Good location, really helpful instructions and guides of local amenities provided. Only let down was the noisy visitors who stayed above us, that didn’t respect the tight noise restrictions.

I wasn't going to write a review, but I've been badgered to do so by the management company (which is indicative of their way of working), so: The flat is great. There's almost nothing wrong with it. The layout is weird, but you can get over that. It's spotless, there are amenities, comfortable bed, great location and free parking. If you're looking for a place to crash it's ideal, but if you want to spend time in it I'd go elsewhere. You're not allowed to make noise, and there is a noise monitor to ensure that, with a fee if you do. But no efforts seem to have been made to soundproof the flat. You can't shut the front door without slamming it, the floors are hard, the interior door swings shut etc. I also was sent the particulars for the wrong flat and an email about a non existent dishwasher. Basically, great flat but more effort needed on attention to detail and hospitality.

We had a not at all scary Halloween weekend in Georgian quarter. Clean and comfortable apartment with a great location. Communication with hosts was timely and check-in/out was super easy.

Communication was great, all instructions were clear, checking in and out very simple and easy. The apartment was very clean, tidy and stylish. I really appreciated the spare pillows and towels provided as I like a larger towel and sleep with a few pillows. Great location as it was quiet with beautiful Georgian buildings but only a short walk in to busier areas with shops and bars etc. At night I could hear the above flat watching tv and walking around for a little bit but I still managed to get a good night sleep. Thank you very much for our stay!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in Liverpool and this apartment met our needs perfectly. Clean, well equipped and a fantastic location. The free parking was also a bonus for us since we travelled by car. Clear and accurate communication from Charlie throughout, and helpful information provided about the city itself. We did have a little trouble with the internet connection but it didn’t overly impact us since we were out most of the time. A great stay in a beautiful city!

I especially chose this flat for it's great location, lots of nice cafes, restaurants and pubs and parks all around! Also it was a quiet and peaceful street. All the museums and shops are only 20 min walk away. The flat was very comfortable, clean and has a character. It is nicely decorated; I especially liked all the details in the flat (the books, objects, Beatles related photos). There are 2 cupboards which were more than enough for us. The kitchen was very well equipped. Only there is no french press, but instead a Nespresso machine. I used the washing machine and it worked very well. I remember reading in the comments about a temperature problem in the shower. So, I was worried about that but actually there is a trick: When you open the water, it gets very hot and very cold for a second and then it adjusts itself to the temperature you arranged. All in all, the shower is small but there is definitely lukewarm, warm and hot water. More importantly, I stayed for 15 days and the team was always helpful and reachable.

The flat has a great location & was clean and had everything we needed. The fire alarm went off for no reason early one morning which was annoying, apparently it happens sometimes. The contact from the company is quite intense - more messages than I am used to but that's the company who manage the properties choice! All in all would recommend the flat to stay.

Lovely studio in a very good location for some city exploring. We enjoyed few days and had a very nice chill time after our long walks - the apartment has a really nice urban vibe decor in a cozy way. It's equiped with just about everything you would need for your stay, the self check-in is very easy, the hosts even provide a nice binder with all kinds of useful info about the apartment and the city. It was very clean, well supplied with towels, full small kitchen, yet very homey and with a great view over the roofs of urban Liverpool. We would definately come back some day, the team is very helpful and very responsive.

A lovely/cosy apartment, situated close enough to everything you need but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that we could hear birds singing each morning (and no traffic). The location was superb, the parking also came in very useful. The apartment was lovely and clean and perfect for a short stay for couples or a small group. Would recommend and would definitely look to return next time i/we visit the city. Charlie and the team were very attentive and even sent us a great welcome pack before our arrival informing us of some local recommendations which was gratefully received - I can confirm they have great tastes 😉. Check in was also self service and very well explained before our arrival. Thanks Charlie and team for a great stay, all the best.

Nice, Clean, around 20min walk from town centre but Ubers are cheap enough. Near good shops for everyday things if you are staying longer than one night

Charlie, a memeber of Katy and Joe's team, was really communicative and helpful and replied very quickly with any answers to queries. They sent helpful visual guides on how to check in/out which made it very easy! The apartment is up 3 floors of stairs on a quiet residential street just 15 mins walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station. There weren't many pictures when we booked so we didn't know what the layout would look like but the bedroom and sitting room is separated by a wall going half the length of the room. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are down a short hall. They are both small but had everything we needed. My only criticism is that while we could control the heat in the sitting room/bedroom, the rest of the apartment was very cold in comparison. This may not be a issue during warmer weather!
