If wifi is important to you, then you will need to sit in the balcony to access it, and if you're lucky you might get a signal. Bring your own pillows, as the ones they provide are lumpy, you will also need to buy extra toilet rolls, they do not provide enough, there is whole list of rules you need to follow, which they outline for you in the welcome folder. You will also need to take out the trash everyday. Otherwise, the location is perfect, as it is on the beachfront and they have a lovely pool (you pay Eur 5 for a pool towel)

photos really dont do this place justice. the building has access to 3 large pools and a bar
room is fully kitted out with everything required and there is a large supermarket not 5 minutes away to stop up for your stay.
the location is right on Marbella beach! perfect weekend trip

Additional rules
Pets: max 1 pet (cat or dog) of max 15kg per apartment with a 20€ fee payable in cash on arrival. We also must be notified of your furry friend upon booking. Smoking: only on terraces Parties, Loud music, screaming are totally forbidden, it's a familiar residential complex where respecting the neighbours is a must. Remove rubbish and tidy the apartment daily. We love to make you happy and that you have a wonderful holiday. Help us doing so by respecting the rules. Those who don't, will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
