. Big bedrooms, clean linen. Clean towels. Lift.

Location very hard to find (Maps will take you to the wrong place if you search the address, you have to type “Baltic Square Apartments”). The apartment itself is OK and clean. However, it got very noisy in the morning as there were building works right outside the living room (they started working around 6 or 7am).

Central, clean warm and modern, v close to the old Docks great for any visiting for the Arena for events or the Exhibition Centre for business xpo's etc.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
