This lovely, quiet property is located in Liverpool's iconic Georgian Quarter with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets right on the doorstep. It is less than a 10 minute walk to both of Liverpool's cathedrals, or alternatively it is less than 10 minutes to get to Hope Street, home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants. The apartment welcomes pets!
The ground floor has a spacious double bedroom and an open plan kitchen / dining / living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, cafetière, oven, fridge/freezer, hob and washing machine.
You can seat up to 4 guests at the dining table and spacious living area for the whole gang to settle around. We also have a comfy leather sofa in the common area that folds out into a full double bed!
This is a pet-friendly apartment, where we can accommodate one furry friend. To ensure your pets have a comfortable stay, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that we only accept dogs as pets.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Could have been good but unfortunately the property had not been cleaned since the previous guests checked out. A cleaner was sent round and the property was ready 2hours after we arrived. The property was as described and had it been clean it would have been ideal for our stay.

Overall pretty good! The place was easy to find, lots of space and pretty well tidied. One thing to note was that the oven didn’t work when we tried to use it a few times. Other than this we were pretty satisfied with our stay, it was comfortable and we liked the bath!

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential area. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
