It’s a nice apartment with three double beds so it was ideal for the five of us. It’s very convenient to walk to the city centre and main train station.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a brilliant location to be able to walk around Liverpool (or jump on the tour bus like we did!). Exceptionally clean and tidy and modern in design. Our kids loved having a room each too! The hosts were really easy to contact and we loved their folder of useful information. If ever we come back to Liverpool we would definitely stay here again.

DISAPPOINTING OVERALL - SPOILT OUR WEEKEND! Positive: - Location is good, apartment is attractively furnished Negatives: - Charges should be communicated BEFORE booking - a week before arrival, requesting a £250 deposit AND charging me a non returnable fee for this! - One parking permit for an 8 person apartment is poor. Had to park far away! - Poor maintenance - on arrival we reported a broken blind (which wouldn't close) & 3 flickering faulty lightbulbs - never sorted - Missing towels - reported, promised to be delivered, never arrived - Cheap apartment conversion (paper thin walls) kept awake until 2am by the guests in the apartment above - we could hear every conversation & every toilet flush & shower! - Red boiler light in downstairs bedroom very bright & hard to sleep with - The responses from Host & Stay were very frustrating - Possibly AI or bored employee?Half the time when I messaged with a question I was replied to with automated blurb which didn't answer my question!

The apartment was in a fabulous location - everything was within easy walking or driving distance. Having the parking permit was really handy and we were able to park right outside for our 3 day stay. The apartment was spacious and clean and it was ideal for 3 of us as we all had a double bedroom each! Loved the sofas, as we were able to chill and watch TV in comfort. The apartment was very nicely decorated and furnished, although we thought (if we were being picky) that the hallway/stairs could perhaps do with a repaint/carpet clean. Overall, we had a brilliant stay in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Liverpool - we did the hop on hop off bus tour and the Beatles bus tour, Albert Docks, went on the Mersey ferry, both cathedrals, the Baltic Market, Crosby to see the Anthony Gormley statues to name a few of the things we did! Katy, Joe and team are very proactive, well organised with information and instructions!

    To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
