On our arrival, we open the door to enter the flat but the top wooden fray of the door came down and due to the door mechanism it was really hard to ent the property. We reported the problem but no one came to fixed it. I send many messages to the host since it was health and safety issue. However no one came to fix the problem. Each time we got a message saying sorry and we will come tomorrow to fix the problem. We did the check out without our problem being solved. Not recommending and never stay in this place again.

Had a lovely stay. An immaculately presented flat. Spotlessly clean. Ideal size for a couple, I think it could be a bit cramped with any more. Free parking directly outside was great as otherwise it would be having to pay on street or in a nearby car park. Check in was easy with very clear instructions. A perfect location to explore Liverpool. The centre and the docks were 15 minutes away on foot or the same to the Baltic Triangle in the other direction. A couple of decent pubs/supermarkets/takeaways are a minutes or two walk away.

Great apartment, but the washing machine didn't work and the mechanic promised by phone never came. I also didn't get a response to an email about that either. The water in the shower was warm but not in the kitchen We had to boil water to wash dishes. The water in the bath didn't drain well.

Brilliant stay! Modern and Bright but retains that homely feel! I booked on behalf of my colleague who was working in the nearby area, he was really impressed with the accommodation and commented that the bed was super comfy! We will absolutely be looking to book again when in the area!

This was our first time in Liverpool and was a very good stay! Good parking right outside the place and in walking distance of Liverpool centre/docks. The team were so helpful and very responsive with messages, they are very proactive and any issues they resolve very efficiently. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Liverpool and will recommend it to anyone who is going to visit Liverpool.

It's a great little flat for visiting Liverpool. it's in a beautiful street and a short walk from the centre. It looks like a very student heavy area, so I imagine it's a bit chaotic around freshers, but we went in August and didn't noticne anything. The flat does get warm during the day as it faces the sun, but the supplies fan soon sorted that out. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. It’s small there were 3 of us and we needed the sofa bed so it did feel quite a tight squeeze. But for a weekend that’s not a problem. Very well equipped. Very happy.

Good location been 15 minutes stroll into the city centre with some nice pubs along the way, namely the Symphonic, real gem. Flat was clean & well presented, only negatives were no oven glove or tea towel so had to use bathroom towel to get stuff out of oven/grill & to dry plates. The shower is poor has most electric showers are, scalding then freezing not pleasant, but the water for bath was hot & constant. Ideal to park in the street, we managed to get directly outside. All in all, good value & would re book

Lovely apartment in a great location for town and visiting our daughter at uni. Beautifully presented, perfectly equipped and great attention to detail (eg loo roll, washing up liquid, tea towel etc) and very cosy. Would love to stay again.

The arrival was clear, although it was not completely flexible with the check-in time as they charge extra for each hour before check-in. We were surprised that the room heater was not working but it was more or less solved with another plug-in heater. the location is not central and is 20 minutes away from downtown. Otherwise, the apartment is nice but for what it is, I think the price is a little high. The plus point is that we have been provided with a crib and high chair for our baby and very good cleanliness. Comfortable apartment if you are going to spend a few days.

Super cute, very clean apartment with lovely, modern decor and plush furnishings - inc. black out blinds and a comfy bed + bedding. Central too, i,e. Georgian Quarter, so it's easy to get into the city centre. Would recommend and will 100% stay again

Lovely place with everything that you may need! I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend. Very easy check-in process. Accommodations located nearby. A good walk to the main tourist area, but I walked it everyday with no problem. I only have positive things to say about the apartment. Just a minor warning, there are a few set of stairs to get to the apartment. Thanks again for the stay!

This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to explore the city of Liverpool. Located in the Georgian Quarter, this flat has been furnished to an incredibly high standard, making it the perfect base to rest, relax and recharge in. This was a lovely apartment which was perfect for my mam and myself to stay in on a short trip to Liverpool to drop my daughter at university and also to attend a course for work. It was all as advertised in the listing and the free parking was great, just a few feet away from the front door.
