Great location and lovely accommodation. I was originally supposed to stay at another Host and Stay location but that fell through due to some maintenance issues. Host and Stay were great at finding me alternative accommodation in the local area and with keeping me informed. Only feedback is that they have an additional charge of £20 for insurance after the point of sale, that should really be advertised more clearly. But this was a minor issue overall and I was extremely impressed with how proactive they were in finding me new accommodation.

The check-in instructions were not sent to me. Only that should be done by phone (call). I sent several messages during the trip to understand and no one answered me. When I arrived at the site, I was able to call and had to make a series of registration and fee payment in order to receive the entry password. You have a fee of 20 pounds (non-refundable) or you pay £150 and they reverse 140 (after 20 working days). Information not included in the listing. The rest of the apartment is great and well located.

Amazing location, easy check in and felt secure. Free parking available but also walking distance to areas. Apartment was tidy and bathroom was immaculate. Would just mention that the walls are very thin so it was extremely noisy you could hear the other apartments talking and walking above etc but overall location was nice and quiet. Unfortunately the hair dryer wasn’t working and the shower did not stay up but this didn’t affect our stay and we would definitely visit again.

Highly recommend!!! I’ve been looking for a place to stay for my daughter’s graduation. I looked in some hotels around and it’s so expensive so I tried to look for Air B&B and it will come out this place so I have no second thoughts to booked because I read a good review about the place, and I have no regrets booking the place as the team are friendly and easy to communicate with. When we enter the property, it was beautiful and clean, it feels like home, My family really enjoyed the place, and I will definitely book again in the future.

This was my second stay at the flat. Everything was as I'd remembered. It is well-located in the Georgian quarter, almost opposite the Anglican cathedral. The flat is very handy for the city centre, a 10-15 minute walk, the University area and local amenities, galleries, theatres, restaurants, etc. Parking outside the flat was very easy with the parking permit. I'll be back!

This flat is perfect. It was clean and had everything you would need for a lovely trip to Liverpool. It is so central and could easily walk into town. The pre check in information was easy to follow and thorough so that we could find and check into the property with no issues. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Great place for a weekend in Liverpool, clean quiet residential area and walkable to city centre Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, free parking outside Could hear some noise from people in flat above, mainly them walking about, but would not deter us from booking again. So much better than a hotel! Thanks Katy , Joe and team

If we could leave a 4.5 we would as we loved the place check in & out was super easy and the location was great we just had a problem with the heating we saw the radiator wasn’t fully bolted into the wall so we tried to avoid using it. They did provide a electric heater! However unless you were sat directly in front of it there was no affect so our last day we tried the radiator to the same affect so the flat was just cold all weekend but other than that fully recommend and will definitely be our first choice hosts next time we are in Liverpool & on a side note the food/drink & places to see parts of the folder did not go unnoticed

Katy, Joe, and Team's apartment is really perfect for a stay in Liverpool. You get to downtown with a little walk, it has nearby shops and is in a good residential area. It offers everything in the presentation. The bedroom is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom, with bathtub and shower, is definitely functional. I really recommend it.

Apartment is as described - one double bed and 2x double sofa beds (which are a little lumpy). Missing a couple of touches but overall a great stay with excellent communication. It’s a little noisy in the building so take into account if you are a light sleeper. Would recommend overall!

Cosy flat; well located near the Anglican Cathedral. Easy to get around by foot. Close to town and the University. Ability to park close to the flat was a bonus. Enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay again.

Great place. Good sized beds and sofabeds (they are the same size as a full double). Close to Ropeworks and Liverpool One. Easy parking. Plenty of room for a family of 4 (teenagers).

21 Canning Street has a set of managed apartments and flat B is on the ground floor in the front of the house (so don't open the blinds until you're dressed in the morning ;-) ). The flat is well-equipped with wifi, TV, kitchen, bath & shower, Nespresso machine, everything you need for a short stay. The flat is well-looked after and very clean. Highly recommended - thanks to Katy, Joe and Charlie !

Great apartment, fantastic location, lacking a few items and both wifi / Netflix account appeared to be frequently overloaded (across other apartments in the same building) during our stay. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the space and central location.

A fabulous location and a flat that suits our needs perfectly. You cannot get much more central than here. The local area is great for pubs and restaurants. Some of the best Liverpool has to offer.

The flat was perfectly located for us as tourists to Liverpool. We got a bus to Liverpool ONE within 10 mins of waiting and the walk back took only 15 mins with 2 kids and a baby, so not bad. Loved the Cathedral opposite the flat and the bars and restaurants around the Georgian quarter were picturesque especially the Florist. Flat itself was clean, easy to find and enter and we would have not issues recommending or staying here again.
