Although the prevalence of the apartment is underground, the living space in the flat certainly gives you a homey and cosy feeling with lots of sunlight from outside.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment. We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.The apartment has ground-floor access, with the bedrooms situated on the lower, underground level. Please note that this is accessible only via stairs.
The property is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
This dog friendly accommodation welcomes one furry companion in each apartment. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

what a gorgeous apartment! it's even more spacious than the photos. it was the perfect base for our girls trip to Liverpool. Really comfy beds as well. There was an apartment of lads staying above us and we never heard them and they never heard us. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of the flat is brilliant in terms of being so central to the city. Check in was easy and we appreciate being able to book this place when another air bnb let us down for Xmas. However there was so much noise, the smoking area for the block of flats is outside 2 of the bedrooms keeping my young children awake all night, the travel cot was missing meaning my 18mo had nowhere to sleep for 3 nights and the flat needs a lot of maintenance (leaking fridge, dripping tap, lights and sockets hanging out). The flat is surprisingly bright for being in the basement but there is a noticeable smell and we weren’t able to open to windows in the lounge so there was no ventilation. Despite contacting the host throughout our stay there was still no cot as described or resolution to the noise, so we felt quite let down. I feel this is a great place for friends but maybe not young families based on our experience.

My stay here was for 3 nights with a few friends as we were visiting for a concert and some shopping. The house was nice and the place was spacious enough. The shower is quite small but did the job. Overall, the place was nice, and was a good stay. Location was excellent and check-in was also excellent. The rates seemed a little high for the area though.

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
