The flat is in a perfect location, so close to the town, but far away enough to not be noisy. The place is very respectable and we enjoyed our stay.

A very nice clean and cosy appartment, perfect for 2 people. Great location - near university campus, 10-15 mins walk to city center, yet very quiet (apart from the seagulls on the roof, but they are just everywhere in Liverpool). Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. The team was very kind , always available to sort any problem out. We did not have any queries at all. We asked to leave the apartment a little bit later than the required time and there was no problem. The neighbourhood was beautiful and very quiet. We only can be grateful to our hosts. We will certainly come back in the future.

The listing had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The bed was comfy and the lounge was bright and spacious. Lots of cafés and shops within walking distance, and the views from the flat included the famous Liverpool Cathedral as well as a lovely view from above of the surrounding area.

Great location. Parking as part of the deal is a big benefit as lots is within easy walking distance. Apartment spacious and well decorated. Instructions and check in easy, flexible and clear.

Spacious apartment in the heart of the Georgian quarter. Everywhere is walkable yet it's quiet in both the building and outside.

Cosy room, top floor attic apartment. Windows are higher up but It has some great views over the rooftops of the Georgian Quarter and down to the Cathedral. Bed was comfortable & the location is nice and quiet, with co-op, Nero & Gregg's down the road. Some noisy seagulls around on the roof one of the mornings but they soon took flight. I'd stay here again.

Lovely flat. Immaculate. Very quiet except for the occasional passing seagull. 30 min walk to Tate Liverpool. 5 min walk to Moose & Pappillion restaurants - both great. Parking easy and free with the flat. It is up 5 floors of stairs so a bit of exercise. Great comms when arranging. It’s a bit pricey but it meant it was a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning!

Great, well equipped apartment in a nice quiet location but still close to plenty of restaurants and cafes and short walk to town. Excellent communication from the lovely hosts who ironed out a couple of teething problems we had swiftly and rewarded us with a late check out. Would stay here again and the decor in the bedroom is lovely!

Had a really nice stay at the apartment. All communication with the team has been great throughout, including check in instructions. The apartment was in a great location and was very clean, with lots of nice touches. Would definitely stay again 😊

a lovely flat at the top of a building where all the flats are managed by the same people - the building is well maintained and feels secure. Located on the edge of the Georgian quarter, there are plenty of great cafes, pubs and attractions nearby, all accessible by foot or public transport. It is a really top location. The flat is spacious and well appointed. The host provides a really great instruction manual, which something many airbnb properties don't do very well - a welcome change. Charlie was very communicative and flexible. We would definitely recommend this flat.

if you're looking to be in a central location that's walking distance to everything, then is the place be. Very clean, new, modern interior with everything you could possibly need is there. We absolutely loved our stay here will definitely be back in the future.

Great little place in the centre of Liverpool. Good view of city and very quiet area. Everything is easily accessible and apartment is well equipped. Blind if living room windows would be good for sleeping in that room. Very good :)
