Main Bathroom - The Bathroom has a Shower over Bath, Toilet and Sink.
This apartment is within a Georgian Coach House located on a Residential Street, with easy access into the City Centre.

Our guests have exclusive access to the whole house during their stay. We are contactable during your stay but will not be at the property.Other things to note
Other Things to note:This is a pet-friendly apartment, where we can accommodate one furry friend. To ensure your pets have a comfortable stay, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that we only accept dogs as pets.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment was genuinely exactly like the pictures. You get great entry to and from the property directly from the road, and it's located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. I must say I was very happy with the cleanliness and hygiene of the property. I felt very comfortable immediately upon my arrival. It's such a shame the property doesn't have it's own parking just outside the door, because that would have made this place perfect. I must also mention that I'm very impressed with the number of bedrooms they have managed to fit in here. My bed in the main room was a little uncomfortable for me, but it wasn't a bad bed. The hot tub in the room more than makes up for it. Overall, a really great stay at a really great location.

The host was easy to communicate with, and the location is great. The place is cozy, but in desperate need of some TLC. The cleaning routines should be better with dead flies laying around, dust and hair on the floor, couch and around windows. The bathrooms seemed clean. There was a weird smell, and hard to regulate the temperature. All over an okay place to sleep for a few days, but it was not that pleasant to hang out there.

Could not fault the staff and service from the Host, particularly Charlie who was always so quick to get back to me and really helpful. Clear instructions to get in and the street was dead quiet but close to the city centre! The reason I dropped a star is because it does need some TLC. A lot of broke appliances (bin, draws, toilet seat, carpet to name a few) and also my pillow was not clean and covered in makeup stains. There are cracks in the plaster on the ceiling, couch is covered in stains, hot water was temperamental, no privacy glass. These were little things but would really make a difference if the owner put in just a little bit of money … But I did think we paid a good price so would return to this host again! Thank you

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential area. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
