We stayed here for a hen do and the location was perfect. Was quite noisy, but expected after reading other reviews and description. Apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay.

We had an amazing stay here! Perfect location for a girls weekend in Liverpool. It is noisy due to the location of the building but that didn’t bother us at all! The apartment itself was beautiful and very well kept, had everything we could possibly need and was the best spot for our girls weekend! Host was responsive and super helpful with any needs we had. Would definitely stay here and would recommend!

We stayed at Seel Street for a Hen party. The property is spacious and was clean, and slept 16 of us across two apartments which was great. It is very centrally located (10 min from train station) and right in the heart of the 'going out' area of Liverpool, which was very convenient. Having code access & lockboxes also worked well for a really big group. Note it is incredibly noisy - you are on a busy street and surrounded by clubs which are open all night so if you are looking for a good nights sleep you will not get it here! I also think the kitchen/dining area for apartment 1 (which sleeps 10) is very small - I'm glad we had both apartments as the living area for apartment 2 is far more spacious. Overall it was great for a two night hen where sleep wasn't a priority!

Responsive host, clear instructions and guidebook. The location is amazing for groups on a hen do/event as the clubs and restaurants etc. are right on the doorstep. There is a club literally adjoining the property so it is loud until early hours in the morning but this didn’t bother us because we knew about it before the stay and we were on a hen do ourselves.

The apartments were located in the most perfect place if going for a party / hen weekend! Close to all the best bars / clubs so no need for a taxi. Opposite there is a car park which helps if you have lots to unload and don’t want to walk with heavy items etc but would only recommend parking there for an hour as it’s expensive and then parking at parr street car park which is a 5 minute walk and £16 per 25 hours which is very reasonable for city centre parking. The apartments were clean and the bedrooms were all great sizes. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again for a hen party. The only downside was the extremely loud nightclub next door but we were made aware of this before booking and I think this is reflected in the price. It is very very loud until 6am so if you are wanting a good sleep then be warned that that is unlikely! But again, for a hen weekend where you don’t expect to sleep it worked fine for us! Would recommend cocktails at blush cocktail terrace!

Great location, very central and next to lots of bars and pubs, although with it comes the noise! didnt matter to us though as we were on a hen weekend and loved the apartment.

great stay for 11 people in the city center of Liverpool. we were after a central location to enjoy the nightlife and this was the perfect base clean tidy, plenty of space lovely place to chill out and recover !! the team were super helpful when we locked a key inside the flat. overall delighted with our accommodation and our hosts.
