The space
Apartment Sleeps four Adults:Living room:
• Fitted with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels.
• 1 Sofa Bed that can sleep 2 Guests or 2 Children.
Bedroom:
• Fitted with a King Bed for 2 guests.
Kitchen:
• Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, a Coffee machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more.
Bathroom:
• The Bathroom has a separate Standing Shower, Standard Sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Please be aware that this apartment is within a Georgian townhouse located on a main road, with easy and direct access into the city centre, and has the original single glazed sash windows. These are a listed feature within the property, and certainly add to the charm.
We, as hosts, are extremely proud of these features and are thrilled to be able to share these with our guests. However, we do kindly ask you to note that as the windows are only single glazed, you can expect a level of background noise from the nearby traffic.
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole Apartment, with the Communal Hallway shared with other Guests within the Building.Our apartments also come with a self Check-In service which is accessed from the Communal Hallway.
This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.
Other things to note
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such, it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.
• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £20 per key.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Close to the cathedral, the geographical location allows you to walk to the city centre. Huge park 5 minutes by car for dog walks. The "resident" parking card provided, guarantees a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Convenient base for discovering Liverpool.

Great location and lovely accommodation. I was originally supposed to stay at another Host and Stay location but that fell through due to some maintenance issues. Host and Stay were great at finding me alternative accommodation in the local area and with keeping me informed. Only feedback is that they have an additional charge of £20 for insurance after the point of sale, that should really be advertised more clearly. But this was a minor issue overall and I was extremely impressed with how proactive they were in finding me new accommodation.

Additional rules
To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
