Home Truth:
Please note that this apartment is a beautiful, stylish and central base, but comes with some background noise due to its proximity to the nightlife area! If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the apartment for you!

You will have full access of the property at all times. We are always here to help if needed but aim to provide a smooth and hassle free experience for our guests!Other things to note
**Kindly note that The Zanzibar Club, next to the house closes at 6am only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be some background noise until that time. Though this is only late over the weekends, and not during the week.**Other Things to note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours' notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Was central to all bars and restaurants which is what we wanted. It was clean and tidy. Some stains on the carpet and furniture but the bedding and towels were clean. The front door to the Accommodation wasnt secure, you could just push it to open however the Apartment doors were lockable so felt secure enough. The noise outside was very loud from the pubs and clubs so nobody got a good sleep. It was a hen party so we thought it wouldnt bother us but the noise didnt stop until 6am snd then you could hear the road sweeper. It was cheap and close to everything so overall it was a good stay.

We had an amazing stay here! Perfect location for a girls weekend in Liverpool. It is noisy due to the location of the building but that didn’t bother us at all! The apartment itself was beautiful and very well kept, had everything we could possibly need and was the best spot for our girls weekend! Host was responsive and super helpful with any needs we had. Would definitely stay here and would recommend!

We stayed at Seel Street for a Hen party. The property is spacious and was clean, and slept 16 of us across two apartments which was great. It is very centrally located (10 min from train station) and right in the heart of the 'going out' area of Liverpool, which was very convenient. Having code access & lockboxes also worked well for a really big group. Note it is incredibly noisy - you are on a busy street and surrounded by clubs which are open all night so if you are looking for a good nights sleep you will not get it here! I also think the kitchen/dining area for apartment 1 (which sleeps 10) is very small - I'm glad we had both apartments as the living area for apartment 2 is far more spacious. Overall it was great for a two night hen where sleep wasn't a priority!

Additional rules
• Any parties or events are not allowed on this property, however if you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a quiet hen or stag stays, please reach out to us and we are happy to review this for you. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Property Manager Terms
- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
