Welcome to this charming second floor apartment in The Georgian Quarter of Liverpool! This property benefits from being in the heart of The Georgian Quarter, enjoying a picturesque neighbourhood whilst having easy access to Liverpool's city centre.

This Apartment is ideal for Business Guests and Couples. The perfect location for exploring our wonderful city and near many recommended bars, restaurants and cafés.
The space
Apartment Sleeps 3:

- Fitted with a large Smart TV
- The Sofa Bed can sleep 1 Guest or 2 Children. (up to 4 guests in total)
- Also comes with a Desk which can be used for work or as a Dressing Table.

Bedroom - Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 guests.

Kitchen - Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more.

Bathroom - The Bathroom has a Shower over Bath, Standard Sized Bath, Toilet and Sink.

This apartment is within a Georgian Townhouse located on a Residential Street, with easy access into the City Centre. This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from street should be reduced.

**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.

Our apartments also come with a self check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.

Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such, it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.

• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.

• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.

• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £20 per key.


• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Never had a bad experience with Airb& b but room was not ready to check in. Unclean, beds not made. Only booked it for one night but when I rang they were unable to give me time frame as to when the cleaning would be done. The price was of the accomodation vs what I received wasnt great unfortunately.

Very clean accommodation, very new apartment, in a very quiet place and very close to the main attractions of Liverpool. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

been staying in a lot of air bnbs in Liverpool and have to say this is by far the best, really close to the university and quiet so I could sleep well for my exams. nice part of liveepool. clean, had good wifi, all the kitchen utensils you need, a desk to work, lock box to keep keys safe, comfy bed. very close to grocery store, walkable to city centre and train station. downside was initial check in difficulty but host replied straight away. was also a bit hot at night but could open window.

car park permit was hard to locate. The instructions indicated the car permit located in the apartment. spent an hour looking for the permit. Eventually decided to pay for the car parking. Fount the car permit in the letter box on the entrance to the block. Also the sofa bed was uncomfortable and awkward to open and shut given the small space. The price should reflect the small area. The Internet/Wi-Fi had issues. The WiFi ID as per the instructions was not visible. The password given some how worked using another flat wifi ID. Maybe the flat instructions may need modification.

    To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
